Awesome Experience! I have bought a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of salesmen over the years and this was definitely an enthusiasts experience. They do sell other cars but Porsche is by far their passion and expertise and it shows! I looked for several months at the auction sites for a car that ticked all of the boxes and they had the perfect Porsche for me! The car I purchased was beautiful and in immaculate condition- exactly as described. The price was very fair for a model that presented so well and specd as it was. They had all of the paperwork prepped and ready so it took less than 30 minutes for a quick test drive followed by a few signatures. It was very easy and I love our new car! They are so picky as to what they offer up for sale that I would definitely trust any model they represent. Would definitely do business with them in the future and recommend them to anyone!

I bought a 911 from RAC recently, and before I picked it up, Michael called me to tell me that Solomon had checked it out from one end to the other, and told him, There was no way that car was leaving without a new battery, and 2 new tires. They got all of that done in record time, and also threw in a tint for me. They stayed late the night before to make it happen. The delivery was like no other. The car exceeded my expectations tremendously. The drive home was 100 miles, and probably one of the best days of my life. If you want a car you dont have worry about, This is the place. The transaction was as painless as it gets, and Ive personally worked at several Car Dealerships in my lifetime. This is how a good dealership is supposed be run. Something very hard to find anywhere. They are a Class Act from front to rear. Do not hesitate to give them your business.

This review is long overdue as Ive been too busy enjoying my first Porsche over the last few weeks! I purchased a 981 Cayman GTS from RAC and could not be happier. Tristan and the other folks at RAC were amazing throughout the buying process.Sadly, Im located in Austin so I couldnt take a tour of their facilities, or even see the car for myself before putting down the deposit. Tristan provided multiple photos of the car and went over every detail which gave me complete confidence in purchasing the car sight-unseen.Oh, and the car was shipped the very next morning and arrived to my house before noon in flawless condition. Came in here to simply check out the cars and take some pictures. The management was extremely welcoming and allowed me to walk around the facility without any trouble. Even though I wasn’t in the market for a car or upgrades, RAC still allowed me to look around the facility at no cost. I had a great experience working with Tristan and the team at RAC Performance purchasing my 2013 Carrera S. Getting a value for my trade was straightforward and within my expectation. I drove my car from New Orleans to Dallas and met with Tristan when the shop opened. They had the car ready to inspect and it was everything I expected. After a test drive and some paper work I was driving my Carrera S home! RAC even covered the cost of a new battery when the one in the car failed the day after I got home.

I would be very careful when dealing with this group, at least if you are selling a car to them. You may or may not get an accurate story.I was led to believe, after being contacted for a car I had for sale on the Porsche Club of America website, that an investor of this organization wanted to buy my car.Will spare the details, but this investor paid no sales tax and haggled over immaterial things on a pre purchase inspection while being rude to the service provider. Furthermore, he led me to believe this car was for personal (his own) use which I have documented from a text I received.Not 3 weeks later the car was listed as sale pending on their website and eventually sold after being listed for about 9k more than what they paid me. Totally misrepresented from what I was previously told.Later I spotted another car on an auction website they won which also ended up on their website and sold.Nothing illegal or even wrong with this but I had hoped an enthusiast was buying mine as I am supportive of the Porsche community, however, this could not have been further from the truth.Lying and operating in this manner wont go far in most businesses and it certainly wont be something to which I will subscribe ever again.Be wary of any dealings as this is absolutely shameful.UPDATE 6-3-2021 in response to business - that is absolutely incorrect and with several other persons feeling the same way I do I am not alone. Buying cars out from under people when in your shop for inspections is another ploy I have seen which is well documented on Rennlist.You should be utterly ashamed of yourselves for handling business in this manner with a hidden agenda. I could understand keeping the car perhaps 6-9 months but 3 weeks and you think I would believe that?What type of serious collector does that? Also, I dont believe a serious collector would elect to have a pristine car transported 300 miles on an open carrier as it was when picked up. Thats ridiculous. You are confusing the term collector with flipper which is exactly what this was without question.Reputation means a great deal to me and you lost what might have been a customer for something else in the future. This was just pitiful.FINAL UPDATEIll standby what I have stated and what I have read.The investor/collector/flipper was rude to a service provider and benefited by not paying sales tax which is not available to 99% of buyers while lying to me about intentions.In the end, it is just another piece of metal. Sad.

