The bottom pivot hinge on my very heavy shower door split, so the door was at risk of breaking loose, which would have been catastrophic! Sam assured me that although they are very busy currently, he could fit me in. Sure enough, the next day a crew of 2 show up within 10 minutes of their expected time, and 2 1/2 hours later, the job was finished and everything was cleaned up. The workers were very courteous and efficient. And now I dont have a shower door waiting to injure people or property! Thanks Sam and team!!

Visited their store front on a Saturday and they said I would have someone call to confirm a visit the following Monday. They did call but no one showed up. When we called back they said the employee called off. They sent someone else a few days later. Employee came in and took measurements and said they would send a quote. We are still waiting for such quote two weeks after. Our project by no means if a huge one but it is over $2000 worth. Guess we’ll take our business somewhere else.

I had a shower door that wasnt closing properly. I couldnt find anyone that repaired shower doors so I had to try to fix it myself. Ashland Glass and Mirror sells shower doors so I gave them a try. The woman at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions I had. She was very patient. She made suggestions and provided me with important information. They had some of the replacement parts I needed and she even cut them to size for me. She was extremely helpful and I could not have done the repair successfully without her.

Awful customer service. Have called the facility and provided a drawing via email for our steam room shower door for a rough estimate. Sam called back and said that he doesnt understand what the drawing is about and added that we have to work with them the way they work which is schedule an appointment for an estimate and if we dont wish to work the way they do we can go away. No thank you, after this demand we will not even schedule an appointment with you. They didnt even want to listen to our explanation on each piece of the drawing (which is very straightforward btw). All we wanted is a door with an opening on the top for a steam to come out.

Ordered glass to cover designed table I had made and had kept covered with only a table cloth for years. Glass looks wonderful - appropriately cut with rounded corners, received timely delivery and professional service all at a very reasonable price.I will now order glass requiring rounded, intricate cutting for a hall table. The above was my first dealing with Ashland Glass and Mirror and I ordered it alone to see how I felt about the quality and service. Now I am ready for the difficult-cut one!!!!I am so happy I located this company - just online with no recommendations.

Worst customer service,I called up the place the first time to confirm that they cut glass for table tops, as I had an existing glass table from CB2 Silverado 72 that I wanted to cut shorter to fit in my nook. They confirmed they can do the work with a caveat if it is tempered they will not be able to cut it. I checked with CB2 and confirmed that the glass was not tempered and they quoted $25 for the cut and additional $10 for finishing the side.This was in my budget and I called them the second time to confirm and create a ticket as I had to transport the 72 glass top, and they created the ticket and re-confirmed the price.Today I went to the shop and they were very rude to begin with and talked impolitely and said that they would charge $200 to cut plus finishing would be extra. I was aghast by their behavior, even upon confirming twice they went back on their quote moreover they did not even talk properly.Obviously I walked out from there and researched on other glass cutters, but wanted to share the miserable experience with this shop. As an FYI i finally got the glass top cut at Chicago Tempered Glass Inc and they did the work for under $30 for cutting and finishing in less than an hour.
