I have used Luxury Auto Works two or three times now and have ALWAYS been extremely pleased with the level of service and the costs. On my most recent visit. I really went all out and had them fix a lot of things that could have waited, but I wanted my 2006 Lexus RX 330 to be like new. The cost was reasonable and the entire front end is essentially new again. McKay Adamson is an OUTSTANDING communicator and the technician created an amazing video outlining all of the things that were required and the things that were recommended--in GREAT detail. It was as if I were there. What a professional way to do business. They are highly-recommended on Google and Yelp, and they deserve it. I even had them polish the headlights and perform some other ancillary services. They are perfection, in my opinion.

I had a mechanical issue with my range rover and I had it towed to this location. They did an extremely thorough evaluation of the damage that was done using video and narration. Extremely thorough. This place is very reliable and has excellent communication… You don’t have to call back multitude of times to get an answer. Very refreshing. I would highly recommend this for any of your luxury car needs from the simple oil change through detailed repair.

We were receiving error codes relating to Pre-Safe functions on our SL550. We had previously taken the car to Mercedes Benz of Georgetown. They performed a speculative repair and the issue returned shortly.I decided to try Luxury Auto Works. Within hours McKay contacted me with the specific error code and how to resolve the issue. The price was exactly the amount estimated for repairs. McKay was professional and prompt with communication through the entire process. He took care of us from start to finish while expressing an attention to detail we can appreciate. We should have skipped the dealership and gone straight to Luxury Auto Works first. We will be taking our European cars here for service from now on.

Posted my first review to the Austin location and meant to post for the Cedar Park and just realized.As someone who just moved across the country and didn’t have a place to take my car that I trusted, I was super happy with the service I received. McKay was very helpful and professional, with a level of service that was unbeatable. These guys are quick, really quick and extremely professional. They got my Audi in same day and it was out the door by that friday. The only complaint i have and why they get 4 stars is in their haste to get my car in and out, it was not detailed as stated on the website, also every luxury car needs to be detailed after a service that requires part removal. That was disappointing as attention to detail is important to me. But again, great people, highly communicative and quick.

This shop quickly diagnosed a suspension issue and found a separate oil leak in a valve cover. I just had the 55K service at a dealership just 2 weeks prior and they missed both. So much for the dealerships multi point inspection.Luxury Auto has a new client and I will be bringing all my card there now.

Maybe it wasn’t their day, but TERRIBLE service.

The prices are higher than at the Audi dealer ship this is outrageous. I went to them because I thought the dealership was over charging me. Audi dealership price 25% lower. Same with the Mercedes dealership they charged almost 600$ to reprogram the valve body in the transmission, Mercedes Georgetown price 260$ but they did not have any appointments available so I had no choice. Minus 5 *****. Guys shop around dont get stuck with this ripoff place.

I was very impressed with this automotive repair business. My car had been in 5 different shops leaving with same concerns each time but paying for some sort repair regardless of the issue I reported. It caused me to lack trust in taking my car anywhere.. I had a friend refer me here and it was a pleasant, trustworthy experience. They sent me a video of the issue, which was the transmission and was causing the car to hesitate and run very rough. I’m so thankful for their service as my warranty runs out in less than 5K miles. I worked with Patrick who was very professional and kept me updated regularly. I highly recommend this place.

First time working with the service side of Luxury Auto. I had a great experience purchasing through them but I had an amazing experience getting my car serviced through them. First the communication was on point and the customer service was above and beyond. I honestly wasnt sure about going through them but Im 100% satisfied with my decision. They first gave me a quote, I dropped my car off and they offer to take me home while my car was getting serviced, washed it for free, got picked up, and I left a happy customer along with a $5 Starbucks gift card.

My review is solely from my phone observations. I called them to get info on my BMW being serviced there and I was told to diagnose it would cost $190. I found it interesting that BMW of Austin only charged $150, so it really threw me for a loop. I decided not to go either of them for repairs for that reason and went to German Auto Center instead. They did a phenomenal job and even before I completed the repair, I called them to get another quote after it was diagnosed. This person said they would diagnose it for free, which was even more surprising considering they initially said it would cost $190. Im sure they do a wonderful job but I just lost trust and went elsewhere. They were very courteous each time Ive called though.

