My experience with him when I asked him to replace my watch capacitor battery was fine: he charged what he quoted and was done when he said hed be. He even worked around the issue with my watchs poor connection to the Citizen radio tower in Colorado.

The man working here is extremely rude with no people skills to speak of. No wonder the shop is always empty!

I had got my wifes ring resized and cleaned , it looks brand new and it was way more affordable then the competition in the area also everywhere else said about 2 weeks where this guy did it in an hour!!!

The owner can be curt, but he knows what he’s doing. He has a lot of business and does quick, quality work.

I have used this gentleman multiple times and always been happy with the results and price. One time I brought my husbands expensive watch which had never worked correctly...he discovered that it had the wrong battery in it.

If I could have selected 0, I would have. The male who assisted me was rude with poor customer service skills. I went elsewhere.

Had him re attach a small tube on one of the numbers of the face. He interrupted my explanation with wanting to just have the watch. Figured it had to do to him being foreign and a culture thing. After reading other reviews i would totally agree that he is rude. Furthermore, he repaired the watch but bend the rotating piece that kept time (it was a wind up watch) the face of the watch was also lose which told me he was in a hurry and not careful. Since we cant replace the piece, he is responsible for breaking a 300 dollar watch. Also, since he does not give a receipt, we had no claim to this accusation. My only hope is he continues to get these bad reviews and is put out of business. (the watch repair in Lynnhaven is much better)

We wanted a bracelet fix but the owner was so rude we decided not to let him fix it!!! If I could give him a 0 I would!! Smh

This proprietor was rude and abusive to me on 10/23/17. He gave one price and charged my credit card a different price. When confronted he said I didnt loudly and as I was walking out, he said F...you several times. I left the store and advised mall security. They advise me to report incident to the mall office service. I went to the store with security to request a refund and was not accommodated. Horrible service and abusive to customers. Stores like this bring the mall down and lends a flee market atmosphere.

My son and I had used JGJ Watch and Jewlery before the person was rude but seemed competent, so we decided to return on Saturday worst mistake of my life. My son had a pin put in his watch which took minutes. He completed the task and gave a price. Then I asked him to look at my watches I had several. He looked at them quickly and gave me a price for batteries. When I tried to ask him questions about my watches he became intolerant. hostile, nasty and rude. He started demanding his 7.41 cents as if I were going to flee without paying him. Then he informed that he was busy and didnt have time. There wasnt another person there. He said I have work to do in the back. He started yelling and screaming at me to give him his money and then used profanity. I will never return to JGJ. I went to Lynnhaven Mall and went Geneva Watch and was treated with dignity and respect. I spent over 100$ with Geneva. I will continue to go to Geneva watch. I suggest you me or how to JGJ at Greenbriar Mall in Chesapeake, VA.

Just got my batteries replaced in two watches. He quoted me $9.99 on one watch and $10.99 on the other watch. These are pretty typical prices so I decided to let him replace the batteries. When I came to pick them up, I was surprised when it was $9.99 on one, but the other was $15.99. When I confronted him about the bait and switch, he denied it and said he quoted me the same prices. Do not go here. For the money, please go to a trusted place, Mr. Chos Watch Repair at Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach.

Very rude asian guy who owns this place , more importantly dont trust expensive peices with them lately ive been seeing they steal your diamonds out of your jewelry...he took 20 stones out of my chain that were very noticable upon pick , i should have taken pictures of my jewelry prior because i would file charges!!!

I use this place for all of my repairs. Always fast and professional .

This man cussed me out and told me 2 leave becuase i was asking 2 many questions....and getting on his nerves......please spend your money someplace better

It was horrible, he got upset because I walked in before he could cut the lights on...then was rude and threw my necklace back at me...luckily a security guard was walking by and seen it and told me to file a formal complaint, he also told me that he always have complaints on him being rude to his customers ..the owner told me not to come back again...smh mind you this is my 3rd time coming to him to fix my necklace due to me purchasing it from his store...hell NEVER get another cent from me
