Mgr & Owner where very professional and courteous. Very helpful and providing excellent advice and concerns for customer vehicle problems and good at resolving problems for them. They appear to have a good relationship to the community of customers that visit the the location when I was there for my vehicle repairs. ..refreshing to see good customer service at its best. I would suggest anyone come for the professional service. that I witness first hand.

I took my daughter’s car here for an inspection. The inspection was affordable and thorough. The inspector took the time to explain the deficiencies. I appreciated his helpfulness. I scheduled an appointment to do the requested work and the work was completed as scheduled. I did go somewhere else for an estimate. The place had cheaper labor hours; however, the cost ended up being the same as what I was quoted by Meineke for the same job. You get what you pay for. Definitely would go back.

I had to get all new brake pads and front rotors. I made the appointment online Friday to get my vehicle serviced Saturday and they delivered. They were very professional and took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle. I actually paid less than I thought.

My experience was a good one. Mechanic came & got me to show me what he would be doing to fix the problem & the cost. My wait time was less than 1hr. I was happy with my first time service at Meineke. I will come back when & if I need any other service.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy; upon arrival at scheduled time, problem was identified and explained; service was completed timely and satisfactorily; personnel were pleasant and professional.

Needed emmissions codes fixed. They supposedly diagnosed problem, I spent over 700 bucks there. Went back to emmissions station only to have exact same codes pop up and fail me again!

I’ve been there twice and each time they were very professional and fast. They don’t up sell you. You just come in and get your service done and leave. So far I really like this place.

The lady who runs the shop is awesome. Took my car there had my axle replaced on the drivers side, unfortunately the one I got was defective, so I was told to bring my car back I did and they replace the same side again. After the repair, the mechanic, told me that wasnt the problem at all the other side is broken. Mind you they just inspected my car after changing the axle the first time, I passed the inspection. Anyway the mechanic tells me I have to spend another 300 plus dollars to fix the other side which would not have broken if the first replaced axle was correct. The good part is the woman who runs the shop is truly a professional who, not only had my car placed back on the lift, she ordered the passenger side axle and had it put on my car. She would not let me leave unhappy. My advice is if you run into aproblem at this location, just speak to her. She is fair, full of courtesy and knows what is right. I did not have to mention my problem to her more than once before she addressed it. Even better during both repairs her ETA was great but the speed in which everything got done was fast ahead of what I was told to anticipate. SHE IS GOOD, THE GUYS THERE WERE A BIT RUDE, HOWEVER, SHE DID SHOW ME A REASON WHY NOT TO LOSE CONTROL WHEN DEALING WITH ASININE BEHAVIOR.

Maryland State Inspection. They got me in on-time for my appointment.The safety Covid precautions were in place and I felt comfortable with my health.

I had an excellent experience. My appointment was at noon and I was walking out to go home at 12:39. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the building. Everyone was very friendly.

Unfortunately, My wife and took her car to get serviced. Upon to having it serviced the leather seats were damaged in our 2012 Elantra. The owner of the franchise did contact us and refused to take responsibility, even though that she acknowledged that her technicians did sit in the seat. Theres absolutely no way that my wife or of myself had damaged the seat. It was noticeably visible right away.My wife noticed immediately and picked me up to return to the shop within the hour to attempt to resolve the situation.I would not recommend this place for any kind of services. If you care about the details on your car.I work in auto glass repair/replacement.Anytime time we accidentally damage a customers car we always own up to it and work to correct the situation whether it was repair or replacement.

I asked him if they can install passenger side break For teaching Purpose. I asked the mechanic two three times to make sure they do it because most places they don’t install brakes. Plus he is non attentive and look careless. He said yes we install brakes. I was happy and I told him I will give you a tip too. But he just replace brakes shoes and told me that what I ordered.

Not good. My cars breaks are still majing a whole lot of noise. I am coming back on Tuesday

I got 2 new tires and now the light is coming on that says all wheel drive is disengaged and no one at Meineke can tell me the issue as to why this is happening. I am very unhappy with the service. I dont understand why the light is turned on and would like to solve this problem without having to waste more time and come back into the shop.

They do good work but kind of expensive , they seem professional but alittle unfriendly. I still say five stars cause my cars always works better.