GM took a look at my problem and tried to help. Unfortunately couldnt do what I wanted but at least researched it and discussed it with me. Much appreciated

I moved from my Mercedes dealer to Luxury Auto Works for the personal customer service, transparency and cost savings. Many times I have been invited into the shop to examine my car with Curtis the manager along with a mechanic. Ive never been allowed in the mechanics bay at any dealership. This transparency is such a refreshing experience. Curtis has built a fantastic team. Granted, their loaner cars are not the latest model like I would get at my Mercedes or BMW dealer, but the service, honesty and savings far outweigh that minor perk. Thanks Guys!

Went in for an oil change and state inspection. That was fine and well done, but a visual inspection of the suspension bushings was estimated at $1,100. We declined and took to the dealership. They did the work for $50. I was disappointed in Luxurys diagnosis.

Ive been going from shop to shop trying to find a straightforward, clean and honest shop. After a few disappointing experiences, I finally found a fantastic shop in LAW - Cedar Park. My brother and I both have 2007 Porsche Caymans. After my brother told me about Ashton and Les and the team at LAW, I figured why not give them a shot.They did not disappoint! From the first time i set foot in there, Ashton took care of me and you can tell that he knows his stuff. He gave me a detailed overview of my car, pointing out all his recommendations, and honesty in what was a must have versus items I could address later or on my own.The price was probably on par with other independent shops if youre only matching dollar-for-dollar, however what you get at LAW is experience, honesty, a free loaner car (older but still better than nothing at all!) and they wash and take care of your car as if its their own.The shop itself is immaculate, and the quality of cars they service tells you that people trust this team. Those two items in itself are a reflection of the great service you can expect from this place.I fully recommend LAW - Cedar Park and their team. I will continue to get my car serviced here. Curtis was awesome! As he worked on my BMW he would send me videos of the issues with my car so I could actually see and understand what was going on. Friendly staff as well! Car was washed and clean when I picked it up as well!

My car was breaking down at the red light down the road, so I pulled into the parking lot of Luxury Auto Works off of Whitestone, in tears. I turned off my car and it would not turn back on. I walked in there having no idea what to do with nowhere to go without being screwed over, and they didn’t have to help me. Because I can tell you right now, I do not have a luxury car. But they did. Patrick and Curtis did everything they could to figure out what was going on with my car, diagnosed it, and explained everything in detail in a very understandable way. And quick too!!! Just, absolutely fantastic place with wonderful people. Will 1000% go back!!!!

Absolutely the best auto service location I have experienced. Fast, accurate diagnosis. Precise discussion of requirements and optional service suggestions for my car. After damaging my BMW hitting debris in the road, Luxury Auto Works repaired it impressively quickly, used OEM parts, & were completely transparent & in-contact throughout the process.

This service center was such a better experience than the Land Rover dealership in Austin. Not only did they return my call in a timely fashion, but they put me in a courtesy loaner while they worked on my Rover. The staff was knowledgeable, and friendly. I’ll be going back.

Fast, accurate, honest service!Brought in for the dreaded P0335 on my MB. As most know, this code could mean almost anything (starter, battery, ignition coils, spark plugs, spark plug wiring, sensors, etc.). Gus and the team were straight forward with the the diagnosis and fix and were clear on other recommended items. It turns out that the crankshaft sensor was the problem and that was all that was required to get the car running again. There was no haggling when it was shown that some of the recommended activity (spark plugs, battery, coolant flush, etc) had already been done and the team at Luxury Auto Works were able to get the car turned in a little over a day (at a very fair price; I shutter to think what the dealer would have charged). I didn’t need one but, Gus was even prepared to provide a loaner for this unscheduled repair. Five stars to the crew!

