If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst apartment community I have EVER lived!! As a young female with a toddler daughter, it was very unnerving to see a plethora of teenage boys circle my car while making trips from my apartment back to my car with armloads of groceries. I had to lock my apartment and my car in between each trip to avoid being robbed, all the while my daughter wanted to follow me up and down the stairs, making the experience that much more inconvenient. Playground equipment is unsafe and literally fell apart while my daughter was playing on it. I was offered drugs on the same playground with her there as well. Upstairs neighbors extremely loud throughout the night, and the leasing office did nothing to help after trying to ask them to keep it down at 3am. God forbid someone actually has a job to go to in the morning instead of collecting welfare. There are unattended kids and teenagers destroying property and creating general havoc in the parking lot on an every day basis. Trash and cigarette butts fill the breezeways daily. Although the apartment was decent and clean (because it was new at the time), I am sure by now most of them are not in this condition. This is an extremely unsafe community and they will rent to absolutely anyone. Especially if you have children, do NOT move here.

Affordable living is all you’ll get unless you decide to shorten your lease, then prices get jacked up!! The leasing agents need sensitivity training as they are rude, judgmental, and careless. They even allow certain neighbors to bully you and nothing gets resolved. AVOID this place, I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy!!

The service is extremelly bad. When you want to get information the stuff is rude. If you move to this area please avoid this place. You will get out of there feeling like nobody cares about you. Im a business owner and I look for excellent customer service all the time.

STAY AWAY! THIS IS the worst place to live. The manamengt is joke. They dont notify of anychanges being done they just charge you fees left and right. The managers can care less about helping you so dont waste your time. They dont know how to keep the property clean and safe for kids.

Place worse place to live kids out running around all hour nights shooting and people doing drugs deals breaze ways always smell like weed people always fighting not a good place to live

Always drunk people drugs young kids outside ! Not a place I want to live or have my children there
