Absolutely terrible! I took my two little daughters to get their nails painted. The first day the paint peeled off as if it was a press on nail. I took them back today and the lady wasn’t even going to put a top coat!!! They get home and they peeled off again. I feel like they cheated me out of $20! I guess that’s what I get for being impatient and choosing to leave my normal tech and go to this one. Never ever again!!! I will update with pictures

Super bad! Worst experience ever. Pictures are added for you to see for yourself. I went in for a gel manicure. I had showed her the picture which was very simple and easy. It was a combo of black and a nude color.1. She just used cold water for dipping my nails. Thats still okay.2. Filed and just roughly for namesake did something with cuticle pusher on one hand thats it.3. Started applying nail paint. Even after showing the picture she didnt understand the colors( black and a nude) . How difficult are the colors to understand?!I understand you might not get exactly whats in the picture but atleast something similar is what I expected!4.There was a minute heart design n two fingers which is hardly visible. For that she charged me extra $2. Dont mind paying but it should be worth it.When I showed my nails to friends they thought I had experimented with a DIY. I am posting photos please take a look at it and judge for yourself.

Friday 4pm 1 customer in shop. That should have told me enough. Rude service. First asked what I needed, i explained fill, his response was we are busy, then said it will be at least a 30 to 40 min wait. Its friday yall get it together. Horrible customer service. They will probably go out of business soon if 1 customer on a friday early eve was to busy. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME.

This was my second time there and the staff is amazing. There prices are also great, you can not find $35 sns with tips most places. Also, they have many colors to chose from and i can always find the color I am looking for! Both times I have been very satisfied with my nails and I will definitely be coming back!

The pedicure was nothing special. She cut my nails too short. The place is clean enough but the massage chair didnt work. All of them were available as no one else was there at the time so I can only assume none of them work. Tired of going places where they allow the deferred maintenance go unaddressed.

First time customer and was blown away at how awesome this place is!!!! Best pedicure I have ever gotten! Super friendly, took their time (polish was done perfectly), massage and foot mask was amazing, priced reasonably, and I was so relaxed when I left! Vyvy was outstanding! Cant wait to go back and see her again!

My 94 year old neighbor and I have been going to 9-Party nails for about a year now. We did leave for a while to try other places, but we came back because the staff at 9-Party Nails listened best to the needs of my neighbor. I appreciated their attentiveness to her needs. Michael is the very best!

Had a full set of Gel Nails put on. I asked for almond shaped nails and wanted them to be shimmery and gold. I think Shawna did a wonderful job. They are perfectly shaped and look very natural. I would definitely recommend seeing her for nails!

I have been to allot of places to get my nails done and this is it. The Staff and the work they do is the done very well. Did I mention how good the service was? Its GREAT!Beautiful hands, and they made my feet feel wonderful to!

Im allergic to latex and have sensitive skin, and the staff have always been respectful of my request to see the gloves and to skip the lotions. It always seems very clean, and Ive been back several times. Great pedicure spot. :)

I love this place, there could be one thing that would give it a 5 start rating.1. Danny does fabulous nail work. He is gentle and very funny. I have very thing and tender fingers and he did a wonderful job not making them have that burning sensation.2. I love how long they do the pedi. its is just so relaxing and they dont try and rush you out ( then again I go when its not busy just feel its always better service)3. I like that you can tell them what you want and they will give you what you ask for( very important to me)4. They are good people that try and talk to you, but at the same time respect if you are listening to music (I do often) or is talking on the phone(I know kinda rude) but they dont invade your personal space.5. the only thing I dont like is that if you ask for someone (like Danny) they will just sit you down and try and tell you they are just as good. I dont like that...I want a certain person cuz they know me..Other then that I get great quality for a great price...and really that is all that should matter!!! WAY TO GO PARTY NAILS!!!!ONE REQUEST GET A GOOD WEBSITE UP!!!

I have been a customer forever....Kim is my favorite, but all the techs can do a great job! Great prices and great service - and always fun conversation.

Everyone was so nice and the prices are great!! They genuinely take care of their clients.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Waited 40 minutes after finally walking out, was quoted 10 minutes...on top of that the staff took personal calls, left people in the chair for personal breaks. Never go back and staff is slow and do not give updates on time. Customer service was non exisitent.

Best massage! Got an updgraded pedi Vy was my nail tec and she took her time to make them look great! I was a nail tech and i am very particular. Needless to say this place is clean relaxing nice decor staff is friendly too! Plus this place is down the street from work...will be back!