I have taken my Land rover in twice now and have been very pleased with the service and repair work. I feel like they are honest and definitely know what they are doing. I was shown all the issues that needed to be taken care of and at a much better cost than at the Land rover place. They gave me a car to drive and did the work in a timely manner. They were very polite and you do not get the stuffy attitude. The shop is very clean and my car was much cleaner than when I took it in. I highly recommend them.

Had an alignment done recently. Although my car is not a Lamborghini it was treated like it was during the whole process. My custom specs I asked for were spot on and everything was explained with by high professionalism. Plus I could not tell if i was at a repair shop or a showroom. Everything was so clean, it looked like you could eat off the shop floor! A fantastic experience.

They were able to get me an appointment the next day after I called. They provided the estimate a couple hours later and the car was ready when promised. Their prices were much better than the dealer. The mechanic came out to my car to explain everything to me. The mechanics have very impressive certifications and credentials. I strongly recommend Luxury Auto Works.

Nice Clean shop. Repeat time there with my Mercedes E350.Guys are very nice, easy to get an appointment. Took a little long for an alignment, but car drives great. More of a value for convenience. Price was about $100 more than I pay at the dealership when done their with other service. Timing is just as long as the dealership. Also didnt really like the extra services that I felt a little pushed on, (both times there). I understand they are recommending but were suggesting stuff that was not quite needed for my vehicle at the time. Then on the invoice it has comment of owner declined service. Nit picky thing but the difference for me from 4-5 stars. Wanted to give 5 stars, I think they do good service.

I went and got a second opinion at Luxury Auto Works and Drew did a quick inspection and called me as promised within a few hours letting me know what needs to be done to make sure it is safe to drive for my daughter. Sinply said: Great customer service, fast and knowledgeable. Going forward I will get the service for my own mini done there as well!

Amazing, Les and Marina took great care of me and my vehicle. Multiple calls to keep me updated and get authorizations and explain work being performed. Recommend them over dealer as they make you feel welcomed and make sure your understand what is needed. Price is not as much a concern as the value they bring to the table. Highly recommend.

Professional service and the facility appears to be state-of-the-art. Reasonable pricing and helpful staff add to the 5 star rating. Had my Porsche Cayenne Diesel in for the 80,000 mile service and remain pleased. I live about 50 miles away in Horseshoe Bay, TX, so the loaner car was a must. Older loaner, but reliable and up to the task.

I have brought in several of my vehicles and family member’s cars as well. Each time they have gone above and beyond to deliver excellence service. I’m a really big fan of the detailed diagnostic report they email to you with pictures explaining recommended need for service for your car highlighting what is needed immediate and what will be of concern in the near or distant future.Compared to going through a euro dealership you can’t beat their ability to serve your car same day at prices significantly lower...and with the option, most of the time, to drive away in a loaner too! They took really good care of my Mini! It wasnt a scheduled service so I didnt get a free loaner until the last day that they had him (2.2 weeks). Now that I have Sheldon back, hes running perfect! Ill never take him to the dealer for service again.Some constructive feedback for the shop, rerun calls, even if you dont have an update. Oh, fix the A.C. in the office/Waiting area.

Was pleasantly surprised when I learned I did. not have to wait weeks to get an appointment for my Inspection II on my 2014 328xi GT. Drop off was super quick and ready the next day. In and out with no problems. Drew was great to work with. During their inspection, they identified a critical problem that could have left me stranded on the side of the road.

Wow! I was passing through and found Luxury Auto Works late in the day and needed some help. Les was so helpful and treated us like we were family! The day was getting late but his accommodations made our trouble situation seem not that bad. Did I mention that this place is so nice. It is incredible that a service facility can look like the dealership and not charge you like one. One word awesome!

Right from getting inside the shop and getting outside, the experience was great. They serviced my car very well, explained all the issues and the cost of repair. I think they are fair priced as compared to others in the same business, considering they specialize in luxury cars. I would have loved to get my car washed as they do it for all others, but it being a convertible, they declined.

