I had specific requests and interests in a vehicle. Mike Bell didnt hesitate to consider helping in my hunt. Service in the main sales building was delivered with open communication, honesty, and NO pressure. The maintenance shop was quick with cleaning my vehicle to let me drive off clean and fresh. Paperwork was super FAST! Literally had to pick up a child within 40 minutes and they were able to process everything. They also followed up after the purchase date to make sure all is going well. THEY CARE! My arm wasnt twisted and Im not getting paid through a third party. Im just the average person sharing an experience that needs recognition.

On our way to Florida for a vacation my radio/navigation system suddenly stopped working and went completely black. I had truck in 3 times for same problems all I have is you can’t duplicate the problem this shouldn’t be a problem Chevy and GMC 2021 ,1500 are having eBoost problems, there has been 350,000 fixed for brake problems,so we know there is a problem alreadyI left the truck this last from Monday to the next Monday.I live 60 miles round trip away.Some one needs to talk to GM.

Matt, Becky and Jason were all terrific, worked hard to get everything I ask for, from the vehicle, the price and the warrenties. Matt was the main sell person, but while he was busy with a first customer, Becky got the keys to the vehicle and walked us through some things on the car, then Matt an I went I the car letting me drive. From customer service to Financial aid and everything it was a great experience and not being pressured was nice. They listened to what I was able to do financially and work so hard to help me reach my affordable goal. This is my Second car purchase on my own, and both times it was an awesome experience at Mike Bell Chevrolet.

Do not take your vehicle here for them to touch! Had an issue with a misfire on my truck i changed coils, plugs, wires, and injectors. Still had a misfire issue. I Took it here so they could diagnose it and help me to not throw money and parts at it and they did as a failed lifter due to afm. They Said they dont break down motors with certain miles on them over 150 k i believe after the fact i had dropped the truck off and paid almost 200.00 bucks just for them to look at it and hook it up to the obd2 scanner. So even if they knew the afm was the issue they wouldnt have fixed it anyways. They offered me to pay 10k for a new motor and to put it in lol. I guess they thought i was ignorant when i told them my 2012 gmc denali doesnt have afm because it is a l9h 6.2 and that Im sure it doesnt have afm. They lied to me and had me second guessimg myself about my truck motor. i also had to sign papers when i dropped the truck off so weather i complained or not i couldnt get my money back for them to lie to my face and not help me with my vehicle whatsoever, i wouldnt have them rotate my tires much less engine work. Not sure on the selling side service side is a joke. By the way, the problem was a broken plug wire.

To start from the beginning, but summarize my experience. First, they do no return phone calls or work promptly towards securing a deal. Because of their lack of communication a deal we had made lost the opportunity for manufacturer rebates due to not closing the deal we had made, with buyers order. I was also told a certain interest rate, and when the buyers order came thru, the rate was .75% higher then what I was told. I then proceeded to acquire my own financing, and on the same day I informed them I had approval from my credit union, and I was waiting on funding. The first prompt communication I had with them was a call to tell me they had sold the vehicle I was willing to purchase. King of the bait and switch, aka, pump and dump dealerships.

I scheduled an appointment through MyChevrolet App and was surprised to be able to get an appointment for the next day, other dealerships I had tried to schedule in the area were booked out 1-2 weeks. Dropped off my car the evening before, quick and easy. The dealership called around lunch time saying they were finished up and I could come get it anytime and they found two bad TPMS sensors and asked if Id like to get a quote. I declined. Associates were friendly and quick. Grabbed my car pulled it around while I went to pay at the counter. Got ten dollars off the service for it being Ladies Day, so thats awesome!My only quam with the visit is the next day I took the car to another shop to fix TPMS and it was only one sensor that was faulty. All sensors are in working order now. But I am unsure why the dealership concluded two were bad and the next day it was only one? But everything else was super!

I had a wonderful experience buying my car. Matt parker was an excellent salesmen and really worked with me. However, I was disappointed in the service department. I called on a Monday to place an oil change and was told I would receive a call back with available appointments. My salesmen had called me about an issue with my tag that was resolved and I asked him about the service appointment and he told me hed call me back and never did. By Wednesday I still had not received a call back from either my salesmen nor the service department so, I scheduled an appointment online. I receive an automated email saying theyd call to confirm my appointment and never received a call. It took over a week to get an appointment. Normally when I called my old dealership ( hardy off Dallas HWY) for my old car I had an appointment booked that day & received a call the day before as a reminder. My appointment was quick and it was free since it was my first appointment but communication could be better. I spoke to three different people who never called me back.