The 911 C4S coupe we bought was exactly like what was presented online. We live out of state, so we asked Michael to hold it for a day or so and he did, which was nice. The car was showroom ready to go and Michael was kind enough to show us every single switch and explain everything we needed to give us a confidence in the veracity of the description. Test drive was great. The buying process was short and the papers were ready. Kudos to all the staff at RAC that make the buying process streamlined and without hiccups. Called one Friday asking for an estimate trade-in for my 2010 Carrera S. Tristan asked me to send photos and basic information of the car. I requested the Macan, because of my knees not doing well with my Manual transmission car.. I loved my Carrera S which I bought from RAC Performance 3-4 years ago. That Saturday, got estimate appraisal for my car and we continue talking via cell and email. The deal was perfect for me. Went back Monday afternoon and took me around 45 minutes to sign and with my almost new Macan. I will tell you 997 model is KNIFE and FORK compare to this Macan ( High-Tech). Good service and good products. Maybe my next is a Taycan (nah I dont think so!) Thank you guys and I promise to refer you more customers. By the way, Hans and Angel are the best as well.

Having recently dealt with RAC (Tristan mostly) I can say that they are an extremely professional organization. I would have been purchasing a car remotely and they answered my (many) questions as well as provided me with an array of photos and video clips to allow me to make the most well informed decision possible without actually seeing the car in person. Even though I did not move ahead with the purchase, mostly because the timing wasnt right for me, I would have no hesitation about doing business with them in the future.

RAC recently installed a Graham Rahal exhaust on my Porsche GT3. The appointment made and work was completed on time and the car sounds great! Also checked tires and brake pads while I was there and noted limited tread on the fronts. Quoted very competitive price for replacements. Very professional staff at RAC. Due to a poor PPI at an out of state dealership, I ended up buying a bit of a basket case 996. RAC went above and beyond to help me nurse her back to health. Hans does an incredible job responding to questions and his passion for Porsche really shines through when working with him. RAC will always be my go to shop for my 996 and when I get ready to add a 997 sibling, at the very least, they will be doing the PPI if I can’t find the one I want in their plentiful inventory. Fantastic to work with and trustworthy, buy with confidence.

Bought a 987 Boxter S from Tristan and company from RAC. Im new to Dallas and didnt know RAC very well. In just a short few weeks, theyd already demonstrated their commitment to my satisfaction by offering to look over my car to determine why my an oil indicator light came on. They offered to replace the part at $0 charge to me. That didnt solve the problem so they continued to diagnose the issue and realized that it was the aftermarket stereo I installed from a shop they referred me to. Solomon called me and told me hed directly discuss with the stereo shop and would keep me abreast of the situation. It took Solomons engineers 15 hours to get to the issue - time they could have spent on another paying customer. I was so happy that I offered to pay Solomon something for his teams labor - he refused to accept. You dont know whos got your back until you give them a chance. Im glad I met these guys and look forward to enjoying my Porsche until I dont. Then, Ill come back to RAC to rinse and repeat!

Great communications from Michael and Solomon. Car arrived as promised. First time buying a car sight unseen, but they made it easy. The car did arrive with a low battery which might have been a problem with the shipper, but Solomon helped me through the problem and clear the fault codes. You learn a lot more about a business when something goes wrong than when everything goes right. That was the case with RAC. They we very responsive and I never felt that I was on my own. I would highly recommend them.

On Wednesday (08/26/2020) around 5.45PM my friend and I visited RAC Performance to look at a car. We walked in both wearing masks whilst none of the staff there were wearing their masks, after speaking to one of the sales reps (who was not wearing a mask) he pointed us to the back where the car was, we came across an older man who was washing a car and was not wearing a mask, who we found out is the owner of RAC Hans, who got very distraught and started scolding us for our masks not covering our nose properly, long story short he kicked us out of his dealership because we questioned the reason for his anger regarding our masks when his staff and himself did not have their masks on at all.Most horrible experience of our lives and it would have been a little bit more understanding if we didnt have our masks on but that wasnt the case.Surely they will respond to this stating its untrue and that Hans was not there for the incident (as they did on Yelp). Apparently Steve and I have schizophrenia and imagined the whole incident.Its car dealers like this that give the industry a bad rap. They should not be allowed to be in business when they dont understand customer service and I urge anyone reading this review not to do any business with them.

