Calvin at NTB, was my Angel .. He stayed late help me after I had been on the highway stranded for 3 hours. He was a blessing. I will forever use NTB tire for all of my car and maintenance needs. God please be a blessing to this young man and continue to bless him...

The employees are very nice and the service they provide is stellar. When you make an appointment and are given an estimated finish time there is no disappointment. I will definitely return and highly recommend

This is the best NTB location - been going here for years - always good service. They provide discounts where they can and go above and beyond for you. Turn around time is reasonable. You are in great hands with Steve Richburg very knowledgeable guy and Calvin Cox manages this store well. Great experience.

I stopped by NTB at Trinity Mills in Carrollton recently. I had a screw that was embedded in the tread of one of my tires. Ron was very helpful. He removed the screw and made sure it had not damaged the tire. No repairs were needed. I was quickly on my way. Thanks NTB!

I stopped in today to get my tire pressure checked and Calvin helped me right away. He suggested I get my back tire looked at and it needed up being replaced... now my car rides so much smoother! He saved me so much hassle

Went for wheel aliment, tire rotation and find out that battery needs replacement so Ron Fattah was very nice explaining in detail about the battery issue and got everything ready in time. Very Friendly service. We have been using NTB for last 20+ years.

The manager Steve was excellent. They really do good job, except this are not the right tires I asked to keep. I marked the tires.

I will never use this place. The guy told me they have a big machine to check the entire car and charge me 135 for diagnosis and what i got is a visual inspection paper. The tech doesnt check throughly so I got the same issue again after 2 weeks. The price is much more than other places. Also, they change double for the parts and I was told that I have to use their parts. The price I am comparing to is car dealerships part price. They dont even use manufacturer recommended parts but prices are double. I dont like this kind of places getting profits from the parts and labor charges.

Went for a state inspection, service rep told me I have a leak in my ac system (I dont, blows really cold) he continued to tell me how they will need to evacuate the freon, add new freon and then itll show where its leaking... but I thought he knew it was leaking...

Sensational customer service! Very patient and willing!

I took my car here to figure out why my check engine light was on and to get it fixed. It was fixed The next morning the light is back! They said I could bring it back so they could look at it, cool. The guy pretty much says all of the sudden new codes appear and that its going to coast what I just paid for it to get fixed. While my husband was trying to talk to the man, he kept talking over him like he was trying to rush us off the phone instead of trying to explain the details to us. They charge over $100 just to diagnose your car when auto zone can do it for free and tell you EVERYTHING thats wrong with it. Went to get my car back because not only are they highly overcharging, but the guy this morning was very disrespectful and needs to learn how to talk to a regular person.

Horrible customer service. They close at 7. I got there at 6:40. They told me they couldn’t help me, they could only put air in the tire, and that I could come back in the morning. They found a nail in my tire. How is that safe for myself or anyone on the road if I happen to have a blow out due to it? the guy helping clearly felt bad and wanted to help me, but his manager refused.

So I made an appointment because they said it would be 30 minutes for an oil change. Came in at 9 am and didnt see my car go to the back till 09:38... This company has no empathy for their customers time. And the fact that they attempt to get more money out of you even after consuming hours of your time just shows the arrogance they have. Poor customer service and I will not be returning.

Set an appointment, planned my day around this appointment…walked in just to be told they couldn’t get to me until just about after they closed…when I told the guy had an appointment and was only expecting to leave my truck for an hour for a tire rotation he shrugged his shoulder and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment for another day…I’ll never come to this NTB again …especially since I just dropped over $1k in tires for this service

I had a tire with a low pressure reading. I stopped by here and they got me taken care of (removed and patched a nail in the tire) and out the door in no time. Great place!

I got my phone 70 first aid kit stolen out of my car and they lost one of my lug nuts, didnt put it back on the car or bother telling me about it

Bad service in fact no service at all 👎🏼The rude lady,I came in contact with on Sunday.Gave me total attitude, I couldn’t believe it.I called Monday to express my concern concerning that visit. I was placed on hold to long,with no response.I called a few more times.I tried to reach out to the store manager Ben, he didn’t give me the time or day. I spoke to Calvin and we both agreed, Id return for a better experience. He was nice about it.. However when I returned, I once again was disappointed. I waited around a while not one person helped me. I finally just walked out and left. Place in dire need of better customer service.Unprofessional demeanor.

Steve was great..he explained the different oil changes they offer and was very detailed.Staff was very friendly. They got me in and out in no time. I will definitely be back. You have a repeat customer. Very pleased with the service and I didnt feel pressured.

Jacqueline went above & beyond for me in making sure that I got everything I needed taken care of during my stop at NTB. I had went in for new tires when i also learned that I needed brakes and rotors as well, she then assisted me to the shop to show me where everything was I that needed, She was really nice and very helpful, I will definitely be back in the future!!

