I highly recommend you go somewhere else. The female nail tech did an amazingly horrible job on my nails. She literally did not file or buff my nails after the fill in. The acrylic was lumpy and bumpy underneath the gel polish. Speaking of the gel polish, it was bubbled up and noticeably discolored. The worst part of this service was when I came back to have the manager redo them. He gave me attitude like it was my fault. He tried to avoid redoing my nails by filing and reshaping them. He accused me of being difficult and never even apologized nor took accountability for the poor work his wife did to my nails. I will never return and I advise everyone to go where you will be respected and treated fairly.

I have actually been going here for about 2 years but it was my first Time back in a while due to me moving. I’m very sad to say I won’t be returning to this establishment again. I received a fill in and he rushed through the whole process. My nails are uneven, not smooth , nails are not the same length and missing polish in certain spots. They also have an issue with staffing which has been quite evident during the years and it’s a bad look on the store. A customer had three different nail technicians service her and she wasn’t quite sure who was going to service her. I did enjoy coming to this salon but you definitely get what you pay for. I will be looking for a new salon to attend. I wish them the absolute beat and hope they change the way things are ran. Customers appreciate when technicians take their time and display professional qualities.

I love love love it here! Theyre super nice attentive and polite and some can be funny. I had a great time. Treated myself for mothers day with my oldest cause she graduating with honors!!! YESSSSSS!! Will return love you guys

Brian is very professional and extremely transparent about any questions about services you desire. He made feel comfortable and I did not feel rushed and all. He took his time to perfect my nails and I truly appreciate that!

I would give this place a zero but there is no option for that. I stopped in to get my eyebrows done. I asked the lady to cover the entire bench with the white paper. She said no because I have shoes on. She told me to take off my shoes. Why would I take my shoes off if YOUR DOING my eyebrows. She had this nasty grey towel on the bench that dozens of people probably used. Disgusting. Took my business elsewhere. Thanks Lee I’m glad you prevented me from getting something unwanted from your business !!!

Walked in, not acknowledged by anyone. I signed in and waited to be called (all I wanted was a pedicure). Another young lady walked in, they greeted her immediately, and the guy told her, “we’ll be right with you.” Another customer was being checked out by another lady and still no acknowledgement, just stares and mean looks. Very rude and unwelcoming to potential customers.

I always have a great experience when I go to Lee Spa Nails. I’m not sure of the older man’s name, but he always does my pedicures. He takes his time and does great work. I also enjoy this salon because of the calm atmosphere. I can relax and know they’ll take care of my nail needs.

Well now. I paid 75 dollars for a basic real basic mani pedi. I got gel polish. (No additions) Their prices are not posted so they can charge whatever they want. The service was good and the atmosphere is nice, but they overpriced in my opinion. Also my polish started peeling off of my nails 3 days after I got it done. A nail a day.

I paid $85 for a mani and pedi no extensions added just polish and a basic pedi and in two days my polish started to peel off on my nails.

I’ve been going to lee spa nails for 8 months now and this is my first time writing a review. I’m never dissatisfied with my nails. I live in Greensboro for school and I constantly come back when I need to get my nails done. Just recently I went to get my eyebrows cleaned here for the first time and it looked amazing. The only thing I can say would need to be changed and I’ve seen an improvement is customer service.

I waited over an hour on a Saturday and even got there shortly after they opened. They only had 2 people handling manicures which is absolutely ridiculous for a weekend when you know it will be busy. Definitely will not be back if this is how they handle their staffing.

Amazing experience!! Brian is the best! I come here confidently knowing my nails will be taken care of and I will be laughing the whole time. They know how to take care of their clients! I dont even come in with a concept, but he makes sure I always leave surprised and in love with my nails!

LOVE this place. I will not go anywhere else in the area. Ive been to a few places before coming here for the first time. It was recommended to me by a friend after a different place messed my nails up BAD. I have a great professional relationship with all of the staff here and never have any problems. Dont need to make an appointment although its recommended because they can get busy.