Very nice welcome when I droveInto the service center. I was directed into the waiting room with a nice restroom and the coffee was very appreciated. I liked how there was a tv for adults and a small area with a tv for kids. Very quick service. I’m so happy I bought my Equinox at Mike Bell Chevrolet. It was amazing, the individual (sorry we forgot her name) kept us informed on the current status of where we were in the process. She also immediately at check-in let us know that our car had an airbag recall notification; there were none in stock and she would order us the airbag. She reiterated the same thing at check-out and said she would notify us to schedule an appointment to have it installed.Dean helped my niece out the same day and reassured her that they would determine if the battery needed to be replaced or if there was something under her warranty that would be covered to fix her issue. In the end it was her battery and due to the cost of the battery wanted to ensure that she still wanted to get it.Both individuals show what outstanding customer service is and compassion to ensure they can meet our needs. My family and I have had nothing but a great experience with your service department. Thanks.

The only problem I had was communication because I had to call on three different days to check on the progress because a woman who I dealt with should of been calling me and updating me on the progress because the car was in the shop for seven days. We were looking for a specific vehicle for my wife that they had listed, but it stated it was in transit. We called the dealership and was told the vehicle was there. Drove out to Carrollton to check it out only to find out it wasnt there. The salesman was very friendly and took the time to show us a similar vehicle on the lot. He got me interested in a vehicle that I was seriously considering, but they were closing. The salesman said he would keep in touch and let us know when the vehicle my wife wanted arrived. He was also supposed to follow up with me on Monday about the other vehicle I was considering. Never heard another word from him. Eventually the car was taken down off their site. We went to Thornton Chevrolet, they pulled the exact vehicle we were looking for from a dealership on the other side of Atlanta and now my wife is driving it. They are in the process of locating the vehicle I was interested in at this dealership. $100,000 sale in two vehicles and this dealership blew it.

I went in for warranty work. I was told I needed tires, which was okay with me. They also found some other things that were wrong with my car and fixed them under the warranty as well. I knew my car didnt feel right but didnt know why. I am fully sat isfied with the work that was done and now my car is back to running absolutely fine and will return if anything else needs to be done to my car. I had a bad experience with this dealership today. The salesperson I was dealing and Internet sales manager have been in contact since Monday 04/26/2021 regarding a Silverado that was going to arrive that day. They call me that same Monday to tell me that it had arrived. I then request pictures which are sent to me promptly from the salesperson that was going to be selling me the truck, she then tells me to wait until Wednesday to make any movements because she was not going to work Tuesday 04/27/2021 which I wait until Wednesday 04/28/2021 to start the loan process through my bank. So here comes Thursday 04/29/2021 I’m at bank signing the required paperwork for the loan and they text me to say they have sold the Silverado I was going to buy. Horrible personnel and the way the handle their customers. Make sure to sign a contract and according to one of the “bell brothers” leave a deposit.

Went in with low expectations with below average credit not being able to afford much and a 1997 toyota camry with 217000 immediately upon sitting down with sales men Joey he listened to our needs which were lowest monthly payments he could get and warranty he only showed me cars with a high warranty and within my price range and he put me in a 2018 chevy sonic with only 22000 miles on it they added another 2 years number to number warranty and 2 years oil changes Im covered under warranty until 2024 nearly 2025 they treated me great Im beyond happy

This has been a trouble free transaction for me. Bob was the best I bought several cars in FL and was always hit with endless fees and accesories etc. Next time I buy a Chevy Ill go to Mike Bell.

Mike Bell Chevrolet is a great dealership and well worth the drive from Atlanta.I worked with Alexis Strozier and she is a top-notch salesperson. She was great to work with and always responded to my calls and texts.I was able to purchase the truck I wanted, 2021 Silverado and it is the best vehicle I have ever purchased.If you are looking for a new car check out Mike Bell and ask for Alexis.

I make an appointment for a reason, when I arrived I informed them I made an appointment and I need my car serviced immediately. I’m a nurse and work in home health I have patients waiting on me and 2-3 hours waiting for an oil change is not acceptable. The service department has rude managers and never listens to the customers. I’m really disappointed in Chevrolet and the more management of their their dealership. You spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle and upkeep following and they treat you like garbage. I think I’ll go back to owning foreign vehicles again! I got treated better and paid way less for a better vehicle.