Yes I enjoyed going here. I got a better price than the other big tire store in the area. That said they would beat NTB price. But Im not going store to store trying to get them to battle. I want the best price from the start. The manager was really nice and knowledgeable. Ive got to give them a high five.

Needed some air in my tire and they were very friendly and precise. I was in and out in 5 minutes and they checked all 4 of my tires, not just the one that showed to be low. Ill be back!

This place is a ripoff. Went to get my oil change for $21.99, just to squeeze more money out of and was told that they can’t do conventional oil and it needs synthetic. My past 3 oil change were done with regular.There was a female in front of me and I heard them tell her that her car takes more than 5 quarts of oil and each additional quart was $9.She was driving a 4 cylinder Subaru.Stay away with this franchise!

This is my go-to shop for the majority of my auto servicing needs. Austen & Wayne are the best! They work well with my schedule and when I leave, I dont feel as though I have been financially robbed. As a woman, that means a lot to me (you wouldnt believe what Ive gone through at other shops, but I digress). The men and women at this shop are all kind, respectful and most important - knowledgeable.

Didnt give an hour long sales pitch just to air my tires up . would actually patronize them in the future because of that simple fact..

Jake and Calvin definitely take care of you. Called to make a same day appointment to swap my tires into some new wheels. Got there and they ensured work started on time. Ran into issues with the new lug bolts I brought, made sure that I was aware of it. Took the extra time to find solutions for me to get home. Definitely great customer service and I will come back to this location for any additional wheel/tire needs.

Update: understaffed. Any service here will take over 2 hours.Came in Monday, Dec 28 looking to get an oil change and they said it would take an 1hr and 30mins so that it would be best to make an appointment for the following day. The employee stated that it would be a quick 30mins in and out if I made the appointment. Well here I am the following day, still waiting over an hour..

This is the place to go. Hailey and her staff did a great job on my work van. I used to work as a tire technician. This is the only place ill be going to get tires.

OMG!! I got here just to check brakes. Took it around 2 hours even i made appointment. But I understand this, maybe they were too busy or something. Made lots of scratches on wheels & bolts. What an experience!!!

I almost purchased tires at Costco, but Wayne Lennox made me a great deal on Michellin Pilot Sport 2 run flats with a warranty that convinced me to give NTB a try. Once the tires arrived a few days later, he got me in and out. The service tech was great not getting the rims dirty. The Carrollton shop is very squared away.

Its close and convenient, but prepared for heavy heavy upsell. They were unable to get the tires I requested and when I had them delivered via tire rack they tried to get me to send them back and buy from them. I tried to buy from them but they werent willing. Then they produced an estimate of $2200 for a tune-up and 4 shocks. Then offered to cut that price if I agreed today.... Hmm

Thank you for being open on New Years Day! They checked my tire pressure and aired up my tires without me having to get out of my car. Great service!

They said they couldnt patch my tire and was stranded so I was left no choice to buy a new tire but the manager did give me a full refund a couple of days later when I returned the tire because I too my old tire to a small mom and pop tire shop where they were more than happy to fix it.

You car will leave worse than it came in. If you go in for one of their “free alignments” you will leave the shop with suspension issues or some new issue that wasn’t giving your problems before. I tested this twice. I checked out my car with another mechanic before I took it in the second time and left with suspension issues and a new oil leak. Do not go here. They are scammy salesmen who jeopardize your vehicle so you can repair it with them.

Austen and Ron were very helpful from the beginning to the end of the transaction. We recently brought in our daughters car for uneven tire wear. After an inspection it was discovered that the struts were worn out and were causing the uneven tire wear. They stayed after hours to assist me with filing a claim for a warranty with the dealer. Of course more information was requested by the dealer and Austen re-submitted an invoice for me in order to satisfy the requirements for the warranty. Great service and positive attitude at all times during the transaction. Thank you Austen and Ron. We will be back.

The guys in service desk are great.They keep on informed me what was going on.My Lexus LS-460 all wheel drive, which has very special size of brake rotors, they got 3 different rotors non of them fit in my car.Manager went to pickup the right part.Even the estimate didnt include some part but they didnt ask me to pay.Manager Calvin he did best what he could do.Steve was very friendly.This store handles my 3 cars last 3 years.

Jake Lee and the NTB team took amazing care of me. They squeezed me in just before closing to repair a nail in my tire and the customer service was second to none. I will be a customer for life!

My experience was good.However, the service writers must get paid a commission. I overheard conversations with customers in the shop, and over the phone trying to upsale them for additional services, or repairs. I went in to purchase a battery, total cost $225. At the check out, I was given other recommended services and repairs, for an additional $1200. Of course, I declined. Im in sales also, so I know the drill. Beware of the upselling, if you are planning a purchase there.

