As a female buyer in the market for a new car, I had already experienced a less-than-stellar negotiating experience at a Dodge dealer in NJ. I entered Antwerpen a bit jaded and prepared to encounter the same treatment. Boy, was I wrong! I could not have been treated more courteously and professionally. Vernon, my salesman, may have been new to car sales, but he was definitely NOT new to dealing with people and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Bought a new 2019 Ram crew cab last night and the sales experience was awesome!!! Price was AMAZING!!! Seriously the best deal in town. Dealership needs some updating to be brought into this century but the staff were where it’s at. I was in there about two hours from start to finish and they really did get me the best deal possible. In fact they got me a monthly payment lower than where I was asking to be! If I’m ever in the market again for another Jeep or Ram I will surely visit them again. I want everyone to go see Ms. Riley in sales she was the best! Truly a great truck buying experience. My experience wasnt very good at all. After driving only 10 min to the dealership, at 8am my car was diagnosed as need a warranty-covered water pump. I didnt get my car back, without a loaner, until 3pm when they closed. When I asked about the status of the repairs about an hour and a half after arriving, I was told the engine had to cool. And then when I asked if they had a loaner car I was told no. But I dont know if that means no, they dont have one, or no, they dont do loaner cars.Anyway....I know it doesnt take a 2016 Challenger 6 hours for the engine to cool after only a 10 min drive. They called me at about 2:15pm and said my car was ready. I suspect they made me wait until they first serviced the paying customers. Next time Ill just go to the other Dodge dealership in Owings Mills. Its a bit further but they treat their customers better and they serve donuts, coffee and juice while you watch TV and wait.

Mike and Don are amazing! I walked in for a Nissan 370z and was greeted by Don. He was very professional and got me to the representative that I was communicating with prior. After meeting with the representative I was getting the impression that I wasnt walking out with it that same day. Due to my situation I was unable to get what I want and I was in the car getting ready to leave when Mike stopped me. He genuinely wanted to help me and thats exactly what he did. Recently bought a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica here. When inspecting the car I noticed the spare tire was missing a part. I asked the sales person about it and they had someone go out and check. He said it was fine so I went back out with him and showed him. He acknowledged and the sales manager said they would order a spare tire kit for me. Went to financing and the finance guy messed up all the documents by putting the wrong state on everything. Asked him about documenting the spare tire kit and he said that’s between you and the sales person (who said they would order it the next day when the parts department was open). No calls after a couple weeks so I drove up there and no one has a record of the spare parts kit. Parts department said you’re out of luck because you don’t have documentation. Then they tried to say the van didn’t originally come with the spare tire. I offered to lookup the original option by VIN lookup and they then reread the original options to me and confirmed that it said delete vacuum and add spare tire kit but they still won’t help. The original sales person and manager were both furloughed due to covid. Sales team either lied to get the sale or dropped the ball due to incompetence.

Based on my interactions with this dealer I would never go to Antwerpen dealer again. Service department is not managed well from the top down. And the sales manager literally indirectly threatened me by by saying she knows where I live. (because she has a copy of my ID) Only thing they’re good at is giving you a generic response to bad Google reviews because they get them a lot.

Being as though I had no choice but to try and get another vehicle (was a victim of a rear ending that totaled my car), I was not in a good financial place. If it wasn’t for the caring attitude and patience of Tonia Hawkins, I would’ve probably walked out feeling defeated. She was outstanding and her A class customer service allowed me to walk out with a car that I am very happy with. The finance team worked hard to ensure that I was happy as well.

I always have awesome service when we bring our suv in for service. This time I called the same day to get an oil change. I know that it would be a good day because it was raining. I was told to bring it up at 2:00 pm. I was in and out. Great!

I was greeted like a friend and remembered me. was extremely helpful. they found a nail in my tire which saved me from having a flat tire probably under the worst conditions. they also showed me where i could attach my air pump in the trunk so i could put air into the tires as the pressure changes in the cold weather., they also reminded me of periodic serve to check if the car needs maintnance. it is a relief to know they are using guine parts not counterfit that does not have the quality of mopar parts.

I came in looking for a van. Don helped me find the perfect slightly used van for me and my family. Hes assisted us every step of the way, from financing to fixing any little things we noticed and even with getting a DVD player installed. Just bought a new truck here after shopping around. The staff was extremely professional they respected my time and got the deal done quickly, I should add I called ahead with the truck I wanted, trade in info , down payment, and monthly payments I wanted. They were very straight forward and gave me all the info up front, APR, purchase price, trade allowance, Etc. After a long day looking all over for cars at other dealerships (horrible experiences), we found Musselmans Dodge. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from Lewis. He was very helpful, friendly and not pushy whatsoever. After we decided on the car of our dreams, Tom was amazing at helping us with the financial aspect and getting us to where we needed to be. We walked out with the perfect car for our family! I would highly recommend this team as they have recently gotten new management!

