I made an online appointment to get 4 new tires because 1 had a hole, it said online id get an instant rebate of $100 for buying 4, nothing required just show the email. I made the appointment/reserved the tires, the total said it would be $372 and that the rebate was already applied. When my boyfriend got to the store they told him they didnt have the tires I reserved and tried to charge him $600. I sent him my email confirmation and then they said they had the tires but couldnt give us the rebate because I had to mail it in, when it says nothing about that anywhere on the website. Because of this we were only able to get 2 tires and they still are charging us $270 for them when according to the website it should be around $222 including installation price. Even if it didnt include tax it should have only been like $240. He asked if there was any way to get the rebate or fill out the paperwork since we didnt know and they said they didnt know how, yet another person came in with a piece of paper and they gave it to him. The whole reason we needed new tires was to get the back tire with a hole in it replaced, instead they replaced the front tires saying they were worse and said theyd just plug the back one even though we asked for the back ones to be changed instead. We are never coming back to this service place again. We had a bad experience once before too, but I figured Id give them another chance since I bought my car from the dealership. Dont waste your time or money here.

I bought a vehicle and drove for two weeks. Leaked all transmission fluid all in my driveway. Then was given a loaner. Then the loaner was taken back. The vehicle has been in service for 4 weeks and still dont know when I am getting my vehicle back.