The best nail salon ever! Ive been going there for about 6 months. I always have a wonderful experience when I go. The staff is super friendly and funny. I went to today wanting my nails longer but didnt have the time for a soak off. Brian is an absolute genius he was able to make my nails longer and get me out way before it was time for me to go to work. I tell all my family and friends to go here. You wont regret it. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Appointments are not required , walk ins are allowed. Usually has long wait times during weekends. I guess they have only one staff for eyebrow waxing so it usually takes long wait time. Located just next to Worthington luxury apartment community.

I have a great experience everytime I go. Brian does my nails and Emily has well, they are both great Emily does great gel manicures and Brian is superb with acrylics. My shape is always exactly how I ask and also even with one another, which is not always the case in my past salon experiences. I would 100% recommend it here. The gel color selection is also amazing. Friendly environment!

Please do not go here!Went here the day before my wedding to get acrylic French tips and had the worst experience. No one talked to me for over thirty minutes while I waited (I was so tempted to leave but was in a rush to get my nails done before getting married). When I finally was taken back to get my nails done, they were crocked, very thick and just looked gross. Multiple times I had to ask the lady to even them out and fix them.. I also wanted shorter nails and she proceeded to make them longer than I asked even after I showed her just how short I wanted them...Fast forward a week, nails were popping off... this was a full set not a fill.. so it definitely shouldnt have happened that soon.. Now after getting my nails taken off I have a raging infection on my right ring finger.Rude, unprofessional, unclean, terrible service. Please trust me and do not go here, you will regret it.

I moved to Charlotte in 2013 and have been coming here since before then when I was in town to visit my sister. I have lived and worked on every side of town except the side the shop is on and I still come to get my nails done here. Its not about convenience for me its about good service! They are always so nice, quick and all technicians do a great job! Ive tried other salons but they dont measure up and my manicures always stay well over 2 weeks with no chipping. This is the best nail shop in charlotte period.

Awful experience. Will not be returning. Took over an hour and a half for a pedicure. Didnt even get my toes painted. Lady had no clue had to file nails. Made me bleed. I would highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.

This place is a joke. The manger is rude and only cares about quantity not quality. I paid for to get gel nails on last Saturday. On Monday my nails were chipping. I stopped in and showed the manager who was the person to actually do my nails. He said I will fix right now. I told him I did not have time as I had to get back to work. Went in today and showed him 3 nails are chipping and the overall quality is horrible. He had an attitude and said he could only do one nail and not the others. We put too much money into this Asian community and they could care less about any of us. Look around and see who the majority customers are and ask yourself when do they patronize anything we do. THEY DONT. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES AND THEIR COMMUNITY. NEVER WILL THEY GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME AND I HAVE BEEN SUPPORTING THEM SINCE DAY ONE WHEN THEY OPENED THEIR DOORS.

I went there a few months ago and I think the lady named Lee waited on me, well the only lady that was there working. I had got a manicure and a pedicure. Both were terrible. My pedicure looked bubbled and wasn’t even covering my whole toenails. She kept asking me to get sns after 3 times of asking I kept telling her no, so I got the gel on my manicure that started to chip not even within a week. The whole time while working on my nails she more concerned with the conversation she was having with the other guy that was working in the store not paying attention to what she was doing. Then seemed like she was doing a rush job to hurry up and get on the phone. I had to wait and pay for the sorry job because she had to sit down to have her phone conversation.

They did a great job for a great price. Nice place and great environment.

I went in there with intentions on getting a cute design for a photoshoot after already dealing with horrible quality from another nail tech. When I walked in the atmosphere was dry and nobody spoke. After my hands were examined by two male techs (one bald and thr other short and skinny), they both came to a conclusion of what needed to be fixed but couldn’t service me because they were busy. That’s no problem however, they directed me to a lady named lee and she was the most. Some thing’s for example, huffing and puffy when I asked her if she could drill my acrylic down near my cuticles because it hurt or taking the excess acrylic and glue under my nails for my tips. When it came time to placing my papers down, they were done careless with super glue and it’s bumpy. She was about to just put clear on and let me leave before I stopped her. Got out the chair a started yelling. Never have I ever experienced this at a nail shop before. I have only been in here this one time and I understand everyone has their bad days but that was flat out outrageous for a female number 1 and number 2 an adult. I should be able to go to the nail shop downstairs from apartments to at least see a smiling face if you aren’t incompetent as far as nail art. If I could choose no star I would. PLEASE ALSO READ REVIEWS AT OTHER LOCATIONS NEAR THE AREA FROM OTHER PEOPLE. I didn’t before I went and paid the price

