Great place to have your car windows tinted. Ive taken my car for the 3rd time. Very professional and affordable. Well satisfied with their work. Will definitely use United Auto Glass in the future.

This place has good prices. Just triple call to make sure they have the correct glass you need. I called ahead and then called once more just to get a contradicting answer about the glass I needed. Good customer service just maybe they didnt hear me correctly the first time?

Had my windshield replaced and it was a good price, I thought they did a fantastic job. Fast forward two months, I’m having my car painted. In order for them to paint it properly they have to takeoff the windshield. So the body shop had a professional glass remover come in only to tell me whoever installed it did a very unprofessional job and did it the wrong way. Also the glass had crack in it that nobody told me about. I am very upset and will not be using this place again.

Man UAG is the BOMB!!! Was told 2 hours on my tint...NOPE!!!! Less than an hour. They had 2 super professional gents working on my car at once. I HIGHLY recommend UAG!!!

Great place to get your glass fix for your car

Yes theyre fast and gives you a cheaper price....but I rather pay the extra $20 to get my windshield fixed from someone who will take their time and do it right.2 weeks ago my windshield was installed..I let it dry for 2 weeks ...I adjusted my mirror and their is a big crack down the middle of my windshield.Took it to them and they admitted it was because of the mirror but they didnt admit that it was their fault. Supposedly because the way I moved the mirror it was my fault. Had my car for 5 years 3 different drivers and we adjusted the mirror depending who was driving and everything was fine. But now, we were told that because the way we moved the mirror...its our fault.So spend the extra 20 dollars and go to someone who will give you for what you pay.

Great prices excellent job

I had an overall great experience with United Auto Glass! I called the day of and asked if they had any availability to tint my dodge dart all around. They said yes and said itd take about 2 hrs. I brought it in and they immediately started working on it. I left at about 330 PM. The whole process took about an hour & a half. Before paying, I inspected the car tints in which they had no problem with. I then paid and went to leave. However, upon leaving I accidentally put my window down almost immediately. Thankfully, the man who serviced me came and took a look and said the window was fine. He then put beige tape over my window control panel to remind myself not to put any windows down.. which was great. He didnt have to do that for me. I then left. About 5 minutes into driving I thought I seen bubbles so I called and talked to Rafael, he told me I could come back and that the man who worked on my car would take a look for me. I went back and he inspected the window no problem and I left. Then later that night, I took a good hard look at my car and saw a lot of what looked like bubbles. I called, even though they were already closed, and got no answer. But maybe 20 seconds later they called me back. Again, I talked to Rafael and explained what I saw. He didnt sound aggravated and he didnt have an attitude at all. He told me to give it a week and if they bubbles were still there to call him and that they would fix it. He explained that the windows may just need to dry more. I am very satisfied with the customer service this place has. He even stated, you are paying money for tints, we want you happy with what you got. I was very glad to have been given good service. Usually, because I am a female, I get the run around but this place took care of me and I recommend them!

Do not take your car to this chop shop, unless you want you own car parts sold back to you. I guarantee they will take advantage of you.Here is the story...I love cars. I work on cars professionally. I enjoy fixing them up, and making them look nice. My everyday car is my baby. I know every detail of it, and I make sure it is always in top condition. The last step of perfection to my car was getting my windows tinted. I made the mistake of listening to a friend’s advice and I took my car to United Auto Glass. At first, the experience was typical. They took my car and told me it would be a three hour wait to have the tinting applied, even though there were no cars ahead of mine. They were slow. This should have been my first clue that they are crooks. I agreed to wait.About an hour and a half later the owner comes from the back and tells me my back passenger window switch is broken. I know for a fact, it was not. Like I said my car is always kept in immaculate shape. The shop took off my door panels and either broke the switch, or changed it out for a broken one. The owner pretended like he was doing me a favor by selling me a switch that was working. Basically, he tried selling me my own power window switch. I now have a broken window that I have to replace myself. On top of everything else, they did not out my door panels on correctly so now I have to fix that too.

