This shop does great work, my car had a bunch of hail damage from the tornado that came through Dallas, but they took care of it asap. They put me in a rental, dealt with my insurance company on claim , and even fixed a chip and scratch on my windshield. The owner Matt was so helpful with this entire process, and not only did he refer me to his window tint guy after getting me an awesome quote, but had the guy come to the shop to install it while they had my car.

Matt took the time to explain in detail what was to be done to my car. Not only he dealt with Enterprise for rental, but also with insurance companies (yes, two) taking the headache off me. Matts was an excellent customer service. I have no doubt to take my vehicle there.

I have used Auto Hail HQ 2 times in the last 18 months for hail damage to my Ford F250. Pat & Matt the owners, took care of everything from the start to the finish. They are professionals in every sense from the communication to the quality of the work! I bring my truck all the way from Wolfe City just to use them. If you have hail damage these are the guys to call.

Took my Toyota Tundra as it received hail damage, Matt and Patt were great in the beggining of the process, about a month after they had my truck they kept promising day after day i would get my truck back and nothing. They also said they would cover my rental veichle and then wanted to say that my insurance didnt cover even though i had told them i had rental coverage they said not to worry ss they will cover that as well. I finally picked up my truck and it was dirty from from the headliner from their dirty hands bit didnt clean it up, i then took it else where to make sure the dents were repaired and truck still has damage , i have reported this to my insurance as the job was not done properly. I only post this so no one else goes through what i did.

Matt is so AMAZING!! I scratched my truck driving out of my garage, I stopped in without an appointment, and Matt helped me! He had one of his detail guys, buff my bumper and now it looks so much better. I am thankful for Matt because he took care of me & didn’t charge me anything. Awesome Customer Service from these guys. Funny story, Desmond came into my job shopping and I stroke up a conversation about his uniform shirt. I asked about windshields (mine had a crack), and he gave me his card and told me they could take care of me. His supervisor Matt called to give me more info and In less than a week, I was dropping my car off and picking up my rental which they also took care of. Desmond kept me updated on the process during the entire time. I got my vehicle back clear of hail damage, a new windshield with no crack (because I couldn’t see across it), and SUPER CLEAN on the inside. These guys detailed my vehicle at no extra charge. I cannot say enough about Matt and his team. I was super lucky to run into him when I was about to go looking to get repairs done on my BMW. Went on a search to find a shop for a full car detail. Found auto hail HQ. Ive own my car for 10 years and it has gotten dirty throughout that time. I mean pretty bad if my radio no had build up. But I talked to Pat and he set me up an appointment and it very affordable. Super awesome guy by the way. The day I drop my car off, he offered to drop me off at my job and then drop my vehicle off there too. He did say 10 minutes away is good but just the gesture of customer care is great that they have at Auto Hail HQ. Well my car looks pretty freaking brand new inside. For what my car looked like to being something I would get in when I am car shopping. 5 stars service and 5 star customer care. Great job guys

He arranged a rental car and even met me there as I dropped the car off. I just got my car back today. Some part of me still thought it was too good to be true. I was waiting for them to slap an invoice into my hands for $1000, but after a week with the rental that THEY paid for, I received the keys to my car that looked brand spanking new, with no money out of pocket, and a newfound sense of pride in my car. I really didn’t care much about getting the hail damage fixed on my car because I didn’t want to deal with the insurance company, an adjuster, then finding a body shop to fix it. Matt and Jamie are awesome!! Matt set up my appointment to fix my windshield and Jamie came and fixed it the next day while I was at work! The windshield is perfect, no road noise or anything. And it cost less than if I were to go through my insurance!