I visited this store with my friend as we are looking for a new ride for him. Ms. Kalea Compton was a Godsend, and a pleasure to work with! We ended up feeling a bit rushed in the end by other personnel at the dealership which left a sour taste in our mouth, but thats most dealerships for you. This review is mostly about Kalea. Great work maam! We did end up purchasing through another dealership as they had a larger selection, but if it werent for that, we would have had no problem buying a car from here.

Service is courteous. Walk ins get treated the same as appointments, but wait times vary and service prices are predictably high for a car dealership. Fortunately there is a comfortable waiting area with free cable TV, coffee and doughnuts. There is of course a great selection of Dodge vehicles.

I bought a vehicle back in May and it was such a bad experience. I had to sign the paper work multiple times. They lost important paperwork with my personal information on it and the bank could not complete the process on their end until they received the paperwork. The dealership didnt even call to tell me that they had needed this information again from me. I had to contact them to see wha was going on. They were like oh year we lost the paperwork and we need you to resend it to us. Then it was getting close the the time that my temporary tags were getting ready to expire and I called to see what was going on. It took almost two weeks for someone to call me back to say oh we need your vehicle for the day so we can do a state inspection on your vehicle so we can get the tags. This was 10 days before my temporary tags expired. The one good thing is they provided me with a loaner vehicle. I did not receive my permanent tags until after my temporary tags expired. There is no communication with their customers until its convenient for them. My husband just bought a new vehicle over the weekend and the experience was great. I feel like Antwerpen should take some lessons from Nationwide. I will never go back there or refer anyone to this dealership.

I bought a used 2016 ram 1500 5.7 hemi dealer guy said dent was fixed .nope. they could of took 2,000 of they said they would fix it went to dealer. They took pictures. Its been 45 days still no call.i got it on June 15th dent was in roof rear passenger side poor service. I never will buy from this dealership again. Truck is in my aunt Susan Wright name. Very poor service. Major dealer. Shouldnt be slow to sell a truck like this major dent surface rust.26,000 . The dealer name was guy and GM said he would have it fixed. Still no call after they took pictures 45 ago days

My deal had three tricky phases. The price of the car I was buying. The high dollar trade in above 35K dollars and 0% financing. I was 35 miles away and got most of the deal completed on the phone, price of the new car and the range of the trade-in. I came in and we did credit and final valuation of the trade in and finished the deal. Hamid, Claressa and Duane all contributed to the best car buying experience that I have ever had. If you want a solid price on a car this is the place to do business, honest straightforward people .

I went in because I needed an oil change on my 11, 500 miles on my Grand Caravan. I was promised an oil change at Mussleman which I never recieved, even though I gave them a cashiers check in full about 4 years ago. They might have changed their name, but the same customer people were there. Personally, I will not purchase a car there again. No free tire rotation, no discount oil change. Make me want to come back for another 50.00 oil change. Last month, I got an oil 🛢 change. Victor, never tightened up anything after and I leaked oil all the way home and under my hood. Had to be towed back. Decreased leaked for 2 weeks. Today, I find that the windshield washer dispenser hose, was broke clean of, when I go to add more windshield washer fluid. Very annoyed that I have to take van back again.

Im really not the one to leave bad reviews, but my encounter with this Dodge dealership on Catonsville, MD was so fraudulent and insulting to me I have to leave a review. I came to this dealership with interest in the red charger hellcat that is on the showroom. I was approached by a salesman named Chris, we got right into it about wanting to trade my current vehicle in and purchasing the charger hellcat. I explained to him that I did not need financing and I wanted to have my trade in paid off which my car was worth. First insult was when they came back with my appraisal amount, the figure was so low I knew something was wrong. Come to find out, the sales manager didnt even input all the vehicle options in to get the appropriate value. I already knew the value of my car prior to coming into this dealership to begin with mind you. Then they asked how was I planning on paying, I told them with a check. So then the salesman Chris wanted to know for how much. I told him Im telling you that, because you dont need to know and we havent even discussed pricing with the charger. Long story short, they used a backdoor to find out the amount of my check and tried to hussle me only negotiating around that amount. It got to the point, I got tired of talking and walked out. I called back some hours later to see if there approach they had towards me may had change (giving the benefit of the doubt) telling them what I would be willing to pay for the charger. They say OK, we will call you back. When I finally get a call back its another manager saying they cant go below this particular price (???), I told him thats more than the offer previously discussed when I was there. He says Really ??? do you still have the paper of the breakdown, I told him yea and Ill send it to you. This just shows be how clearly they have no clue on whats going on, the place is filled with incompetent, thieving, fraudulent, people just trying to hussle every cent out of whomever walks thru there doors. If you care about your money, identity, and not trying to get SCAMMED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, SERIOUSLY!!!!!. I have never experienced such behavior in a dealership with all my years of buying cars.

