I purchased a preowned E400. A week or so after I purchased it I noticed a cosmetic issue on the hood and bumper. Auto web expo Gen Manager sent me over to service and a very kind and attentive gentleman Farnoosh reviewed my concern and made arrangements to correct the problems. I also had some bad curb rash on 3 of my amg wheels . I was prepared to pay for the wheel refresh but he decided not to charge me. I am thrilled with the outcome and thankful to Ben and Farnoosh for correcting my issues no charge! We had a horrible experience here. The first impression seemed like the cars were priced well, but after the first visit.. We got the runaround. No returned calls, questions not answered. We were trying to pay full price for a car, and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Finally... days later when we got ahold of James, he told us that the whole deal changed. They jacked up the price of the car by $1,000 and changed the offer on our trade in as well. He kept saying “I’m just guilty of trying to make a sell.” We also compared their list price to our the door price with 3 other local purchase agreements, and they have a ton of hidden fees in their pricing. They don’t care about giving anyone a good experience or being helpful, they ONLY care about making money. I can’t stress enough that you should go somewhere else. We ended up getting a newer car with lower mileage for THOUSANDS less than the car we were looking at here. I’m thankful that the true colors showed before we bought a car from such deceitful people.

I always believed I needed to bring my vehicle to a dealer in order to receive warranty and mechanics who were qualified to work on my Mercedes. After visiting 2 Dallas dealers and being treated terribly, I decided to look for another reliable mechanic. I was fortunate to find Auto Web Expo in Carrollton.I called and was greeted by Farnoosh, the Service Manager, who was more than gracious to get me in for my A Service , assuring me Id be well taken care of. The shop was impeccable and comfortable. Mary, the service admin, was friendly and helpful and made my visit go by quickly.Soon thereafter, I noticed my vehicle grinding at high speeds and again contacted Farnoosh who got me in immediately hearing my concern. He advised my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and the cost was far over my budget. I recently lost my job but brakes arent something to put off on. Farnoosh knew my situation and worked with my budgeting, even saving me money by having the mechanic do some cleaning on the back rotors which would stave off the rear brake job for several months. As a former employee in a car dealership, I realize commission is part of a serv managers salary, Farnoosh could have easily taken advantage of my situation but didnt. Honesty goes a long way. He has earned my trust; he has earned a customer who will now share a positive experience with others. This goes far, specifically on a high-end vehicle.I have been a Customer Service manager and a Subject Matter Expert in Customer Retention for 30+ years. Customers have OPTIONS and there are many shops here in the Greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area to choose from. Farnoosh is the consummate professional and truly cares for his customers. From just 2 visits - and wearing a mask! - he remembered my name. Peering through the glass into the mechanics work area, Im amazed the cleanliness of the work area and what he expects from his employees - many long-term employees. That says a lot about his leadership.These are difficult times for not only individuals, but for businesses who have competition and people have choices. Im not a big review fan but I was asked to leave a review and based on some of my findings, I deemed it may be necessary to inform other potential buyers. Before starting, my sales person was great and helpful, but thats not enough when making an large investment as such. On Aug 12th of 2019 I traveled 300 miles to Auto Web Expo with the intent to purchase a 2016 Mercedes CLS 400 with a check made out from my bank with the VIN#: WDDLJ6FB4GA173598 attacked to it. Once I arrived, I looked over the vehicle and took it for a test drive. Once myself and the sales person arrived back from the test drive, I once again looked over the vehicle and pointed out a few things to them about the front end of the vehicle. I pointed out that there was missing hardware, mix matched hardware, broken front end clips, and that there was a 6in x 2in MAC TOOLS scrapping tool wedged under the radiator fan, so I pulled it out and handed it to them. I also point out that the front bumper impact bar was dented in and it was also missing the shock asborber foam. I went to to explain that the purpose for this asborber was to asborb the impact from a hit helping preventing the airbags to deploy. I went on to express my concern that this particular vehicle was not safe for selling due to its crashworthiness, which protects an occupant during an impact. Also by the impact bar already being dented from an previous accident, it took away the structural integrity of the component. After speaking with one of the sales managers, he went on to try to compare this vehicle to others on the market that did not have accidents reported on the carfax and tried to manipulate me into thinking that it was fairly but equally priced compared to other vehicles, which again had no accidents reported. He went on to say that the accident was just a small bumper to bumper. Which I than explained that a small bumper to bumper wouldnt dent a frame. I directed my attention to another vehicle and purchased a different car from this dealership. After informing my sales person of the safety of the other vehicle, I was told that they had informed their manager and that they would address this safety concern. On the morning of Aug 14th of 2019 I called Auto Web Expo anonymously to see if the vehicle was still on the market for sale and I was informed that it was. My biggest concern was that they are continuing to sale this vehicle knowing of these safety issues all while not informing those who are not aware what to look for or even trying to fix the vehicle before placing it back on the market. I find this to be misleading and unprofessional of a business that prides on honor and customer satisfactory. The customer service from this dealership was great and my sales person was helpful but if the product that your selling isnt in accordance to vehicle safety regulations then theres a bigger issue at hand. I know that the internet team is going to write the same generic copied and paste response,...Thank you for your nice Words, Farnoosh and Johnathan are huge assets to our company and we are very glad to have them, We are even Happier that you had a great experience with Auto Web Expo. Thank you for your business and continued support.But this information is for future buyers to either look carefully or bring your own certified specialist as a second pair of eyes for your comfortability.
