Bought a jeep from another dealership with the master tech warranty… in the warranty it says you can take it to any dealer to get repairs done. These knuckleheads kept my car for 2 weeks diagnosing it which they said the engine is blown… well i could have told them that… but the couldn’t tell me why then wanted me to pay 7000 for a new engine that should have been covered by master tech so i towed it to my original dealer and guess what it is covered!! They also tried to charge me 120 for their diagnosis that didnt even tell me what happened to the engine. Mean while i am paying 35 dollars a day to rent a car from them…. Scott Evan’s Nissan who gave me a dirty car someones dirty covid mask was in there along with her hairnet and rental agreement…, good scam yall got going there no wonder you are poorly rated.

This review is specifically for John in the Service department. Back in February of this year I was visiting from Macon Georgia and needed emergency service on my car. He immediately jumped to action and treated me with the utmost respect. It took two days for him to get me straightened out and he set my mind at ease. He treated me like a preferred customer and I appreciate it. I was so impressed with him that I had to finally give this reviews after many attempts!!!
