We are remodeling our home and need better insulated glass. Ed came out to evaluate and Joanne sent us the proposal. Unfortunately they dont communicate well with each other and the proposal is not what I asked for. A bunch of times I tried to call Joanne and asked for a call back but she preferred to respond by email leaving questions unanswered. At one point I thought they had it figured out and I was ready to place the order. Then Joanne learned that the glass manufacturer cant make what we need and we continued this back and forth. Its been 6 months now and I lost all confidence that they might deliver and do a proper job. Most likely well have to finish our remodel without the new glass because its too late.

The window they replaced was not sealed properly and water leaked, trying to get them to come out asap and having a hard time with the scheduling person Joanne.