I went in there to buy a used car, spoke to a salesperson, only woman there in the used car department--she was very nice and accommodating. However, when we could not agree on a price, which was fine, F. Hassan came over and was completely rude. He felt the need to state the same thing over and over, when I finally stood up and told him I understood BUT THAT THIS WAS NOT THE CAR FOR ME...somehow he didnt seem to understand that. I even asked for another vehicle and was told no...If this is what Jack is saying Yes to, it is wrong...Mind you, I know I signed on the dotted line...The tactics that were used were a disgrace before the God, that they kept trying to convince me that they know...Wrong!!! The Lord I serve would not let you destroy others... And the manager, Kelly would not let me give the vehicle back and kept stalling... even though the Bank said that the dealer could do an Unwind...Please stay away from Antwerpen Dodge Ram on Baltimore National Pike...I had it appraised and the value of the dodge journey was $15,000...it was sold to me for $23,000... I had an unscheduled visit on Saturday morning after my break indication light came on. I was informed there may be a longer wait time because of scheduled appointments. I arrived around 8:05 a.m. and about 9:30ish I was informed that my car was ready and no major problem with my breaks, just needed break fluid. AMEN!!! I was completely satisfied and even got an oil change while I was there, which I had planned to get in a couple of weeks. They service you with a smile.

My 2006 Dodge Charger RT needed some work*- I knew it would cost at least 1500. The guy Gary was honest with me*- he let me know that the work on my car was waaaaaaaaaay beyond Repair! And that it was time for me to let the old gale go! I should have been going to this Dealership from day 1! Its nothing like an Honest & Trustworthy service department especially during these times when the economy seems to always be trying to get over, swindle & pinch pennies out of their customers. Dropped my challenger off on 12/28 because the gague cluster blew up. my right front tire had a slow leak. i took it to merchants the week before and they told me it was a tire defect. they fixed my car then drove it back and forth into their shop. i called to advise them to check the tire. all of a sudden there was a screw in the sidewall of the tire. the screw was so obvious there is no way merchants or myself would have missed it. this service center out a screw in my tire and then tried to charge me 500 bucks for a replacement. please before dropping your car off take pics of your entire car.

My first experience was not bad when I initially got the vehicle, I bought a used 2014 Dodge Journey. I purchased the vehicle in August 2016, since then, not even a year later I have ran into multiple issues since having it that should have been taken care of, INCLUDING 2 SERIOUS RECALLS!My experience first started after driving it for a few days I noticed the breaks were very loud. I brought it back to the dealership and was told they were fine and it was because the type of breaks on the vehicle and nothing was done.The car was filthy and they detailed it, the detail job they do on used vehicles is covering up smells and cleaning up what is visible when opening the doors. I found a bone from a chicken wing between the drivers seat and center console, that was absolutely disgusting, there was also dog hair all over the trunk and the back of the 3rd row seat.My first oil change I was going to have my tires rotated but was told that they are not able to rotate my tires because they are so bad they need to be replaced as soon as possible. This could have partially been my fault for not noticing it but I called the dealership to tell them what happened and let them know that I should not have to replace my tires after a few months of purchasing the vehicle. The man I spoke with was very rude, inconsiderate, and would not let me speak with a manager.I recently had an issue with my air conditioning and took my car to another Dodge dealership closer to my house to have it checked out. I find out that there were 2 recalls on my vehicle from 2015, keep in mind I purchased my car in August 2016. The recalls had to do with my ABS (keeping in mind I returned to the dealership to have the breaks checked) and a recall with the engine. Stating that The lack of a functioning ABS and/or ECS system(s) could change the breaking and/or handling characteristics of the vehicle and cause a crash without warning. and If the engine beauty cover remains in contact with the catalytic converter, underhood smoke and/or a fire may occur without warning. Both of these recalls are serious and NOTHING was done to fix them before I purchased this vehicle. I will never purchase another vehicle from them and I strongly suggest you make sure everything has been checked on a vehicle before you purchase one from them.
