So I know this man very well and he is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. I took my wifes Honda Pilot to him about a month ago, very serious suspension issues, feels like the front wheels are falling off when you hit the brakes took it to honda and they diagnosed it with badd struts and ball joints and recommended immediate repair for the safety of the driver and passengers. When I took it to Bobby he claimed nothing was wrong with it and he could not feel a thing knowing that that was a lie. But what he did do was change the oil so he could make a few bucks but since he was busy decided to let my wife drive off in a unsafe vehicle and risk catastrophic failure on the highway just because he was busy in did not want to take on the repair because of its magnitude. Im sorry I just have a problem when a certified mechanic will tell me that theres nothing wrong with the vehicle when my grandmother could tell something wasnt right. I will never bring anything to this man again A-day in my life and I will make sure at least twice A-day I tell somebody about my story because I see now the lack of integrity or regard...BE CAREFUL...if he cant tell something is wrong with a vehicle that makes loud clink noises everytime you turn or apply brakes just imagine what henwill miss with your car or truck. NOT WORTH the lives of your family.
