During my last oil change the gentleman helping me informed me of their groupon so I can save money! And then he gave me some great advice on what car I should buy next. 10/10 great place.

Ive been getting used tires at JC Jrs Tire Shop on Rosemeade near Marsh, and have been very satisfied. I thought I had a bad wheel bearing so I tried the mechanic/lube shop that is the main part of the building. I asked them to confirm the bearing was bad about four times. Turns out that I just had some plastic shields loose and dragging on the pavement. Which they told me after they replaced the bearing and I paid them. $250 wasted. I have the old bearing and it seems fine. First time Ive been ripped off by a mechanic.

Totally dishonest lie to me about repairs lie to me about the price then left my truck sitting out side all night with no power windows down do not go to this place! As you can see from the pictures me and a buddy of mine had to go in and replace my VTC solenoid because they lied about replacing them

Last week I had my car Towed to this specific Mechanic Shop and i would like to start with the way management handled my situation with nothing less than being professional. Moe the manager said that the car would need two days to be taken care off and within the two days the car was done and the problem i had was taken care off. I had my shift cable replaced and since the time the car left the shop i had no problems what so ever.With all honesty this is the shop i would recommend for everyone to go too. I would trust them with all mechanical work.

Had an unfortunate event with my car late on a Saturday night. Had it towed to Pro Quick Lube, called them Monday morning and by 2pm it was fixed and ready to go. If finding a reliable mechanic is like striking gold, The Pro Quick Lube is a gold mine. I have gone in twice for maintenance: the first time it was for two fairly simple things, so they only charged me the cost of the parts with no labor. The second time I brought it in for serious maintenance, they said unfortunately there were some special order parts that had to be sold in bundles (I have a 12 yr old car), and would add an extra $500 to the cost of maintenance. 26 hours later, they had worked up the entire car (new brakes, rusted suspension bolts/knuckles and engine filters, etc) and saved me that $500 by finding another parts dealer. The quality and the price were unbeatable for the service received, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This place is AWESOME!!! I have been going there for years. The employees are great and so is the service. I would recommend anyone if u need work done on your car this is the place to go. Great job guys!! You will forever have my business..

If you like to get a good deal from an honest business RUN from this place. Over $400 dollars to diagnose a front end mechanical issue on a car and held the car hostage until paid. Took it to another shop and got a free estimate and total repair will be less than their diagnostic fee. This place is the epitome of unscrupulous business practices.

By far the fastest and most efficient oil change Ive had. These guys are quick. Fast, friendly, and super courteous service. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be going there for future oil changes.

I had just moved here and was having car problems. We couldnt figure out what was wrong with it they were willing to work with my car and help us out turned out to be a fuel pump which is kind of expensive fix and they helped us out to be able to afford it and get my car back and running. I wouldnt go anywhere else except for to them they are the most knowledgeable and amazing mechanics Ive ever had the pleasure of being able to have work on my car and I trust them with my car and with any future car I have. I highly recommend going to them with any car problems you have.

My mom had some issues with spark plugs on her car, she had taken it to another dealership who tried to give her the run around and upcharge her. I drove down and called some places around town that had higher reviews. This place gave the best price estimate for the repairs that needed to be done and also had good google reviews. I called them, from the beginning it was great customer service with an upfront quote for repairs. I went in the next day, and even though it wasnt the person who I spoke to on the phone they had already been told about the car and what needed to be done. The repairs took less than four hours (I was expecting a day or two) and the price was as estimated. Incredibly happy, will go back with all repair needs.

Great Service! I thought I had a flat tire, so they took my car right back and it was just low. They aired it up and didnt charge me. They were very nice!

Was overcharged today for $24.99 basic oil change with coupon. Charged $34.83 less $5.00 cash, $29.83 total including tax. Total should have been $27.05 including tax. Fuzzy math calculations will cause me not to return for future service. Just hope my oil change was done correctly.

When my CV Axle came off my 2000 INFINITI while driving I had it towed to Pro Quick Lube Auto Repair Shop and that is when the transformation took place, I had the CV Axle, Control Arm, Strut and Spindle replaced as well as the Starter shortly after!!!! The level of professionalism is UNPARALLELED, I live in the area and that seems to be the consensus of the neighborhood at large. My car is now running better than ever and I wouldnt trust it in the hands of ANYONE ELSE !!!!

Ive gone to this place for years and some new guy must have taken over because when he cussed me out and got aggressive with me because I pointed out he ground my starter trying to engage it while the car was running. He also broke the compartment that holds my air filter because he replaced the screws with an impact driver into plastic. This man is dangerous and very rude. Not to mention his obvious lack of intelligence. Dont go here!!!!

My transmission went out on my 2007 Nissan Titan and the tow truck driver recommended this shop for the repair. It ended up needing a new or rebuilt transmission after the initial diagnosis. After some research I learned that the Titans had other contributing engineering issues causing this major failure. The shop recommended that I have them replace the transmission with a used rebuilt transmission salvaged from another Titan. I decided to have the existing transmission rebuilt with new parts rather than replaced with another potentially faulty transmission. These guys got me right in though and gave me a honest opinion and fair quote to get me back on the road. I would recommend them to others as they seem to be qualified and willing to help with your automotive problems.

They are the worst. Act as a good guys, but in the truth worst than anybody!!! They sent a mail about they put a lean of my car... that was a SCAM!!! We even went to the police station about it!!!! (The only thing we done, is took my car to them for an ESTIMATE!!!!)

So I went in here with seven different problems that I was having. In a day they fixed everything! The staff was friendly and seemed to really know what they are talking about. Rather than them trying to tell you some B.s. so you can pay extra, they were straight to the point. My car runs smoother than ever now! Def the place ill be going to from now on.

I would like to start with that the manager Moe has nothing but excellent customer service and his smile is simply warm and the mechanic If im not mistaken his name is Boston was also excellent with the work he did my car, it was quick and easy. SO i would like to thank management for the experience and i will definitly be back to this establishment and i would recommend it for everyone. If you anyone was around carrolton i would recommend this shop and ill also recommend ou guys ask for Moe the supervisor in charge hell help you guys with anything the car needs.

06/17/16, They stole my wifes ring and lied to my face about it.Then as i was pulling out the driveway, some miracle it appeared on the floor of the front office. My wife was wearing yoga pants no pockets. An a ring doesnt fall off your fingers that easy in a period of a whole (5 mins) we spent there. Just To get a quote on check engine light.First time my wife forgot to grab her ring from where she leaves it in the car driver side. This happens.Glad we checked before we left.As we left. We seen the lady go ask the 2 men in the back who knows what. An thats when the lady waved me down as i was driving off and told us they found it...It was stolen an returned. Not found on the ground office floor.Why should anyone have to go threw that process?I Was gonna call the police but they have returned it, but didnt confess to someone steeling it. They said it was found on the floor.An now it would have been just a report, I decided to just warn people about these crooks. One persons greed makes a company fall. What a shame.So beware of your personal belongings if you continue your buisness here. We were unfortunate to have a horrible experience.This is my first complain ive ever made an worst experience ive had to deal with. An i didnt even get services done here. So who knows howd that would have gone.So be warned of the integrity here.Should i have called the cops? Or was this post was enough?
