Dont waste your time this people cant even answer a phone. When you finally get someone they say let me check with someone else and just give you a run around. Just trying to get a oil change not deal with lazy people.

Had a flat tire 280 miles from home. They took us in right away did a repair and had us on the road in about an hour. Cant thank them enough. Amazing service from Ernie!

I visited their Body Shop for an estimate. Jamie was thorough. I have had four of my cars repaired there. No evidence that the vehicles were ever wrecked. I highly recommend them.

Service could not have been better. Who is very courteous table was promised went out of their way to make it a good experience when it could have been a very very Troublesome experience since my wife had damaged her ignition lock cylinder Honda. We would definitely definitely consider buying our next vehicle from ODonnell Honda based on the service we received on my current Honda and the courteousness and professionalism and promise of the people who work with us I dont know about the people who performed the work it seems to be good but I will tell you that the people who waited on me at the service center were above and beyond any service Ive had recently at a car dealership. I would definitely recommend ODonnell for anybody looking to have Honda Service done or looking to purchase a new Honda

Far and away the BEST service anywhere. I’ve been having my Honda serviced here for years. Even though O’Donnell is a little out of the way for me it’s totally worth it. Horrible. Honda denied my claim without an explanation. I was told Honda had paid other claims when the paint was coming off.

Had a great service here at this Honda. They didn’t try to over charge me or make up magical issues with my car. The oil change was done in 30 minutes. I just wish I knew about this Honda earlier! Really glad I came here, thank you for the great service!

Needed a radio code because battery went dead in my Fit. Service guy sd $65 to get the read out from the car. I left. Will never refer anyone there.

Horrible customer service and the service department convinced me to not come to there shop, told me a quote over the phone that somehow went up over $100+ more once I arrived in person without even looking at my vehicle or giving them any additional information than what I did on the phone. I love my Honda Pilot but this ODonnell Honda service department is horrible. I do not recommend, Zero stars isnt low enough.

Went in twice for separate issues. Both times the staff was courteous, personable, and up front with service and estimated completion. The waiting area had complimentary wifi, snacks and coffee as well. No complaints here, would use their services again.

They did not rotate the wheels and charged me for that. When I checked the mark of my tires which I previously marked, I found that they did not change it. I went back to them and told them they did not rotate the wheels. They asked how do I know! When I told them, they told me to bring the car inside. This time, the technician was there. Then they told me the technician wrote something wrong or something like that. I asked them do you want to rotate the tires now, the service man said no it is not needed as it is in good condition.Then they refunded the amount.Another thing, they did not even post the sticker for next oil change schedule.

Used this place twice for extensive body repair. Same story both times. Long delays as shop negotiates with insurance company, but the final results are superb. First time the car was technically totaled (final cost of repairs was more than KBB value) and it came out looking better than before the accident (with the exception of some excess filler putty on the underside that wasnt grinned off). Second time was less drastic, but with the same result. I would definitely recommend this shop, as long as you have other transportation arrangements while you are waiting.

Really rude. I called and made an appt. When I called back to say I would be a little late the lady said I didnt even have an appt and acted like I was lying about having an appt. She was so rude and wasnt even trying to help me at all. I will find another Honda to go to.

They wouldnt honor their coupon. I had an alignment done and presented the coupon but the manager said that the computer wouldnt accept it. It sounds like a bogus excuse. Not satisfied.

Honda collision n Catonsville, MD should be renamed the Den Of Thieves. I brought my car after getting into an accident for repair. The thieves,, err the workers, stole over 60 dollars in cash I kept in the glove compartment (for tolls payment); plus at least $300 in gift cards I collected over the years from my job. The low lives workers even took the coins I had in the car for parking payment.
