Beautiful work on a repair and done quickly! Broke a prong on a setting and brought it in for repair. Staff was friendly and courteous. I was given a 4 to 5 day turnaround but they exceeded my expectations and had it ready within 24 hours! With the repair and a professional cleaning, my ring looked like new again. Will definitely be returning with any other jewelry repair needs!

Amazing experience! I came in to replace batteries on 3 of my watches and repair a bracelet. Was greeted by Mr. long himself who said hell get all this done in 10 min AND offered to complimentary cleaning and inspection of my engagement and wedding rings (even though I didnt even buy it there)! This finished six months effort for my wife. It was a necklace composed of seven gold charms reflecting the loves in her life with two gold beads used as spacers. It has taken so long because of covid, shortage of available inventory and failure in finding just the right charm. The people at Longs have been extremely helpful in my quest. Going through catalogs of charms, selecting spacers needed to balance the look, and resorting the charms several times until my wife was satisfied. The names of the Longs employees I am sorry I dont recall their names but they made me look good to my wife which is why I will continue to come back as my favorite jewelry store.

I came in to get my nameplate on my necklace fixed and Jenny was eager to help! She was very knowledgeable and so kind. Ive had this necklace since I was a baby and broke it as a teenager. When I was telling Jenny about how it, I told her that I also have a matching ring that I havent been able to wear since I was 5. She told me that they would be able to fix that for me too! Dee was an awesome customer service representative.I brought in a Pandora bracelet to be cleaned and at pick up one of my charms that was gold plated came out a rose/silver color my other gold plated was fine.I had a silver necklace that was sodered together and it shows, now I wont be able to wear it again. I thought it would be linked backed together it lookslike a big knot.I brought in four more silver necklaces and they were just fine.I also brought in a gold rope chain that needed a new clasp and asked for the least amount of money as I generally do not wear gold and no one will be that up front and personal looking at it...just to replace aclasp was $79. I think that was excessive.

I proposed to my fiance and had my moms 45 and 35 year old rings. The 45 year old ring was her original wedding set and the 35 year old ring was her 10 year anniversary ring. Longs made these rings look new, sized and reset them to perfection because of the age and wear. Very professional and friendly, highly recommended.

It was above and beyond! I put off having my wedding and nana rings upsized because I thought I would be without them for a couple of weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when they said the rings would be ready by Friday (it was Tuesday). I got a call the next day that they were ready for pick up! They fit perfectly and are SO shiny!