This happened two or three times, after taking my car in for something to be checked and fixed after the mechanic fixed my car there was something else wrong with it afterwards that wasnt wrong with it before and was making a noise that it wasnt making before. My car was unstable and not safe to drive. The mechanic did not fix the part right and i took it to another shop to have my car checked out and they said it was the part that the mechanic fixed that was causing my car to be unstable. The company was not helpful with this situation and they were not willing to do the right thing until i made a complaint with the better business bureau. They were not willing to offer a refund for the part that wasnt fixed correctly which they should have gave me a refund. I had to get a new car because of them and because of this. I was going to take them to court to get a refund; however, i decided to let it go for now. I would not recommend that anyone trust them with your car repairs. Take your car to a shop where you know that the mechanic or mechanics are trustworthy, honest and wont and dont take advantage of people. This is my opinion about this auto shop.

This was my first time going to Meineke car care and I must say my experience there was great. The manager was very polite I drop my car off around 7:45a.m.at 9::05a.m. They called me to let me know what the problem was and what it would cost to get it fix it. At 10:45a.m. I got a called saying the car was finished I was surprised they were finished so soon. I was very satisfied with with the service. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Meineke for their car service.

A great shop. Theres never been a time that I didnt receive great customer service at this location. The manager and employees are honest, patient, open and take the time to explain the issues at hand. The prices are also very reasonable, Ive never felt like Im being given the run-around. Their turn around time and flexibility while already overbooked were impressive, my cars thermostat and radiator broke last night, I brought it in on a Saturday morning at 9:30 am, and I had it back with everything fixed (and an oil change) in just 5 hours. Very happy with this business.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I came in for a simple oil change and the mechanic did not properly secure up under the car. As I was driving to Ellicott city to go to Target, which is about 8 miles, I started to notice this vibration noise. Well that noise was due to some sort of cover for the Catylic converter beating up against the car. How do you mess up an oil change??????? I called the place and she gave me a number to her tow that would have costs me $15 out of pocket AND an Uber! Thankfully, I was able to make it back to the city safely. I will be calling my bank to get my money back. This is highly UNACCEPTABLE!

I initially used Meineke because it’s close to me. Thus far it seems as though I made a good decision. I’ve never felt overcharged and if there was anything else not satisfied with they addressed it as soon as They could. I cannot see myself utilizing anyone else’s service.

Always top tier service. The techs always give their honest professional advice for your vehicle. During my recent visit, the tech was even willing to ride with me in the vehicle to ensure the sound discontinued I was hearing in the front of my vehicle. On Saturday, 9/14, I made an appointment for today, at 4:30; giving my name, phone number. left work an hour and a half early but I ran into two detours on the way to my appointment. Normally, I would’ve called using my hands-free calling but I didn’t get a business card with the number so, I didn’t have the phone number on hand however, I figured I’d get a call from the front desk. Somehow, I made it to the shop at 4:38...only to be informed that the manager gave the order for them to skip my appointment. So disappointed but, after reading the reviews on this place, it’s probably for the best.

Just got finished there today. Called at 3:50pm about an exhaust leak. They said come on by. Not even 30 minutes of being there, they have it fixed. The exhaust leak was the pipe splitting due to rust right behind the muffler. He cut in a new piece of pipe and its all good for just $170. Very happy with the service and quality of fix. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment with them and when I got up there they said there was no appointment for me. So I came back later and they never mentioned the price until after I get the inspection which was very inconvenient

This location has very fast service, clean environment, professional friendly staff, excellent precise car work.

Do not go to this place to get any work done on your car. They are a get over told me I needed work done that I did not need. Went to two other car places to make sure. They both told me the same thing. They told me I need a muffler and a motor mount. Go to Mr Tire and Midas. They both tell me all I needed was the back end off the muffler and nothing is wrong with any off my motor mount s. If I wasnt to late for them to order the parts. I would have payed for parts I didnt need. Im never going back there again. They suck and are some get overs.

I had an appointment at 12:30, which I checked in for at 12:00. My truck was not taken back until 2:00 pm and I did not leave until 3:00 pm. Recognizing that they were busy I asked the shop manager, Kenny, when my truck was in que. I had an appointment at 3:00 and wanted to make sure I’d make it. He was quite dismissive and said you showed up for your appointment three hours early. I produced the confirmation email from Meineke saying my appointment was at 12:30. He did not even look at the email, and said well I guess you made a mistake. It’s not about placing blame, it’s the fact that a good chunk of my Saturday was wasted. I should have just gone to Jiffy Lube and I would have spent forty five minutes instead of three hours on an oil change. I missed my 3:00 pm appointment, and lost a lot of time on my Saturday that I could have been productive.I will not be back.

