Bought my mother a Timex watch and shortening the band looked like a daunting task when I looked up the procedure on the Internet. Took it to Watch & Jewelry Fast Repair and the gentleman shortened in about 10 minutes and cost $10. Saved me the frustration of trying to do it myself and I cant even tell where he removed the links. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

I left a watch here on December 30, 2019 to get an estimate on replacing the crystal. When I found out what it would cost to fix it, I decided not to do it. Now I can’t get my watch back. They tell me it’s at the watch repair place they send things to. I came here today in person to try again. They are supposed to open at 11:00. It is now 11:20 on August 6, and they still haven’t opened. Do not go to them for service!
