I received an email back with detailed questions and examples of their previous work within a day. After that Damien set up a time to come measure the doors. A week later installation was completed within 3 hours. An absolute joy to work with. My first experience with a glass company for shower doors and I plan on using Ultimate Glass in the future for any additional projects.

Perfection. From initial contact through completion, Mike and Damian were professional and both went above and beyond for the shower wall enclosure for our bathroom renovation. Mike made the design suggestion to arch the enclosure to match the arch of the shower surround; this detail, which we never even thought of, was a huge improvement to what we envisioned. They met our timeline, even mobilized in an hour when we had a plumbing fixture delay, and were responsive throughout the entire process. The installation was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend everyone to use their services without hesitation.

We have owned out home for 41 years and in all of that time, I have never dealt with such wonderful, honest people who take such pride in their work! We had gotten 2 estimates for a framless shower glass door and they were way too high and one was on a website, we were not dealing with a person. I found UGA on yelp and went to their store and Mike and Damian spent so much time with me and gave me some great ideas. They make the doors themselves on sight, using american glass and the highest quality hardware and their price just blew us away. They are master craftsman who love their job and are proud of their work. We had our bathroom totally gutted and then Damian and Rodrego installed the door and were so professional and friendly and we learned so much. My 78 inch framless glass door with brushed nickel hardware it gorgeous and I know that if any problems will arise, Damian will be back. I was leary about finding someone on Yelp but Oh my goodness!! Mike and Damian have worked with us for the past 20 years and fabricate authentic art glass. I have an interest in period art glass and Mike has helped us in an artistic manner with numerous projects including complex window overlays, sconce development, modification of original1897 antique stained glass and most recently a beautiful stained glass ceiling. Their workmanship is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them without reservation. They also do wonderful contemporary projects in glass.

This company has taken thousands of dollars from me in the form of a deposit and never completed the work. They disappeared and are unreachable. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. Do not give your money to this business.

Damian and Mike installed an antique mirror backsplash above a newly installed bar in our Chicago great room. It has made the whole project come together and it looks beautiful. They sent a quote less than 24 hours after I contacted them and that is what the project ultimately cost...no additional charges! Their quote was very reasonable compared to others. Mike came to look at our space just a couple of days after I called him then invited us to the shop where he could show us some options. Mike made some great suggestions. Our experience with Ultimate Glass Art was even better than we expected. They are very flexible and completed our project quickly and beautifully. We will definitely use them on future projects. They are true artists.

Wow!!! This place is amazing!! I was eating next door until I seen this place and all I have to say is wow what they can do with glass is amazing. I spoke with the owner and had a chance to see them working on an amazing mosaic. I also checked out there website and everything they do is amazing. check them out when you get a chance.

Does this place exist at all ?? Ive tried for several weeks to contact them via phone and even left messages with all my information and i get nothing at all . They must either be filthy rich where they dont need the business or theyre are literally that terrible at customer relations or lack there of .

I have been looking all over Chicago for someone to work with me to design a bathroom mirror, I was ready to give up until I came across this place. Mike and his son were so helpful as soon as I walked in we came up with a design that was perfect for what I was looking for. These guys are so creative and artistic that it blew my mind with all the options givin to me. Also I was a little scared that it was going to be a long process and expensive, but they were very fast with making it and delivering it. I will definitely be coming back and referring them.

I found Ultimate Glass Art on this site with positive reviews and decided to give them a shot. I called 2 other companies for comparison and UGA was the most competitive price wise and with the best styles to choose from. Damian came out and gave me a quote and then his father came out as well and advised my tile guy to have the tile pitched a certain direction to prevent unnecessary leakage, now thats what I call attention to detail. I received a quote via email and they even gave me a $100 discount for being a new customer! Bonus!! After my tile was completed Damian came out a 3rd time for final measurements and he even matched the door handle shape to my faucet! Love these guys! The installation was on time just before Thanks Giving. I couldnt have asked for better timing! UGA did a great installation job and cleaned up after themselves very professional and courteous. Had UGA in to do a set of frameless sliding bypass doors. I wasnt even sure they existed, but Damian was very helpful at the initial estimate in explaining options and we settled on a plan. He was very patient talking through all my questions and provided what I feel to be a very fair price. He came back with a helper to install and I then learned how much of a perfectionist he is. He would not leave until the doors were absolutely perfect and I was completely satisfied. Its such a breath of fresh air to deal with a smaller shop where you can still get personal attention and not have your job being passed off between multiple departments/crews. UGA provides an excellent product, for a fair price with a personal touch. What more can you ask for?

Fantastic work & service. I had a project that involved 2 large bathroom vanity mirrors and a frameless shower door repair. Not only did they come in lower than all other estimates (I got estimates from 4 different shops in the chicagoland top 10), but they also had them ready in a week! (Most other businesses scheduled for two). Installation was a breeze, they were super friendly, and the mirrors look great.Most companies are leery of tackling shower door repairs - they always want to upsell you a shower replacement, which is insane to me. Ultimate Glass was a champ, and fixed this door fairly easily. I couldnt be more thrilled!

Summary: the person-to-person contacts are as superior as the mirror quality and workmanship, service is beyond reproach and pricing is more than competitive.Mike and Damian run a tight ship of fast responses, well-thought out recommendations, working in a close time-frame and they have really good support staff - that is installers. Oh and clean! That everyone everywhere was as careful with your property as UGA. Except for new gleaming mirrors theres no sign of anyone having been in the space.The mirrors themselves. I checked online and got the three elements of quality mirrors: glass thickness, glass quality and quality and quantity of silvering. Damian must have laughed to himself when I trotted out these three requirements but regardless my mirrors are incredible. (Seriously my reflection looks 20lbs lighter than real life.)Extra attention to detail was a big part of their service. As Mike initially took measurements he showed me where surfaces werent level, giving me time to get these areas made level so the mirrors fit seamlessly. The edges of the glass are finished, unusual because theyre covered with channel (thin metal frame). I mean who needs a finished edge when its covered by metal? I do. These mirrors will be hard used and I expect that theyll last for years and no one is ever going to cut themselves on an exposed edge. Some of the mirrors have outlets cut into them and OMG Mike or someone created mirrored outlet covers for each, How expensive do these look? Oh yeah.Pricing was excellent. Requiring over 40 mirrors ranging from about 2 square to 8 long by 3 tall be sure I shopped around. *Some places charge extra to remove old mirrors. Hmmm. If I could remove them Id probably be able to install new and wouldnt need your services, now would I? *They dont offer weird and changing discounts when told youll think about hiring them. Maybe the other companies hire unemployed car salesmen - I cant explain it but give me your best price and well both be happy. *The metal channel was part of the price when others wanted $500 more. *They accommodated an installation schedule outside of their business hours. *They schlepped these mirrors up and down four levels of un-airconditioned building. *UGA told me they would provide excellent quality mirrors and you can see they did. *Service was spotless from start to finish. *Their closest competitor wanted about $10,000. UGA was over 20% less. **AND removed the old mirrors and took them away too!My job was odd in terms of quantity and size of mirrors, and installation needs, but they aced all aspects so I know their work on everything related to glass and mirror is going to be unequaled.I look forward to hiring UGA again and again.Painless. Perfect. Priceless.
