INTEGRITY CHECKI researched multiple locations and was confident I had found the one with Tims.I dropped my car off for an oil change, with the oil and filters in the car. The staff was very responsive. I was grateful as I drive 200 miles a day for work.However, I did not have my usual excess oil left in the vehicle. When I change the oil at my uncles shop, it takes 4.5 quarts with the oil filter.In addition, for their shop warranty, my K&N oil filter was refused. However, my K&N air filter was placed.So, I called the next morning and had an interesting conversation.The clerk was upset I was stating my concern for gasket damage when she informed me all 5 quarts were placed into the engine. She made it clear she was aggravated for my concern by briskly placing me on hold, without replying to the concern.The mechanic then stated the additional 0.5 quarts fill the oil filter by factory....as if to mansplain an oil change procedure Imnot capable of doing. Being humble about my experience, I crossed checked my manual and verified with a dealership shop. Tim was simply not wanting to recomplete the work correctly.I am having the oil change repeated elsewhere, which takes me away from my job - COVID RN.

I cannot speak on the work that the shop performs but they do not allow parts that are not provided by their shop. Even if the parts are not carried by them. At some point I hope this policy, that is not listed on their website is either posted or changed.

Tims have always been good to me, he has always gave me options to save money, and when he felt like the work doesnt need to be done, he would tell me. Ive taken my Acura RSX - Type S to him, Nissan Maxima, and Ford Explorer and they have always been honest and upfront. I have never had a problem with the work, from axle repair to exhaust, there is nothing I wouldnt Trust Tim to take care of for me.
