Kennys worked on my old Volvo and Hondas and always has done great work and given sensible, practical options for repairing older cars. He is honest and does good work, and that means the most where auto mechanics are concerned. If he cant fix it or there are a lot of potential pitfalls in trying to fix it he will let you know ahead of time. Ask whether it is actually worth fixing an older car, sometimes it is not, every car has a time when the junkyard needs to buy it. His shop stays busy but there is a reason for that. My in-laws love Kenny but he’s never helped me once. Took my highlander in to inquire about an oil change on a Monday to see if I could drop it off Wednesday or Thursday to ensure I could pick it up by the time my kids need to be picked up from school. Even with two or three days notice he refused to schedule me or ensure it could be done. I thought it was a pretty simple request but I suppose not.Fast forward to recently I decided to try again and took my Tundra up there as I can walk home. It needed an oil change and had been starting hard recently with the occasional plume of smoke. Worried it may be a head gasket I asked him to check it out with the availability to leave it for 2 or 3 days. Again he was extremely vague about timing and when he’d even be able to look at it. With little options I left it. 3 business days later I had to call him and he said he cranked it multiple times and it never acted up. I said ok I’ll come and pick it up. Once there I asked how much do I owe and he said nothing. I was a bit shocked as I wanted him to change the oil and actually look at my engine and diagnose it. He said oops I forgot about the oil change. Uh ok I said well I need it can you do it now. He smacks his lips and just says naw I got cars in front of you and we just can’t squeeze you in like that. I can change my oil on 30 minutes in my driveway and he can’t in his shop?! And how is anyone ahead of me when I’ve been waiting for three days. He messed up and refused to even attempt to make it right. I think he hates money. Terrible people skills and worse business practices.

February 2019. Kenny and crew replaced a timing belt on my 2000 tundra truck. Did excellent work and actually completed the task very quickly. They are honest, meticulous and work with you in a friendly manner. You can trust what Kenny says and ask questions without being judged. Reasonably priced compared to other repair shops, also.

Guys at Accurate Auto Service are honest and straight to the point. No work done on the car until it was looked at and everything was explained. I knew up front what Kenny was going to do, what it would cost, and what the worst-case scenario was. Prices were very reasonable and work completed in about 24 hours. I will be back.

Time and time again, I come here and get the greatest help with my cars. I have known them for about 10 years now, and every time that I cannot fix my car by myself, I turn to them, and every time they fix it in a reasonable time for a reasonable price, and they are always honest which I appreciate the most. They always explain you exactly what the problem is and what your fix options are. Kennys diagnostic skills are very impressive. Theres not really any waiting area, and there are no fancy things around you, but let me assure you, they do a great job fixing cars and thats all that matters to me

My 94 mustang was over heating. I paid 375 for him to fix the problem and he didnt fix at all. The car continued to over heat after I left the mechanic. The next day it broke down from over heating and I was stranded. I went over 2 weeks walking back and forth to work or riding a taxi. Kenny continued to ignore my calls and eventually told me to have it towed up there. At the time I couldnt because I was a broke college student with no help from my parents. I eventually had to scrap the car. He got a free 375 payment from me. I wish I could give 0 stars. He definitely is the type of mechanic to avoid if you are a single female. Run quickly

Kenny is one of the most knowledgable and honest car mechanic you can find anywhere. He does good work for a reasonable price, and you will know before he does it. If he cannot do the work, because of specialized tools or other things, he will tell you that you need to take the car elsewhere. I trust Kenny to work on all my cars, and I know the work will be done correctly.

Kenny has serviced several of our cars and repeatedly provides a quality fix for a reasonable price. He stands behind his work and weve had to have an alternator repair done again and it didnt cost us anything. He has fixed a problem that was misdiagnosed by a Honda dealership and it cost far less than if the dealership had done the work. We keep taking our cars to Kenny.