I love Meineke. They are very attentive to your needs. That are very professional and they work diligently to ensure customer care satisfaction.

Unorganized. They were backed up even though I made an appointment online. They never called me when my car was done even though I asked them to and confirmed that they had my number on file. Also the system was down once the service was completed so my receipt had to be emailed to me. All in all, I probably won’t go to this location again because it’s too small and they may need more employees.

My husband and I went to get an oil change it took 2 1/2 hours, they never had the oil our filter we had to wait for the delivery driver to bring to meinrke. Dont go to the meinrke on route 40.i like the one on patapsco Ave near the flea market.

Ive had my all of vehicles serviced and repaired at this Meineke since 1999. Recently I was in an accident with my 2006 Honda Accord and totaled it :( luckily I had full coverage, so when my insurance company called and told me my vehicle was worth $6,500 because it was so well maintained, I was happy but not surprised! Meineke is not just a company, they are like family and treat you as such! Im purchasing a newer model vehicle and cant wait to have them give it the once over so I can drive with confidence, safety and the security of knowing its in the best hands. I go to Meineke for oil changes, brakes, tires, you name it, they can do it!!! You can trust and depend on them... I do. ;)

WORST EXPERIENCE GETTING AN OIL CHANGE EVER. A WASTE OF TIME AND THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE.Please do not go here if you want to be treated with respect as a customer and human being. I made an appointment online ahead of time and can in ON TIME. Kenny, the manager acted like he did not know anything as I said I was here for an oil change and asked where should I bring my car. He just stared blankly at me and said oh, since you made the appointment this morning. He was really being lazy and wasn’t checking upcoming allotments regularly. I gave him my key and information and waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and noticed that Kenny had made no action to inform the mechanics there was another appointment here. Since my car was still sitting where I had parked it I asked when my car would be looked at. He would never have informed me this if I had not waited a full 15 minutes and inquired about the status of my appointment. Kenny then replied that “no mechanics were available and it would be at least another 30 minutes before anyone looked at it”. SO MY CAR WOULD NOT BE EVEN STARTED TO BE SERVICED UNILL 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. Completely ridiculous. I will never be going to this location or any other Meineke center AGAIN. Would NEVER recommend to a friend, neighbor, random person on the street, and everyone on here. Don’t go here if you want at least decent service. Thank you.

I was told by several other muffler mechanics that I probably need the whole exhaust replaced Which would price around seven to $900 and change, but Kennis at Meinicke on Baltimore Washington Pilke Looked at it and said I could get away with just the center pipe and muffler which still was priced at around $900. Kenneth then told me he could weld the muffler and replace the Santa five for 500 and even got the price down to $404 after that. All I can say is that my car has not been so quiet and years and the performance And the way that it drives is 10 times better now that it’s fixed with a one-year warranty so I feel safe and believe the I was given multiple options That really helped me decide to go with Meineke. I may have been able to get it done cheaper somewhere else with someone else but do not believe I would feel as comfortable in confident as I do now. Oh,And it only took about an hour most of the time just waiting for the pipe to get there.

Needed a muffler in a hurry and they came through for me when other places were saying they had no openings. About 2 hours from start to finish including having to get a part. Waiting room is tiny and spare but the coffee was pretty good.

Meineke was able to repair my vehicle within 90 minutes.

Had oil change that only took about half and hour and the service technicians were great

I was there Monday to repair my muffler was told the pipe would be cut and replace great. the bill was $181.11 this is ok but after checking the vehicle the pipe cost $45.00 dollars and it is only 5 inches long, so I paid $9.00 per inch. Trump made the price of steel go up but really. This review in not about the money I have that it is the way Mr. Kenny spoke to me. I am in the car sales for 16 years customer service is everything.hope someone get back to me review #!

Was told I needed front and back brakes and rotors, when they had done my rear brakes the year before. When I asked the tech about my life-long brake guarantee and why id need rear brakes after they did them last year, he said he didnt know anything about a guarantee and thats the way it is and they were just used up. Took my car to Catonsville Car Clinic where they replaced the front brakes and rotors (which I expected), and they confirmed my rear brakes were fine. There is not much worse then dishonest mechanics who tell you that services are needed when they are not. Wont be going back.

I was not happy at all with my experience with Meineke. I took my 2008 Ford F-150 truck infor a Md. State inspection. After the inspection i discovered black grease scattered in the front and back interior of my truck.Why wouldnt the mechanic wash his hands or clean up if a mistake of dispositing axial grease in a customer truck is made?