Ron, guy at front desk was amazing!!!I bought some tires and He was HONEST and help me tp only pay for what I needed, he also knows some Spanish wich for me was a lot of help and he genuinely care to help me and explain everything.Im not expert so I feel happy i went there and help me and resolved everything. I am a regular customer, I have been trying to take my car there for oil change and I been told I need to make an appointment. Never all this time I have done an appointment and when I did an appointment they said you can not take an appointment after 5:30 pm. This is ridiculous . I work late and work on weekends. If you can not help me I can take my business some where else. And you don’t deserve not even one star.

They took forever just for a simple oil change and the guy at the desk really does a hard sell on extra services. I didnt appreciate that.

We ask and a check the air pressure in one of our tires. They said they were too busy to even check it.

Wayne was very helpful i had a couple small issues with my tires that i knew about and he was quick to help and knowledge on what tires were best for me. Also the tech Aaron found out why my tires were wearing funny. I learned that 150k miles on original shocks and struts really effects your tires. So i invested and now my tires will last and ride smooth no more mrrrrrrmrrrrrmrrrr going down the road.

Got in, got out in a fair amount of time. I call that a success.

This NTB gets 5 1/2 stars from me. I have been going into this location for a few years now, and Calvin the manager has really impressed me with his honesty and personal service. And he is very cost conscious too, and seems to really look out for the customers behalf. He always tries to work me in pretty quickly, but I dont usually mind waiting anyway, because they have the best and largest waiting area, with good coffee. Great location and friendly and professional atmosphere. Austin is obviously doing a good job of overseeing the operation. Steve and the other service writers have a good handle on knowledge of the front end and are very accomodating. I went in with a flat tire and they had it patched and me out of there in no time. But their technicians are really conscientious too and that will keep me coming back to them as a satisfied customer for a long time. They seem very perceptive to the problems at hand. While they working on my car recently for a heater hose elbow replacement and a new motor mount. Calvin said that a tech noticed loose bolts on my transmission while my car was up on the rack and tightened them without it being mentioned to him. That took care of a 2 or 3 year leaking trans and solved a real messy, aggravating problem for me. Just that one thing, attention to detail made a tremendous difference. I highly recommend these guys and I very rarely ever give a review about anything.

I went in to get a tire checked out that the Toyota dealership claimed had a nail and couldnt be salvaged and tried to sell me new tires. This didnt seem right to me so I came in to NTB to get it checked. NTB evaluated and told me it didnt even need to be patched. I appreciated the honesty and not trying to sell me unnecessary items. Will definitely be coming back for other service needs

The tire warranty is a scam. I bought 4 new tires on which I put 20k miles on. I got a nail on the outside of the tire. I went to get it replaced and was told since I put 20k miles I would get a $20 credit on a new tire. I Also got a brake job and an alignment. Spent almost $500 and they didn’t even check the other tires air pressure.

I set an appointment and they got me in early. The customer service was awesome (Ron was a big help). The actual service was the quickest I’ve had since moving to Texas, I was in and out in a little less than an hour. At the end they told me some issues they found with me vehicle, but rather than pressure and try and force the sale of things I need/can wait a little bit on, made me feel as a valued customer. I will definitely be going back as well as taking my wife’s vehicle there.

Every person I encountered was great! I had to get a last minute repair on my flat tire and they allowed me in to help! Ron especially was awesome, very cool guy he worked with me and was really thoughtful in the process..I am so happy I found NTB🙌🏾 Thumbs up guys!

Want to commend these guys on AWESOME customer service. I had a partial tire blow out just down the street from them. This was JUST after they had closed (approx 20 mins), and they STILL answered the phone. Wayne invited me to limp my truck in, and he would take care of me. I got there, and they WERE closed, but still had a technician there (Juan). Wayne AND Juan got me all fixed up in no time. Additionally, another customer came in while I was there, and they took care of this lady AS WELL, ALL after hours. Thx So Much Gang! Keep up the good work!

What more questions could you possibly have in regards to my review?My son was able to pull his car around in the fast-food parking lot and get his tire off without the key or wheel lock without even breaking it. You knew we were over there it was nearly a hundred degrees outside and you still turned a blind eye!Maybe this is the kind of kid you need to be hiring you think!?

I was the only customer in line and it still took them two and a half hours for an inspection and oil change which generally both together should’ve only taking about 45 mins. A very upset old man came in an hour after me because he popped his tire and since he kept rushing them and yelling for whatever reason they got him out way before time which isn’t right, I was there first and he isn’t anyone special.

