Our tire had been losing air and we discovered there was a small crack in the wheel. Of course, my first thought was Thats going to be expensive! I called Wheel Repair Solutions and was able to get in the same morning. In 15 minutes, they had my broken wheel off, my spare tire on and I was out the door. 24 hours later my repaired wheel was put back on and my wallet was only lighter by $110, which even included a 1 year warranty. One of the easiest car repairs Ive ever had. Hopefully wont need to see them again soon, but glad I know where to go if I do.

I have probably sent over 100 Wheels to these guys and I have yet to have them ever bring me back one wheel that is not perfect. They are a rare breed in the wheel repair industry. They do good work and they honor their word.

Return customer. In 2015 I hit a curb (HARD!) and knocked a big chunk out of two of my chrome Mercedes Benz AMG rims. One was leaking and the dealership couldnt fix it but wanted to charge me $1500 for a replacement (yes, for one rim) so I found Wheel Repair Solutions. Amanda explained honestly and intelligently that they could not promise Id be happy since the finish wouldnt be uniform without the entire rim being re-chromed, but they would do their best to blend the polished finish with the chrome. Two days and $115 later and I couldnt have been happier. Now Ive decided to get the other one done just to stop seeing that chunk missing. I took the wheel in and when Wade saw it, I saw his hesitation. He started to speak very politely and say okay, heres the thing.... . I interrupted and explained my previous visit, that I understood, and that I wanted to go ahead with the repair. He said it would be done the next day. I cant say enough good things about Wheel Repair Solutions workmanship and customer service.

Wheel Repair Solutions were great... they do an outstanding job and the cost is very reasonable. If you need a wheel that needs to be repaired or refinished, you have to check this company out.

This place was recommended to me by my favorite body shop claiming they do great work and after my great experience there I trusted them. I called in advance to go over my vehicle. They had the year make model and wheel information and said it would be no problem. They told me to drop it off before 4 pm and it would be a 24 hour turn around. Sounds fair. It’s for sure not the closest place to me that fixes wheels and my wife and I had to drive 45 minutes each way to drop off my truck. Short story is when I get there they informed me that they can’t repair my type of factory wheel. All said and done it was a two hour waste of a day for both of us. Try this place if you want but I wouldn’t give them a second chance.

Hit a curb and got some road-rash on both drivers-side wheels on the Wifes car! (...uh-OH!) Took the car to W.R.S. & picked the car up next-day; wheels looked BRAND NEW! Recommended.

Used this place over the years and slowly they have became unreliable. Called over 3 days in a row to get a wheel picked up and said they were coming everyday when I called and that the driver would call me. Never got a call, no one never came.. last time I will try and use them. Called another company and they came in 1 hr to pick up the wheels

Great service, very professional and delivered as promised. My wheels has curb rash, faded areas and one was bent so bad that it couldnt hold air any longer. Dropped the car off at 4pm and it was ready the next day before lunch. Had all four wheels refinished and they look like new from the dealer.

Stay away from this place at all costs. Complete negligence is different than bad customer service. They did not tape the inside of the tire so the coding got between the tire and the rim. It was leaking when I left and I don’t have time to bring the car back there or a ride home. I brought it to the dealership and they told me of the issue. They said that over time it will turn into dust and all of the air will leak out of the tires because there is no seal. Sure enough About 60 days later if you fill the tire up air just flies out of the crack between the rim and the tire. They said they tried to help me then but who has a jack at home to lift up their Lamborghini. They told me to bring the tire in. That’s not something I have time to do or the apparatus to do. I told them since it was clearly workmanship they needed to figure out how to get the car there. Now it’s going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix this complete lack of professionalism. Run and run fast.

The service was really great. Very patient and considering. I went there for a rim fix, they told me the flat price was, handed them my wheel and left the place with full confidence that they will fix my wheel. I cant stress enough how great the customer service was.

Amazing work this place does my rim was completely bend and after a week of fixing it they were able to get it back straight again like nothing ever happened I recommend if anybody has wheels that are bend you should bring them and get it fix here they do better than new....😎😎👍👍💪💪

The back face of my wheel got shredded off by my suspension components. I brought it Wheel Repair Solutions solutions and they where able to fix it. It was less than one day turn around for my wheel and a fair price. I am extremely happy with the work and the repaired wheel actually balances better than my un-repaired wheels.

