I dropped off my wifes car for an oil change and within a few minutes after getting home, they sent me an email detailing a couple ofadditional items that they noted when doing the inspection. I told them that I would take care of those myself. They said ok then your car is ready. The whole process of scheduling and drop off was very quick and easy.

Service is excellent. The staff are all very warm, caring and Professional. I wont ever go elsewhere. I feel I can trust them...to me thats the most important quality any staff can have. God Bless them all.

Awesome service. I got two cars inspected and didnt face any unnecessary wait times. Showed up at my appointment time and they were quick to work on my inspection and i was out in no time. I would recommend them for inspection needs. I am sure they must be good in other services they offer but i havent used them for anything other than inspection.

Christian Brothers always performs above and beyond to keep our vehicles running smoothly. We had to have our car in twice in the last month and both times they were quick, efficient and most importantly, honest in their assessment. Unfortunately, this last visit was because of a blown engine. They quickly diagnosed the problem and researched to find out it was under a special extended warranty with the manufacturer. We can’t say enough about the tremendous skill and integrity we have experienced every time we visit.

There was a leak in the oil coolant system of our Toyota minivan. My son and his friends attempted to make the repair with aftermarket parts, but were unable to secure the part. The specialists at Christian Brothers were extremely professional in sharing their own similar experience with an aftermarket part. Christian Brothers was able to secure the dealer part and install it within 2 business days of us showing up without an appointment. They called to explain the work required, part needed, and cost before doing any work. Very honest and fair!

I previously took my vehicle somewhere else for brakes so my car could pass inspection. I was not happy with the work done. I was concerned driving the vehicle and new it wouldnt pass inspection with brake light on. I talked to Scott and had a brake inspection done. Christian Brothers found the problem immediately, fixed it and passed it for inspection! I was very pleased with there work and will be bringing my vehicle back for future service/ maintenance.

Every aspect of Christian Bros. service is great: 1) online scheduling is easy, 2) phone scheduling or confirmation also easy, 3) there is always a real person who answers the phone, 4) they get me scheduled quickly (within a day or two), 5) they are prompt in starting work on the car and usually finish faster than I expect, 6) check-in and check -out is smooth and employees wear masks when interfacing w customers, 7) everyone is very nice, friendly, respectful, 8) location is in my neighborhood so quite convenient to me. Overall, I really appreciate this business and will continue to use them.

Dont take your classic car here !!!.... I took it in to get one part repaired ..... and they destroyed my signal lights switch and tore all the wires out from under my dash and bent my hood and did not put it back together..I almost had to call the cops...then they tried to deny it... i had to put it back together myself...and they left stinky man sweet all over my doors and seet..had to pay some one else to detail my car just to get the smell out...also over priced! DNT GO HEAR !!!... im a Christian! and They are a disrespect to classic cars and Christians!...they need to take down the world Christian off their shop...a real Christian would have offered better customer service until the job was done rt...not B.S CUSTOMERS!!! BOYCOT!!!

Michael and Jimmy were awesome. I explained to them my issue with a leaking coolant system. I was able to walk in and waited a little bit for them to complete the test. Luckily, it came back that it was a bad pump in the windshield wiper reservoir.They were very professional and let me know other issues with my vehicle that may need attention. Never once did they try to upset or pressure me to pay for a service.Great job and I will be back again for servicing.

I have used Christionsons a couple of times and have received great service. Although the last time we took our Tahoe in February 21 because the air conditioning wasn’t cold- just cool. At that time they replaced our compressor. They tested it and it showed it was good! Then when the weather started warming up we realized the air cond still wasn’t cold only cool. It worked great unless the temperature outside was 70s or below. We took it back in March or April to have them check it out again. This time they said the expansion valve was out . I argued that all of this should’ve been taken care of the first time but they reiterated that they tested it before we picked it up and it was fine. The manager was very accommodating and discounted our visit because the had the car for a few days and never called me to give me updates.Fast forward to July. Our air conditioner still doesn’t work up to par. It cools great in the morning or on rainy cooler days but when we are driving in 95 degree weather not so well. We decided to take it to the Chevy dealership this time. They are telling us it is the condenser!Well it’s really frustrating because maybe it was the condenser all along! Thankfully we have an extended warranty but we will have spent $750 all together plus coolant.I am saying this just so you can learn from our mistakes - we should’ve got a second opinion in the beginning! The manager was very nice here but I’m just not sure our AC got diagnosed properly in the very beginning!If it doesn’t work after a new condenser than I will be reviewing the dealership too!!!

I had accidentally booked it online with another location (completely my fault). They said they could get me in there and called the other location to let them know.While we were there - they were also totally awesome with my daughter, inquiring about her Christmas, giving her a bottled water, and going the extra mile.It is always that way and that is why I am happy to be a loyal customer. I really appreciate how they treat their customers.

I called this shop on a Tueday evening, they had an opening on Wednesday morning..Every other shop was charging 150+ for an alignment, Christian Brothers told me a price, i showed up they looked at it, did what they had to, no extra charges for any frivoulous, tighten the roadwheel pressure gauge crazyness or anything!!Great group of peeps!! Will definitely go back!!

Had a transmission put in somewhere else and noticed horrible noise when cranking car. Found bolts that had fallen out of the engine. Called and they got me in right away. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly where the bolts came from. Put the bolts back in, cleaned all the fluids off the engine, checked everything over all at no charge. Gave me some great advice on the car. Changed the oil at a very reasonable price and had it all done extremely fast. I chose them because they were the closest to my house,. I will continue to use them because of their expertise, kindness, professionalism, fairness and going above and beyond to help me out and make my experience excellent. You do not find this very often. Highly recommended. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I had to give a shout out!!

