The most horrible EXPENSIVE experience ever! After keeping my car 3weeks, I was billed for repairs that were never completed. I had to send my daughter to pick up the car for me. Since I didnt buy a battery from them, I had her take the car directly to another shop to have a new battery installed. AS THE CAR WAS ENTERING THE SHOP AREA, she WAS STOPPED BY AN AGENT DIRECTING HER TO A PARKING SPACE. THE CONCERN WAS LEAKING FLUIDS FROM THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CAR OBSERVED SPILLING OUT ON THE GROUND. INSIDE THE CAR, THE THERMOSTAT WAS REGISTERING OVERHEATING LEVELS. THE SHOP OWNER, MASTER MECHANIC, CONFIRMED THE ALLEGEGATIONS MENTIONED IN THIS NARRITIVE ARE TRUE. NO REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED ON MY CAR. IM STILL REQUESTING MY MONEY BACK!

I visited the location last week for first time. They were professional, provided great customer service. I was given a call to pick my car up as the repair was completed and paid what I thought was a reasonable amount for the services provided. I will definitely go back and recommend anyone how goes to Catonsville Mercedes to given them a call. MUCH BETTER!!

Great service. I am a car enthusiast and had an old 1955 UAZ 450, i was converting it from ABS to disk brakes and the staff was very helpful. Great selection of tires and parts. Prices are not to high but quality parts will cost more then some cheap parts other places will sell you. Good place!

Took my Voltswagon to multiple shops including the dealership and none was able to fix my audio issue. Finally brought it to European motors and they had it fixed in an hour. They are my new go to for everything. Highly recommend!

My car was running better before they messed with it . 209$ and I never made it home and had to call a tow . Have not got it to start again . Don’t waste money here.

Over priced for a simple oil change. I checked with the Audi dealership in Owings Mills and their cost was 1/2 what I was charged here for the exact same service on the invoice. i wanted to support a small business but the prices are over the top expensive.

Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. Throw them an old classic or something new and they take care of business for a fair price. They do it all.

Very Pricey. Dealer used OEM parts and is less expensive. Dealer also provides rental cars. You can draw your own conclusions. Thumbs down

We have been taking all our cars here for years whether it was our Toyota Sienna, VW Passat CC, Porsche Cayenne, Nissan SX240, or Audi A4. They have always done a great job with getting the cars fixed and taken care of in a timely manner with the costs being fair, if not, more than fair. Trust me, they have the expertise to fix your car and take the time to check and double check that your car is as it should be. If you find a problem after leaving, they will take care of it the moment you bring it back. The owner and his employees are all very friendly and make sure to explain the issues and options in terms of car repairs in a way that you can understand - they are not condescending like dealerships and some shops are. In the 15 or so years that they have been working on our cars, we have never felt dissatisfied or even remotely close to feeling ripped off. Most people who complain and say it is too expensive are the people who get their cars fixed and then leave but never even pay the shop for the repairs - that is illegal, rude, and unfair to the people who made an effort to help YOU (the customer) out. It is a 30 minute drive for my family to take our cars to this shop but this is the only place we would ever go! Definitely worth it if you want your car fixed right by knowledgeable people without the dealership prices. The shop only uses quality products, I have been at the shop multiple times while they have changed my oil so whoever posted that they use cheap generics, you are both wrong and lying. They use quality products because they want you to be able to enjoy your car and not have it at the shop every month. If you are looking for a good, dependable shop, go here!
