Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I placed an order for a replacement cocktail table glass on January 29. I was told by the receptionist it would be ready February 7. It was not ready then. Told it would be ready February 12. Called February 12 they did not answer the phone all day. Called on the 13th still no answer. Called right back off my boyfriends phone the receptionist answered right away. So obviously they were screening their calls. I asked about my table still not ready. Told that it will be in ready by 3pm. Arrived at 3pm still no glass. Picked up my broken glass to take my business elsewhere. Called on February 14th just to see if it was ready still not ready. I would have loved to do business within my community, this company made it impossible. Save yourself sometime and take your business elsewhere. I even mentioned to the receptionist about the negative reviews I read online before leaving my glass and she responded you cant make all customers happy.

Terrible, I have been trying for three weeks to get an answer as to weather my order for a mirror replacement was ready. Often no one answers the phone and when they do they say they dont have access to my order and someone will get back to me.When I dropped off the door I was told it would be ready in an hour, then I was called and told it would be another day. Then I was told it would be a week.
