We got 4 New tires and scheduled an alignment for a few days later, they had no time that day and closed on Sunday. Got our truck after the alignment and we had a huge white mark on passenger door. We let them know and they said It was not from them, they don’t have a white building. There whole bay where the vehicle goes in is white!!Anyway we got home and noticed we had a new Left front tire and they never told us it was bad.Our truck pulls worse then before the new tires and alignment. Well, we are now driving to Alabama as I’m writing this and I’m kinda nervous cause the truck is shaking and pulling. We Will be back Monday and expect answers or New tires cause I’m starting to think they are All bad not just the Left front they replaced.

Hey man! Roys has been my go to local place for tires for well over 20 years. They have a good selection, some of the best, if not the best prices, on tires and they continue to offer free rotation and balance for the life of the tire(s). Always professional, prompt and friendly enough. I have recently started using them for oil changes and brake work and have been very satisfied with their work here as well.

Treats their customers great and they go the extra mile to help you out. Had a issue with my tire and ended up the rim was bent like crazy. They took a hammer to it and got me driving again in about 20 minutes.

Recently moved to Carrollton and finding a trustworthy mechanic is pretty important in my book. Originally went in for 2 new tires (Discount Tires literally sells discount tires, hence the name I suppose. They tried selling me tires literally every visit because they were “no longer road worthy.”) Roy’s tires were actually cheaper and I’d bet my life they’ll last longer than 9 months. Had them turn my front rotors too as my car shook as I pressed the brake pedal. Car handles better than it ever has and stops like it’s supposed to. All for the same price as that discount tire place. Was so happy I took my truck in the next week for new front struts. Same good experience. Truck handles better than the previous ten years I’ve had it. Thank you guys!

I just recently got my brakes done 08/10/2021 still got my receipt not even a month and for some reason they squeaking so come Monday Ill be there to see whats the problem

I stopped by Roys Tires before a road trip to Minnesota, where the weather would be below zero temperatures. They looked over my tires, inflated my spare tire, added more air to my tires for the cold, and helped me get windshield wiper fluid that would not freeze at negative temperatures. All of this and they wouldnt take a dime. My road trip was successful and I was grateful for the care they took with my car. I highly recommend Roys Tires!

Dropped my vehicle off to get an alignment, my vehicles passenger door was damaged and had white paint on it, I brought it to the attention of the lady at the counter and said it looks like someone hit the wall and she denied it and said they dont have white walls, excuse me the building is 90% white, needless to say but my vehicle is still out of alignment so I will take it to someone who knows what they are doing and never do business with Roys Tires ever again

Dropped work truck off told them what I needed done didnt even ask for a price. They got it done quickly and wasnt high $$ at all. I will use them for my personal and work vehicles now. I will not go anywhere else.

Spent alot more time and money then I wanted there but they got me fixed up as quick as they could and the women at the front desk even found some cheaper tie rods to save me some money good place with people who work hard to help others

Went in for an oil change and thought I would have a long wait. Walked up to the square to get carry-out from Sams House and walked back. By the time I returned, the car was already inside and nearly finished with the oil change and tire rotation. In and out in about an hour. One star taken away for condition of waiting room - its very hot and humid, and probably needs a good remodel to bring it out of the 1950s.

They had no idea that the newer cars use nitrogen in the tires instead of air. I went somewhere else that did know.

This place will nickel and dime you to death. They charge extra for every little thing. They even charged an extra $33 for using a credit card! Ridiculous. It’d be different if they did exceptional work but I always have issues with my car after going here.

DO NOT GO TO THEM. I went to get my tire replaced because it was flat. A whole week later, the new tire blew out on me on the interstate trying to head back home. I believe they had either given me my old tire back or a bad tire. At first they were not going to give me the refund but then I had to explain that I was literally by a BRIDGE when it blew out and anything couldve happen. By the grace of God I am good, but I would definitely not recommend this place.

I havent ever bought tires from them but their service is amazing. I had to have the cv joint replaced on the passenger side and they did both sides and an alignment for cheaper/same price as it was for just the passenger at other places. I would definitely recommend and this isnt the first time I have had a good experience from their service department.