My go-to place to get my annual motorcycle inspection. Fast, easy, and friendly service!

Had the water pump on my Jeep 4.0 replaced around 2 years ago, and about 14k miles ago. It started leaking drastically again so I decided to take it to an actual Jeep shop this time. Not only did they fix it right, they did it for much cheaper! Comparing invoices, Christian Brothers charged me an extra $50 more for the water pump itself, and an extra $150 more for labor. Wont ever take a vehicle here again. Maybe they have better service on other makes/models, but I wont risk it.

I got the vehicle inspection done for registration renewal. Their service was excellent and quick. I called ahead to book an appointment and they informed me of the paper work I needed to bring along, ahead of time. I was attended to immediately by Dan who is really friendly and helpful. He also explained that there were other services they were providing. Vehicle inspection was done thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place. But be sure to book an appointment because it’s very busy usually.

I want to start off saying we went on a long journey with Christian Brothers Automotive. A very positive journey . We purchased a new used car last month and to our surprise a ton of issues began occurring. Christian Brothers Automotive went above and beyond with their services. From the moment we walked into the business to the very last time we had great experiences. There were multiple issues with the vehicle and Christian Brothers were able to handle each one of them. They provided the best services i could ask for. They also provided awesome rates which was a relief due to the amount of issues the vehicle had. Mike was able to explain each of the issues in detail so we can better understand what each problem was. We were always greeted with a smile and we never felt like a bother. Any question we had they were more than happy to answer. The level of customer service was extremely high and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. Took a day off work and they canceled my appt due to not having technician that could work on a Mercedes which I informed them prior when setting the appt and asked if they were able to do this make and model vehicle. So I am disappointed and had to miss a day of work

I was in-between appointments in the neighborhood and decided to try to get a quick last-minute car inspection. I called around to several nearby places who were too busy to take a walk-in but Christian Brothers told me to come on down and I was in and out in ten minutes. Paid $7 for my safety-only inspection. Staff was super friendly. No complaints!

Nice shop and everyone was very helpful but the cost I was quoted was around $500 for brake pads and rotors. I thought that was a little high. I was able to go to a local shop and save around $200 hundred dollars for the same parts and labor.

Very easy to schedule an appointment for a state inspection with a quick check-in process. The inspection was performed when they said it would be.There was a surprise repair identified (unrelated to the inspection) and the crew walked me through what was happening and what the repair might be. Its a classic car (1972) so I was expecting to have to have it towed elsewhere for the repair. But they explained how they handle these types of cars (always indoors, in the same bay, etc) so I left it with them. I was pleasantly surprised when they called a few hours later to say they were able to track down the part locally and complete the repair for only $75. I was happy with the service and will be back.

$1800. estimate, and wasnt even close to solving the problem. Took it somewhere else, fixed the problem plus more for half that price.

Took my 2016 Ford F150 in for a front end alignment after I installed a camber kit on the lower control arms at my friends shop. Called on a Friday soon after they opened and spoke to Dan. He was able to get me in by 10 am the same day. As predicted my alignment was completely out due to the camber kit install. After about an hour, my truck was ready to go as I was told it would be over the phone. Very clean waiting room. Excellent customer service and they did not try to up sell me on any thing like air filters, belts, coolant flush etc. that you usually get with other shops like Firestone. They definitely lived up to there reputation and online review rating. Will return for anything I cannot diagnose or repair myself. Thanks again!

Prompt, professional, and proficient service. Diagnosed and resolved a complex airbag issue the very next day (only holdup was getting parts shipped). The dealership wouldn’t even schedule an appointment for 2+ weeks! Airbags are too important to wait, so I’m glad Christian Brothers was able to sort it out quickly.

Gentleman that helped me in the front office was very helpful...I had a messed up wiper...he proceeded to fix it right away...me and my mother and my 2 sons have had great service there...will ways use them for our vehicles...and they are very honest

I love their coffee, apple fritters and Chocolate filled powdered doughnuts. I dont go here often because it is so far away, but that is a good thing!The only thing to be aware of is the lines on weekend mornings. I counted 12 cars in front of me at the drive thru, although that number may be exacerbated by the virus closing walk in business.Dunkin Donuts is my favorite donut chain.

These folks helped me out today. I bought a car from an online vendor and something just did not seem right. They were able to see me within an hour and assess the situation. The information they provided me regarding the vehicles condition allowed me to make an informed decision about whether or not to keep the car. Very kind and honest. However, I wish they would’ve worn masks (especially in the waiting area) or had an area for you to sit away from those not wearing masks. I know that it is not required but I think it would have made me feel more comfortable as a customer, especially with the knowledge that they would be in my car. They were also unable to fix my maintenance alert on my dashboard and reset it to zero but apologized profusely.

Took the car in for two issues, a coolant leak and alignment. I typically do my own vehicle repair, but was going out of town. Told the person on the phone the leak was on the back of the engine, but he insisted they would find it themselves. They said after a compression test the water pump was leaking on the front. After I got the vehicle back, the coolant was still leaking on the back and vehicle was still pulling. I repaired the leak on my own. Called to discuss the poor service and was told the shop manager had call me back, which he never did. I called back and he insisted it was the water pump and was told they would rotate my tires, but he said the car would still pull because the tires must be bad. I will never use them again. Wish I could give them zero stars.