Booked an appointment online for a wheel alignment. I arrived 15 minutes early and the staff took my car in early for the required service. The person at the front desk was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the reason for my appointment. The alignment was done well within the one hour I was told it will take. The cost of the service, including shop fees, was the same as what was shown during the online booking process. The person who closed the service and took payment was also friendly and was open to questions.I will be back at this specific location for my future vehicle maintenance needs. Better service and commitment here than at the dealership that I got my vehicle from.

Aaron Lopez and Wayne Lennox were awesome -- very professional, friendly and I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me something I didnt need.....just took care of the problem. I have been to a good number of auto repair places (for different things from tires, brakes, oil changes, etc) and so many times, if a man is not with you and/or they suspect you have limited knowledge of the type of repair you are looking for, they take advantage to oversell services/products you dont need......I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness of these two young men and will definitely return next time I need a service/product that you sell. I m adding to this review a week later as I had to go back because I got a nail in my tire (my neighbor backing into the alley had his fence replaced) and this time, I was helped by Ron and, like Aaron and Wayne, he too was awesome! So helpful and kind! I just had to add to this review to let everyone know the customer service at this NTB is the best!

We love this NTB! Its a great, trustworthy shop with friendly, efficient employees and reasonable prices. . They never try to talk us into more expensive work---if they can repair a tire they will, even though theyd make more money if we replaced it instead. Theyre really considerate and try to give realistic wait times and have great hours. Theyre even open on Sundays, which is fantastic for our schedule.

Years of fantastic service, honest work, good people at the store consistently. Have always done great quality repairs. Highly recommended.

I went in last Saturday 4/21 to get all new tires and a state inspection. Austen is the gentleman I worked with and he was great. He explained everything to me in great detail and didnt try and up sell me like most places would. I will defiantly be a returning customer.

I only went to get air in my tires because they were getting really low. I wasnt sure if the were going to charge me so I went in and asked and found they do it for free. They were very quick and helpful. Im considering using them for my next SUV oil change.

They fixed the tire and did a good job. The only issue is the time. The gentleman at the counter said it would be quick likely 15 minutes. It took just under an hour and there was only me and one other person there with 4 or 5 employees. There was a point where I saw my vehicle just sitting with no activity for well over 15 minutes. Not the best experience.

Took my Explorer to check out a flat tire. They found no leak and they did not charge me anything. Great customer service! I suspect it was a prankster that let out the air in the tire. I guess I will find out if I was right!

We went in to pass my tire. Randy is the mechanic, told me that it will take 1 hour. From 3:30pm to 4:30pm for $20 to patch one hole. When we came back to the shop, he show me another invoice with $200 something with my hood and the engine. I told him that i did not authorities any work done on the engine. Just on the tire. The tire got nothing to do with the inside engine. If you could not repair the tire. You should have call me. When you get my information before and i will call triple AAA to tow my car to get it fix. Then Randy say it is the courtesy for them to check on the engine on every cars that come in at National Tire Battery (NTB). I told him that you did not ask me and again i did not authorities. You only ask me for my contact information, and we told him that there is a video camera inside the store. He said No and he ask me to lower my voice. Because he does not want other customers to hear our conversation. Then he said i only have to pay $22.90 to fix the patch instead of $221.This is a scam!!! They are a crooked. Stay away from this business. I want to report this to the BBB and to let everybody know.

I go to this location by my job because its convenient mostly. But after the 1st two visits & having previously visited another location in Frisco, Texas on Preston Rd where the manager was so rude & disrespectful to his employees, I now know I would come here each & ever time even if I wasnt working in the area. Austen, the Mgr, is so amazing & personable. And his staff, Aaron, & Jake, are just as quality as he is. I havent had much intetaction with the mechanics but I can imagine they are a true representation & reflect of Austen as well. This location makes the NTB brand shine each & every time.

Had 4 tires mounted, balanced and installed on my car. I had asked to be able to select the best of the old tires to put in the trunk as a spare. This was not done, the tech picked what he thought was the best one and went ahead. When I got home, I found the tire pressures varied between 37.5 and 44 psi. (They should be 30 psi, according to the decal.) The maximum allowable pressure shown on the tires is 44 psi, I regard this as a potential safety issue. I checked the lug nut tightness and they had been adequately torqued. The spare was only inflated to 27.5 psi, not really enough. I was not impressed with this experience. From reading other reviews about these folks, my expectations were not very high and they were not exceeded. Buyer beware. I certainly would not trust them on anything mechanical -- go elsewhere. Manager, please dont post another of your rubber stamp responses to this.

Very quick service. Friendly staff. Prices were pretty fair for that industry. I was in a hurry and had no appointment. My tires were installed and car ready to go actually in a shorter time than I had expected or needed. I was actually very surprised. I will be returning for other services.