Nice environment.My fill in did not last a full week before needing to be re-done. When I called on the 4th day of having a fill-in he told me it was my fault for having nails that grow fast and that his polish job is excellent. Will not return.

Waited for an hour without a single person saying a word to me. Then a group of six walks in without and appointment and people came running to assist them. I wont be returning.

Horrible! Had two Bad incidents with this nail salon. The first time they used the wrong gel color and when I asked why it looked off they told me the color would change under the UV lights... which It didnt. The second time I came in a lady approached me with a attitude when asking what I want done. when I said I only wanted my color changed she got a attitude and tried to get me to get a pedicure, then proceeded to side eye me the whole time during my service. Once I leave I noticed that my toes are a mess! polish all on the sides and parts of my nails do not have polish on them. When I come back 10 mins later the same lady looks me up and down with a mug and attitude says Youre back again? What do you want?! And told the man who did my toes. I explain to him whats wrong and he starts getting angry and loud with me.The whole time I was very polite yet he still wantes to get at attitude because I came back unsatisfied. the people there have a horrible attitude and do sloppy work. The only good person there is Chloe!

0 STARS WOULD BE BETTER. WORST $70 MANI PEDI EXPERIENCE EVER!! BEFORE THEY STARTED, I ASKED IF THEY COULD DO HAND DESIGNS. THEY LIED, AND KEPT SWITCHING PEOPLE TO DO 1992 FUNERAL FLOWERS ON MY HANDS AND FEET UNTIL I SAID FORGET IT. MY COWORKER WAS GETTING MARRIED AND THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB. I DID NOT WANT TO STRESS HER, CONSIDERING SHE WAS GETTING ON A PLANE IN 48 HOURS. IT TOOK OVER 3 HOURS AFTER THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 45 MINUTES. BOTH OF OUR NAILS WERE SMUDGED AND RUINED BEFORE WE GOT BACK HOME THAT NIGHT. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

If I could rate this nail salon 0 stars I would. They were very rude and unprofessional. I went in with two of my friends and one of them is fluent in vietnamese. Little did the workers know that my friend could understand everything they were saying about us as they were painting our nails. First they laughed at my friends nail color choice and then when they were doing my nails the woman said I wasnt worth $25 because apparently I took too much time to pick my color. Im sorry I took more than 30 seconds to choose my color instead of rushing. I was truly shocked by the way they treated their customers. Anyone who goes here be ware they may be insulting you. I had not said anything the entire time so i dont think their comments were necessary at all. The employees also cut both of my friends fingers. I will never go back here again because of this experience.

This will be my 3rd review...Pho (hope I spelled it correctly), is sweet and very accommodating, thats why I kept going back. His work however is definitely lacking. I went in a clue of weeks ago for a polish change and optes for a french. They (she) charged me $40! But failed to I form me of the coat prior to rendering the service. I could have gotten a full set and pedi for a few dollars more. Needless to say I let her know how I felt about. Im not sure if I will ever go back. Second chanc9are 1 thing...but third chances? Hmmmm I dont think so.

The staff is amazing and they take their time with doing your nails this place is Def. not a chop shop compared to some of the places ive been to in charlotte although they do have a big clientel the wait is totally worth it !! I was referred to emily but unfortunately she had 2 clients ahead of me but my dude daniel did an awesome job hes like emily #2 lol not only that the prices were awesome i was expecting to pay sooo much for everything they did but i will definitely be back !! My gel nails are still poppin!! Thanks guys !
