This store is a huge SCAM!! I bought a ring for my husband on sale. Made sure to ask if he could return it for the right size even after the sale. The woman said yes. My husband goes to return for the right and they charge his card. He fought with them so they gave him the money back on his card. Made him happy. Check my card today... they charged my card. Now I have to go back in and argue today. Happy friggin New Year Kay Jewelers. Never again will I use this location.

The big white guy with a beard is the only one that has been helpful and actually cares what you want and doesnt try to just make a sell.

I just love kay jewelers. I have always wanted a chocolate jeweler so i brought me a ring.

Been to this location a couple of times and have purchased 2 or 3 items. Everytime I go in it gets a bit sketchier each time. The final straw was today when I went in to upgrade my fiances ring. I went in browsing just looking around at first when someone asked if I needed assistance and I politely told them I was fine and continued looking. Very shortly after, a young lady came over and asked was I looking for something specific I told her no but I was looking to upgrade a ring. The young lady was the best part of my visit, she was extremely helpful, informative and ultimately helped me figure out the style I wanted to get for the Mrs. The entire time in the store whether I was by myself or with the young lady the other employees would stare me down and I could see them watching me as if I were a criminal. After the young lady left to give me some time I could hear them talking about me and a lady yelled do you need help with something very aggressively. At that point what looked like the manager tried to doctor up the situation by making it seem like she was very knowledgeable and just wanted to help me choose the right ring but I knew this was not the case. I again told them no Im fine and left the store. I will not be rushed or made to feel like Im some kind of criminal when I am a paying customer. I left went down to Zales and found a great ring that I ended up leaving with. I wont be going back to Kay because of the group of rude Africans American ladies that work there except for the kind young lady to was assisting me. They messed up her commission from this customer.

I am shocked at the previous reviews especially the ones naming Corey. Maybe I have worked with a different Corey because I have a completely different experience. Corey helped me pick out a watch and wedding band for my husband. He asked the right questions to give me the best suggestions and he also educated me on some things about watches.There is also a young lady, whose name I cant recall but she has a beautiful accent, who helped me with my inspection recently. While she was completing my inspection she made some small talk and then remembered who I was. She asked how my husband was doing as well as my sister-in-law who picked out her engagement ring there.I can understand the reviews that are based on the company and their policies. However, as far as the employees doing their job at this location the customer service is outstanding. I dont feel pushed or pressured into a sale.

This place has got to be a joke. Went to get simple, traditional wedding bands. The price was around $300 for the two. The lady there tried to charge us an additional $300+ dollars so services we didnt care for (like lifetime cleaning) and then told us it was mandatory to pay for it to get resized... She also said it would take 2 weeks for them to do so.. Ive been to many jewelry stores and have purchased many rings, and I was able to walk out of the store with my correctly-sized purchase right then... So Im not sure whats with the ridiculous policies and prices here... We ended up going to Zales in the same mall. We were met with a very friendly lady who was able to find us basically the same rings without all the extra fees. AND we were able to even wear out rings right after our purchase, no 2 week wait for mandatory resizing.

My husband bought me a beautiful ring from Kay online. Unfortunately it was to small. So I went to the Kay Jewelers in Greenbrier to have it resized. Thank God the hubby bought the plan. Two weeks later12/5/19, I get the ring back. I didn’t wear much since I was baking. I kept it in the box. Monday I noticed on the outer band it was already scratching up. I brought it in Tuesday and the guy( don’t know his name) was rude. Said it’s just wear and tear. We can buff it out. I said should a ring do this within a few days, I have wedding rings I have had for 15+ yrs that look better. So hoping I can return the ring. I think the person who resized it did shotty work and it shows! I will never go to this store again, thanks to the guy who was rude AF!

I was visiting VA Beach with some girlfriends and we stumbled across the Kay’s Jewery store in Greenbrier Mall. We were warmly welcomed by Manager Corey. He noticed we were window shopping engagement rings for us to show our ideal rings to the men in our lives. The experience education as well as personal for both for us all. Which is why we couldn’t be happier or prepare to send our significant others to Corey’s capable hands in a year or two when it’s time to pop the question.

Having one diamond fall out of an Engagement ring, okay, that can be fixed. But the EXACT SAME diamond falling out less than a month later? UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE TO GET ANYTHING. I am so livid. My fiance is in the military, and is gone more than he is home. I have this beautiful ring he picked out for me and I CAN NOT EVEN WEAR IT because it has to go back to get fixed? No, Unacceptable. You put me out; youre making me come back to Kay to get my ring sent back off? AND on top of ALL OF THAT; our ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS ARE RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. That is something that has been planed for MONTHS now; and guess what? I have to CANCEL them. Why? MY RING WONT BE ON MY HAND BECAUSE SOMEONE DIDNT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB THE FIRST TIME AROUND! Honestly I can not even describe how angry I am. The first time I luckily found the diamond. this time... IT IS GONE :( I no longer have the exact same diamonds as the original ring. Honestly... You all, do not get anything from here.

Cody and company have done a fantastic job taking care of my wife and I. The jeweler services did an amazing job with my wifes ring refurbishment. I have been a customer with Kay for a long time but this is the best location I have had the pleasure of doing business with.

I honestly cant vouch for the reviews below me. i came here to get a ring. and from my experience, man it went GREAT! I was assisted by Brad. He constantly checked up on me and made sure that I had all the help i needed. The pricing is GREAT! The Service is GREAT! my friend will be here for 2 weeks which she will be leaving to go back home on the 25th. well I had to get the ring resized, and at first the ring would have been back until the 27th but brad cared about my situation. and promised to have it resized and ready perfectively by the 20th! if I could rate this place higher I would.!!!! GO TO BRAD!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay as far away from this store as you can. The manager Cory actually threatened to call Security when I started crying because he had ordered my engagement ring a size too small. This was the 4th ring their company had ordered due to their mistakes!Please shop the locally owned jewelry stores. Kay, Zales, Jared and others are all owned by the same parent company Sterling. I have now gone through 6 rings and STILL I am having issues getting a nice ring. The last one had black diamonds in the halo! They are not willing to refund the over $5k we spent on this ring.Stay AWAY!

Do not shop here!! I have had my stone fall out 3 times. Growing increasingly worried I asked the manager why it keeps falling out and I was told that it should be only worn on special occasions which was not what it was bought for. So I proceeded to ask why he did not inform me before it was bought as he was informed it was for everyday use and he said how am I supposed to know that. As I proceeded to ask more questions he grew increasingly short and snippy. On top of all of that he mixed up my paper work with someone else which had all of my information. Do not shop here and save your money!!

All I can say is Im not surprised that woman had a terrible with corey! He basically told me to leave the store , I was doing nothing with my life, and not to shop there if I wanted one on one customer service, its ok though I called corporate! Done with Kay Jewelers! Ill got to JB Robinson from now on I dont shop at the store when corey is there ! Hes rude and mean! Be careful!

Do not shop. This place minipulates interest rates to 26%. Is hat a rip-off. Luckily I transfered it to my 8% credit card. I have a $10000 limit here and I will never spend a dime here again. What crooks.