Been going here for years. Always prompt and courteous service. They will meet or beat any price. One less star has nothing to do with service or price. Yet regarding presence of cats and I cant stay and wait in waiting room and i have run out of there before and after service.

I went there on Sunday for an urgent window repair after somebody broke into my car they replace it immediately with excellent value. I will suggest them you give them a call if you want window/ windshield replaced.

And fixed my window in what seemed like less than 30 minutes. They were fast, friendly, and polite. Yes, the parts are used but they’re very open about it. These reviews couldn’t be any more wrong. I had inquired at 4 different auto-shops with the same set of questions about windshield repair. I had no problems and all of them were pleasant conversations. The person that answered the phone at United Auto Glass was displeased to do their job and answer the questions of a potential customer. It was obvious from the annoyed tone/attitude at every simple question I had.This was just the tip of the Iceberg, I tolerated the disgruntled attitude and continued with my questions, only to find the employee getting strangely defensive when I asked him what type of glass they will be using?. He basically asked me to go to the manufacturer if I wanted original glass, which was not even the question I asked. So then I decided to be civil and end with just getting the estimate regardless, after-all I did feel like I had tolerated too much to walk away empty handed.Once he gave me the estimate, I thanked him for his time and was about to hang up the phone call. Assuming that I had already hung up, I hear the word chingar said out loud. At first I did not know the exact meaning but was about 80% sure it was a swear word. After a little bit of googling, I found out it was in fact a Spanish swear word. So just wanted to warn people of their awful customer service. Big *YIKES!*.

I love this place I will not go anywhere else. I went to 5 other places that lied and told me they had my glass and when I got there they didnt have it or they changed the price. EXCEPT for this company I called and he said they had it in stock and he gave me a price and he kept his word and he also did a fantastic job on my window! I have referred him to many of my family and friends.

Windshield totally cracked , on the verge of shattering . Called Union Auto and they took me right on the spot . Prices , so reasonable! Safelite Repair wanted almost double what union charged me! Nothing fancy here but you get you moneys worth for sure .

I had my windows tinted on my Honda Accord coupe with these guys. For a far price under 130 dollars. However, their work was very sloppy! The back window had a significant wrinkle and some of the edges were not cut to perfection. They tried to over charge me but I was able to negotiate this poor of a job. I learned my lesson and I would rather pay more and get better quality at another location. Very dissatisfied with their line of work. I do not recommend this place for any window tinting.

Passenger window smashed late afternoon. I called around, they were able to fix it that night and with a great price. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The service took extremely too long, and the plastic around my door panel and window switch cover was damaged. I was told by one person that it would be impossible not to have a little damage because my door panel was too tight to get off. Then told by another worker that they never touched the spot that was damaged. And to make things worse i had to drive home 20 miles away to find out that my back door on a brand new 2018 would not open from the inside nor outside. So i drove back for them to fix the door. Which they raised down my newly tinted window after i was told not to raise the windows down for 4 days. I believe they should let someone know that their work may cause damage to your car. I was insulted when i was told that they work on $100,000 cars with no damage. I do not understand why they believe they can damage my car and inconvenience me to come back for a door that won’t open on a brand new car. I am unsatisfied with the service completely.

I came in in the fourth of July because some kind of firework shattered my drivers window. I was able to come in, he took my car back, fixed it, and even vacuumed ALL of the lose glass! And if that wasnt enough, he went out of his way to fix a broken fixture in the car. This guy is legit!

Worst experience ! The older man told me I can go, I get there and he says can I please have your number theres 3cars that came out of no where yet I had called at the moment they opened. Made me waist gas with his lying self. Then he had the nerve to say when I can take it. I said forget it completely. He could be told me over the phone. They replaced my windshield in under an hour for less than half the price I was expecting to pay. The owner even offered to fix something else I had busted on my car for free. Hopefully Ill never have to replace my cars windshield again but if I do, Ill definitely be coming back here.

Took me on a Sunday last minute for a stuck window which was great but did not have the rubber gasket for it so took back one star. But otherwise was glad they got it to close.
