Contracted a shower panel and door with them. First trip out the door was measured incorrectly and the panel was installed. Second trip out they are just stalling, and still dont have the problem resolved. It will be 90 days this week since the job was booked. Customer service is terrible. They tell you they will call you back, and do not. This morning they lied directly to me and said our homeowner stopped by and told them they werent happy with the panel, which is 100% not true. The homeowner loves the panel, what she doesnt love is that its taken 90 days to try and get the door right. Mistakes happen. As a contractor,, I get it, but what has been incredibly frustrating are the lies and terrible customer service.

Very unhappy with Beverly Glass. We brought our curio cabinet door in to have the glass replaced. We were told that it would take 7-10 working days (which equates to about two weeks). We were also told that they are the only company to offer the service of replacing curved glass. We called multiple times to see if the door was done. Each time, we were told 7-10 more working days. After FOUR MONTHS, I picked up my door today. They did nothing! They didn’t even get so far as to remove the old, broken glass. If you have a project that you want completed, do not patronize Beverly Glass.

Great service from the beginning, called to gat a sheet of Glass, I got there gave the measurements and they cut it right of way, thank you.

They were terrible. Lost our order. Never called us back after I left many messages. Went to talk to them in person told us the order would be ready in a couple of days. Never call back, went in again and thats when they said they lost the order. Just a sorry is all we got.

Ordered 3 small glass pieces for shelves and the young man told me it would take 2-3 days. well, it is over a week and when i called to check, i got rude service and disconnected. that same day, i went to the store to see if the order had started and the man told me yes, but it hasnt been polished. i told him that it wasnt good business to tell someone it would take 2-3 days and then when i call to check, the man had an attitude saying who said that. your order just came in and it takes over 5 business days to finish. we will call you when it is ready. as i stood in the store waiting my turn, i heard the man behind the counter tell 2 customers that their order would be ready on Friday. today is tuesday. i mentioned that to the man at the counter and he replied, we have been in business since the 60s. i cancelled my order. went to a glass company in posen. a long standing business is one thing, but manners is another. go to another glass store. beverly glass is not good at answering the phone and increasing their business.

Horrible customer service. They never called me to say the order was ready. When I called they didn’t answer for residential customer only if you select commercial. When I went to pick up the glass the snow wasn’t removed from the front of the business. I could of slipped and broke the glass I just bought. The employee the waited on me act as if he didn’t want to speak. He tried to hand me the glass without wrapping it with paper which they had plenty of. Unbelievably horrible service.

Worse customer service I have ever seen! Don’t call back! Don’t show up. Promise to call. Will never use again!!!!

I would just like to give the people @ Beverly glass a A+. Very professional, honest, & what a great job they did on our shower glass.

I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago. We were told we would geythe glass installed the follwfollweek when the glass came in. Here we are almost 4 weeks later, still no glass or no glass installed. No phone call to me to inform me of any issues.

They are awful made an appointment at 8 am and they never showed up. Believe the 1 star reviews and do not deal with this company. Horrible service and horrible work, do not believe the good reviews or you will regret it.