Great experience in beginning. Got my car running but didnt check all systems before saying it was ready for pickup. Went to pick it up and AC wasnt working so left it for more repairs. Was told it needed a new fuse box and repair was nearly what car was worth so declined. Went to pick it up and AC WAS working.....Asked about removing existing alarm so battery wouldnt drain and quoted $300-400 to remove. Took it to Sunbuster who removed for $75. WILL NOT RETURN!

This is my first BMW, Les helped me with my research so I had a relationship with him prior to coming in. The shop has been amazing. I have replaced my battery and had a few questions over my 1 yr of ownership. Now its time for an oil change. Les gave me some things to help me look at so as not to panic, just to monitor things so I can keep my SUV running smooth. When I suggested I would be back after the 1st for x,y and z he said no need yet. I LOVE that he did not sell me on something I only thought I might need. He told me when I would need it. (in a year+) So nice to find a place that has better prices and service than the dealership and that feeling of trust. I tell everyone.

Les is amazing! There is absolutely nothing that he cant do or help you with. He fixes the car. He has answers. He explains things. He shows you things. He takes pictures of things. Puts the car on the hoist and walks you through it. He loans you his car while your car is in service. He pointed out things that other garages have screwed up. Because of him showing us and taking pictures we were able to get it redone at no cost by the original garage. He even got me into the BMW dealer in a matter of a week after I had been waiting a year and a half for my airbag recall. Just ridiculously helpful and knowledgeable. Hes a keeper for life! Women do not be afraid… Les will steer you right.

This was the best experience Ive ever had at a mechanic. The customer service was exemplary. Lauren was so professional over the phone and in person. The shop is very clean and inviting to go in. Les took detailed pictures of all items that needed to be repaired, and included detailed explanations of the work that was needed on my Volkswagen Passat. No other mechanic has ever done that. Les was able to catch repair issues that my Volkswagen dealership not only missed but caused. These guys are the best. The Mercedes dealer told me I needed new brakes (again). I took my car here and they prepared a full report with pictures, showing me I did not. I’ve been there several times since. They have loaner cars and always tell you honestly what’s going on with your car.

I was a customer of Lucas Auto Care in Houston and was delighted to learn they had opened a shop near my home in the Austin area. The customer service at Lucas Auto Care is exceptional! The prices are fair and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Many of their customers trust them with their high end cars---that is what drew me to them in the first place. The parking lot at the Houston store was always full of luxury vehicles. The managers treat me with respect and they always remember my name. I highly recommend Lucas Auto Care.

Read a number of positive reviews for Luxury Auto Works and brought my 2013 911 Carrera S for a routine service. I have to say these guys were fantastic. They performed the service that would cost hundreds more at the dealership, and they did an excellent job. It is great to know a solid auto shop that is in north Austin, that delivers the best in quality and service. I will be working with these guys moving forward. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Good service. But it will be good to know ahead that there is a supplies charge $25 in addition to labor and parts. (25$ not mentioned when giving quote, came to know while paying).

It was a really bad experience.

I have a BMW and a Mercedes, so I am very particular where I take my car. I have taken to the dealers and several other auto shop recommended by friends and family. But ever since I tried Luxury Auto Works I wont be going anywhere else. Awesome staff members, they know cars thats for sure. I havent had to wait longer than expected, so they are pretty good with giving you a estimation of when the car will be done and ready for pick up. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone that owns a luxury car and wants it to be well taken care of.

The building is clean and modern inside; they have done a great job as an independent duplicating the look and feel of high end dealerships. I will definitely return.

Luxury Auto is by far the best mechanic experience I have ever had, and I am old! These guy are way more than mechanic for luxury cars. Les, the General Manager is extremely knowledgeable and over the top willing to answer any questions you may have. They do great work for reasonable prices. The quality of the work they do is unmatched. They did a great job. Repaired my BMW on time and for less than the estimated cost. Ashton was a great help and even sent me photos of the repairs as they were in progress. Highly recommend this place if you have a luxury vehicle and need quality service or repairs.