Hans and the team at the service shop are top notch. They initially helped me with a pre-purchase inspection of a Porsche 911. They knew the car in-and-out and provided me with confidence to purchase the car from out state. The service they provided was excellent, so much so that I elected to have them do some work on the car (all identified during PPI) before shipping the car to Colorado. Hans was always open, transparent, and honest in our interactions. I rarely say this about a service shop, but it was true pleasure doing business with them. But this review is in reference to the maintenance side. These guys are staffed with knowledgeable and experienced Porsche mechanics that I give an unconditional 5 stars to! Professional guys that do equal to or better than the traditional Porche dealers. Efficient, quality work that won’t break your bank. Plus they are performance experts too! In fact I am having Hans and his team put some Fabspeed headers as I write this review. Previously I had them replace my center muffler with the fabspeed X-pipe and ISP Plenum.I couldn’t be happy be happiier.

I bought a 2008 Cayman S with 47,000 miles. This 1 owner beauty is an entry level Porsche but I love it. I waited a few months to write this review but would not and have not hesitated to recommend these guys numerous times to friends and colleagues. Why did I fly out from Virginia to purchase? See above and I knew with the inventory that they have and move that they would stand solidly behind their product. Bottom Line - purchase with confidence. How much is that worth to you?

I have been trusting Hans Hoffman and RAC with my 95 Porsche 993 911 for the better part of a decade. Whether it be simple adjustments and fluid changes to work that requires a complete engine removal, theyve been honest and completed all required work both on time and on budget. I can honestly say my Porsche 911 runs like it is brand new and theyve had a big part in its current mechanical condition.

I bought a Porsche 911 C4S a few weeks back at RAC. I had a good chat with Michael and Tristan from Florida and decided to buy the car sight unseen. Tristan was extremely helpful in describing the technical details and merits of this particular model. I had been looking for this version of C4S for a while too. I also got a touch-screen Apple play stereo system professionally installed at RAC. I flew into Dallas and went straight to RAC to pick up my car. The entire experience was painless and handled very professionally by Tristan Bergan. I was concerned about purchasing a car without driving it. But after visiting RAC and chatting with Tristan I will have no hesitation to buy another Porsche 911 from them, perhaps a 997.2 Turbo down the line. The cars at RAC are priced fairly. They only keep a few interesting cars in the best condition for sale. Anyone looking to buy a performance sports car should look at RAC. Out of town buyers need not hesitate buying it without seeing the car. You can definitely trust the input from RAC guys. They are knowledgeable, give honest advice and do now pressure you in the least.I picked my car and drive it back to Florida with no problems. The car has met all my expectations. I was searching for a 911 that was loaded up, pre-owned but had very very low miles, they had one that fit the bill and it worked out great. Go see Tristan! Wealth of knowledge, very personable, and will take care of your needs making you feel comfortable throughout the process. Only gripe is RAC seems to have a very small sales staff. Best to give notice that you are coming. At points it was difficult to remain in communication as it would stop. It is easy to see why this shop is so busy and Tristan definitely did his best. He just happened to be swamped during my buying experience. Would recommend to any Porsche enthusiast as thats their specialty.

I have been taking my 911 there since I bought it seven or eight years ago. They have done the big repairs and charged me appropriately but several times they found I needed a fuse and another time a tail light bulb. They said not to worry about the money, they would get it another time. Couldnt be happier. Theyve got my long-time loyalty as a result.

Their customer service is excellent and the inventory is on par or better than what a franchise dealership would cpo. These guys have extensive knowledge of their vehicles. I wouldnt trust buying a German car anywhere else.

I would recommend not taking older cars to them. I was referred by over 4 people to these guys and they could not service my car. In addition to the inability to service car I overpaid for the work they had done. The secondary shop advised they had fully advanced timing and had not done what I was billed for
