Rick is great guy. The explanations for different engraving tech that I may want to use were perfect and he made the work done for a customer’s schedule.

Engravetech is awesome we went to get a Pandora charm engrave that nobody else was able to engrave due to my charm being tiny and they are no where near my home which is way in Bellwood we drove all the way to Chicago in the rain storm because he told us that he can engrave he looked at the item and he was able to offer me exactly what I wanted which was a very special birthday gift for me from my mom and dad Im very happy with his service , very good service very good recommendation on the print font very good engraving on such a tiny piece of jewelry , fast service affordable pricing!!!!!! I haven’t even gotten the engraving done yet but was blown away by the compassionate treatment I received just on the phone. Six weeks ago I lost my partner very suddenly, I was asking about having my ring engraved with our initials, not to go into details but just the level of compassion and understanding was amazing.Update, the ring has been engraved. Emotionally it was a taxing experience to say the least, but as I stood there my hand shaking uncontrollably trying to take my ring back I was treated with such tenderness and understanding. It took what felt like an eternity to take my ring from him but he never rushed me, just was patience.

Ricardo was great help with everything! I wanted to get a whiskey bottle and a block of wood engraved with quotes so I reached out via email. He was quick with a response, showed me a sample of what the final product would look like, and the end product ended up matching the mock up. Couldnt be happier.

I purchased a watch as a first-year wedding anniversary gift for my wife and brought it here to get it engraved. I had a very positive experience with Ricardo who was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. He helped me narrow down and select the most appropriate font for the rear surface of the watch. Moreover, he was able to engrave and return it within 24 hours (the day before our anniversary)! Perfect for my wedding flutes! I tried different shops around the city but nobody was able to engrave my flutes the way I wanted them until I found this place. Ricky was able to customize the font size I wanted in the place where I wanted the engraving without any problem. I highly recommend this place.

The customer service here was totally awesome!!! I walked in to get something engraved and I needed it the same day, needless to say, it was done to perfection. I was given a very reasonable quote and it took off from there. Ricardo, was very helpful in helping me pick out fonts and even gave me suggestions which looked great on the mugs I purchased. Came in to get my future husbands wedding band engraved and Ricardo actually apologized because it was going to take 2 days and not 1. Other places told me it would take weeks!! Ricardo was very nice and professional! The work was done quickly and well priced. My only complaint is that the engraving was not done is small caps as requested and it was slightly crooked. However, it was done on a rounded surface which was more challenging.

I dropped off a chrome Zippo yesterday to be engraved and picked it up today. Its absolutely perfect. The engraver, Ricardo, was extremely helpful when I was searching for a font and he even gave me a first time customer discount. I had a bat mitzvah gift to give and wanted a plaque to personalize it. I provided the copy in both English and Hebrew. Bashir engraved the plaque and affixed it to my gift by the next day. The recipient was very proud and impressed with her gift. I had to miss the reception, but was told by another attendee that she paraded it proudly, showing off the engraved plaque. I had a very sentimental piece to engrave and searched all the reviews I could find to ensure I ended up in the right place. I am happy to say I have no regrets. The entire staff here has been incredible. They took a picture of a loved one and were able to engrave his urn with a unique portrait. I loved their work so much that I had several jewelry pieces, including pendants, engraved, a couple of which are now considered heirlooms by my family members. Everyone here, including Mory, Nikki, Karoosh, and Ricardo have been very patient, caring, and detailed in making sure that the pieces have been of the highest quality. What sets them apart is that they care about your pieces as much as you do. I feel incredibly lucky that I found them and wish them all of the best! I highly highly recommend!

My wife and I just got married in June and I decided to order a beautiful heart shaped lockets from wedding bands company. The engravings on the lockets were the most important aspect of the gift since it was extra special to us celebrating her first birthday as husband & wife. I had very detailed instructions when it came to the engraving of the locket. I had Bashir from EngraveTech contact me numerous times over email and even over the phone to make sure this gift came out exactly the way I wanted. Very bad workmanship. Sandblasting is not engraving, but they did not tell me that, and unfortunately you only get one chance to get this right.