I had a fantastic experience. Worked with Wade. Had a 1981 Fiat Spider. Got several quotes. Wheel Repair Solutions was fair but customer service experience was excellent. They really took care of me. But the best thing was the end result and I loved the powder coating they did to the wheels. Could not recommend them highly enough.

This place is awesome! A tire shop told me that my wheels were cracked and were going to sell me after market wheels. Its hard to find OEM wheels but after some research; we found this company that could repair them at a great price. I brought my car got there around 4:15. Talk about customer service! The gentleman that I spoke to was very courteous, friendly and professional. He explained the whole process. Again, I dropped off my car about 4:15 pm and it was ready for pick-up in the morning.Picked up my car and the wheels looked great. They told me that if I had any problems to bring it back. I usually dont write reviews. I usually try to work out the mistakes and kinks. This was not the case here. Two $800 Z06 Wheels damaged. There is a difference b/w a rim clamp machine and a center clamp. When they couldnt get the tires to seat on their center clamp machine, they INSIDE clamped the machine causing indents in the wheels.When brought to their attention - they refused to take any liability and told us to never come to their business again.More over - after talking to the owner - he agreed to refund (1) of the (2) wheels. This was DESPITE me having to purchase brand new wheels for my customer. Truly disappointed and will not be coming back.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had, advertised as a quick effortless experience, it has been nothing of the sort. Very unprofessional, there are even roaches in the facility, would not recommend.

I highly recommend Johnny and his guys. I had previously had my wheels repaired by them and even though the person that had done the initial repair was no longer working with them Johnny stood behind the work and went the extra mile to ensure my wheels were redone to my satisfaction. They do great work and stand behind it!

Great place. I came in upset about my bent rim and they assured me that it could be fixed . I left the car over night and the next day I had practically a new rim. Not only was is fast and reasonably priced but I felt valued.

I recently took a chunk out of a wheel, and brought it to Wheel Repair Solutions based on their excellent reputation among auto enthusiast sites on the internet. They absolutely exceeded my expectations, and had my wheel done in about 12 hours, and it looked positively brand new. I have no idea how they do it, but they are clearly masters of their craft. Highly recommended!

NO STAR, I brought a MB wheel that needed some coating and balance with a brand new tire on it, on the pretense it will cost me $85.00 total after aVERBAL GUARANTY FROM THE GUY IN THE FRONT, 2 Days later picked up the wheel, but he started bumbling about how hard was to get it the job done then he present a Bill for $135.00+TAX , SO EITHER YOU PAY AND GET YOUR WHEEL OR LEAVE IT HERE, AND GET OUT OF MY STORE. OF COURSE I paid the money.JUST DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, THE WHEEL STILL OUT OF BALANCE.

I had curbed my passenger rims pretty to the point that some of the rim was chipped off. I went in expecting them to just match the paint so it at least doesnt look noticeably bad. Not sure what type of voodoo magic theyre using over there because when I got my car back it looked like brand new rims! Couldnt even see the chip at all. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend

Worked with this company indirectly since the dealership that I went to uses this company. A few day fix turned into a month and a half nightmare with me having to ride on my spare tire. The only thing that this company did correctly is that the curb check rub on the rim looks like new again. It took 7 times for this company to almost get my rim painted correctly.The first time I got my rim back, there was missing paint on the outside of the rim where the rim meets the wheel. I sent it back.The second time I got the rim back, there was dirt or trash in the paint. I sent it back.The third time, paint was still missing around where the rim and wheel meet. It was again sent back.The fourth time, there was dirt in the paint. It was sent back again.The fifth time, the center cap would not go on because the rim was not sandblasted where the center cap goes and there was an excessive amount of paint built up. I told the dealer to tell them to keep it a week to get it right.The sixth time, the dirt was gone and no missing paint except the color was so off that it was unbearable to look at. My rims are a charcoal color and when my rim came back it was almost a chrome like color. I have a black car and it made it stand out like a sore thumb.On the seventh time, the dealership gave me a rent car. The dealership and this company agreed to fix my rim and take off another rim to color match. After 3 days the rim came back, the color is right, no missing paint, but now there is a few pieces of dirt in the paint. I gave up at this point. If a company cant get it right 7 times, there is no point in sending it back a 8th. There would be no end.The workers who fixed my rim seem to have no pride in their work and the people above them dont care and dont inspect the work. 7 times working on my rim and still not correct is ridiculous. It was ridiculous even after the 3rd time. As much money as they lost on this deal, they could have just bought me a new rim and be done with this nightmare. Now, after reading other reviews I have to make sure my paint dont peel. Please dont go with this company unless you want issues and no one with pride to work on it.