I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the staff at Roys Tires, as I recently purchased a set of new tires for a truck thats been around a little while, its a 92 Ford Ranger. While in the process of putting tires on and getting ready for alignment as in the case of the older model truck the ignition switch wouldnt turn. They did all they could at the shop and they called to tell me about the situation and asked if I wanted to come get it or do I want them to get it fixed. I told them to go ahead and they did and quickly at that as if it was one of their own. They have been a big help more than once to my family and I and with that said they have my business. I have had these guys do oil changes on my truck about 5 times now, and two alignments over the years. The last time I got my oil changed here the guy that did it left my oil cap off, I was not called to be informed of the truck being done as I was told I would be, and they didn’t put the under body splash shield back on all the way. It drug on the asphalt all the way home causing damage to it. When I called to confront them about it they didn’t offer to replace it or anything. I paid them so I didn’t have to crawl under my truck, yet still had to. All I was told was what do you want me to do about it; that it sounds like nothing bad happened. I paid for a service that wasn’t completed properly and it caused damage to my vehicle. Don’t go here. They don’t care about your vehicle, your satisfaction, or the quality of the job they’re doing.

Very helpful & very knowledgeable. Although its a bit hot in the waiting area but it could just be because Im pregnant. But you could get worse & have no fan or AC at all or have to wait outside like some places make you do! Theyre very friendly & the prices are great. They dont charge you new tire prices for the tires.

Good prices-- lax attention from techs. They spilled my beverage (in the console) all over my belongings in the back of my car when evidently they just flipped the console up without a care in the world what was in it. What involvement my console has with an alignment is really beyond me. Making matters worse, nobody cleaned it or let me know. I found my soaked, ruined belongings in the back floorboard hours later.REALLY LAME, GUYS.

I went to Roys Discount tires this morning . I only had an hour to spare before I had to be at work. I expected to pay about $50 for my one tire that needed replacing, but to my surprise and excitement, it was only $25. I have never paid that little to have my tire removed and replaced. To top it all off, it was all done in less than 20 minutes!You will not be disappointed!

Went for a front end alignment and the mechanic let me know my tire rods were shot. They fixed them and aligned the car for a very reasonable price and very quick. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. Thanks Roys team.

They dont ask too many questions, they just get work done. Without my asking, they put my best two tires on the front of my front-wheel drive vehicle so that my overall wear would last longer between all four. Excellent service! Definitely recommended!

I was told 20 on the phone by one person but charged 25 by another. Dropped off a tire so I didnt have to wait but they were in no hurry when I got there or when I came back. Seemed like nice people.

They are professional and provide top quality service but most of all they are honest. If you dont need brakes, they dont tell you do and charge for something you dont need. I will recommend them to anyone who needs automotive service, especially women. Thank you Roys.

Prices are great. I bought 2 new tires and got an alignment done. In my case, only about $15 more per tire than Wal-Marts cheapest choice, and I did not get the cheapest tires at roys. The wait was reasonable and the staff was helpful on the phone and in person.

I bought new tires all 4. Paid like 550.00. And when i had put on was told tire sensor would be fixed even if they had to rebuild. That was not done and my light is still on saying i have low pressure. Took back and tech wiggled and got lite off got home it came back on. The following week took back and lite was still on the tech said one of them had low pressure lite went off for 1 day. At present i have a tire i have to fill up everytime i go somewhere lite still on now keep in mind this will be the 4th time i WILK BE RETURNING!!!!

Very slow tire place. I was told an hour and Ive been waiting now almost 2 hours and they havent started on it. A tire rotate and balance,should have went else where. Not customer friendly either.

I first used Roys Tires on my 1986 Honda Prelude in 2009, and since have also bought tires from them for my 1992 BMW 325i and a few months ago on my 1992 Toyota Celica. I need to replace the front tires of my 1985 BMW 635csi soon, and they will most certainly get my business. They are very friendly, sell a good product, and are very fast, I have been in and out in about half an hour or so every time I have seen them for tires or alignments. Good people, good price, good business. I recommend them for the Carrollton area.
