Great guys here honest fast and did great job on my xc70 2008 I will be back customer for life

Every time I have had my car serviced at HAV all of the employees are honest and upfront about the repairs to my vehicle. I never feel as though they are trying to sell me additional services simply for the sale. I am always confident they are giving me their most helpful advice.Any question I have is answered thoroughly and I never feel that I am treated as a lowly civilian with little to no knowledge of cars. I always feel like a valued customer.

My aging Honda civic needed a lot of work. Matt did a great job of explaining what was important to do now, what should be done soon, what could wait, and what i could do myself. He stayed late to finish my car so that I would not have to be without a ride for an extra day. A few days later, when something did not sound exactly right to me, they took a look and tightened up the loose bolt right away.They could have easily up-sold me into fixing more than was needed, but they did not. We will be taking our cars to HAV from now on.

I had just had such a great experience at this car shop. Im from out of town and had a problem with my Volvos left turn signal. I stopped by HAV (with no appointment) based on other reviews, and was delighted with the service. They fit me in immediately, fixed the problem in under five minutes, and wouldnt let me pay anything. Friendly people and great service. Thank you!

They were very very professional , I was in and out in less than 20 minutes for an oil change . They didnt try to up sell me . They filled my tires with air because the sensor was on , I didnt have to ask them to do so . Ill be back , Ill probably will never return to Catonsville Toyota , they are rude , they take 2 hours plus for a basic oil change and they are too expensive .