By far, the best auto repair experience! Very professional, friendly, quick turn around and building was nice and clean. Originally contacted Wheels American and Rim Spec Wheels to repair a dent on my rim and one wanted to charge $160-$190 and the other quoted $125-$150, but would take 3 days to repair. Wheel Solutions fixed it in less than 24hrs for $100

Was recommended to go to this place. Talked to the owner Wade. Then talked to a counter guy Christian. Then after a month planning finally took my car to leave it overnight to have the rims powder coated and a wheel dent repaired. Neither Wade nor Christian were there. Just a counter guy who yelled at me for where I parked my car named Vic. Took my name & number down on a post it note. I said Arent you going to write that up? Meaning a work order. Which every professional garage / shop / car dealer anywhere in America does to show my obligation to pay and their liability and responsibility to fix. The guy says Nobody ever asked me to do that. We work on way better cars than this. Then he proceeded to write up just an estimate made out to nobody with wrong specs. I walked out. Thought about it for 5 minutes then walked back in, got my key and left. For supposedly such a big shop they act shady. Never leave your expensive car overnight with a shop that will not sign for liability or agreement of work. Now after reading some of the negative comments on this board, Im glad I left. It was a waste of time. They could have screwed up the wheels or dented my car and laughed in my face. No recourse.

Had my wheel repaired by these guys I experienced two flat tires and came to find out the wheel was cracked again. Called in to resolved and was told that the repairs are only good for 1 year and without the invoice number they cannot help me. Two flat tires at $354 each and a hairline cracked rim later..........NOT A GOOD SERVICE!!!

Gave me hope but in the end the rim they fixed was leaking air. Never had that problem before. They told me I may have cracked it after but I know I didnt. They said they will fix it and once they did it looked like a polished chrome rim was somehow welded .. it still leaked air so I got it fixed by another company that did it perfect for cheaper.. The situation cost me almost 3 times what it would have cost because every time it wasnt done right I had to tow and road force balance

These guys are great! They went above and beyond what I expected and the results were flawless on my Mercedes CLS 63.

Wheel had TWO five inch cracks on the cusp of the outer wheel lip, right where the tire seals to the rim. They fixed it, you cant even tell that its been worked on. AMAZING job.

I went to them to get one of my wheels repaired and asked them to check other wheels as some of wheels are getting frequent cracks in recent days. They told me all 4 wheels need repair and charged me $400. Before I went there, I had wheels checked at NTB and they told me 2 wheels have cracks...but these guys told me 4. I had no choice of getting getting my car without repairs due to time constraint. After 2 weeks, one of the wheels they repaired got a crack again. They only warrant for the crack they fixed and not any new cracks. I had to go to them 3 times in a year or so for wheel crack fixes. I will go to other shop to get the cracked wheel fixed.

These guys were great. I brought them an out of round wheel with some curb crashed sides, and when i got it back, it was outstanding. better than new.

Bubbles on 3 of the wheelsThe wheels hub were painted with the clear coat, which made it near impossible to remove the wheels from the car. Also, the car was shaking because the wheels were not sitting properly due to the uneven surface caused by the clear coat on the hub area.They are focused on mass-production rather than quality. Theres no quality control at all.

Took rim here to be repaired, young kid who took off rim and put on spare tire didnt fasten lug nuts down all the way and luckily, I didnt get on highway before noticing it!! Definitely wouldve been a lawsuit had I wrecked or tire came off in traffic!!
