Jason worked on my car for an oil change and he was amazing. Explained everything that was wrong with my car, explaining the issues that would affect safety first, and recommended I fixed those safety issues first before doing anything else. But he never pushed me to fix anything and only made recommendations for my discretion. He was very assuring and not intimidating at all which was especially great since I am a woman and usually auto shops aren’t a great experience for us.

I Parked. Two cars pulled out. Waited. Followed the directions that said “Stop and wait for attendant” waited some more. Another car pulled up and they were attended immediately.My car needed an oil change and I wanted to get it checked out for overheating. This was the closest spot I could drive it safely to. Not a single member acknowledged nor came to my car.First impressions are everything and this was absolutely the worst thing you can do to a potential client. I have other cars and really was excited to have a place so close to home to bring them to for upkeep.Needless to say, not coming back.

On the worst day for it, a Sunday, I heard the worst noise - a brand new rattle under my car. I called Kwik Kar to see if they would have time to take a look to get me started on whatever journey I was about to be on - Jason answered and assured me they could get me in to look around.When I arrived they were busy, but there were a few bays open, so I was able to be pulled in right away. Brion, my mechanic, immediately saw the problem (part of my heat shield was making a break for it), and Jason and Brion both made sure to show me the issue, talk me through what the part did, how removing it would impact future performance, and got my consent for the repair.Absolutely stellar service, not just because it was fast and easy, but because very few auto places have ever taken the time to actually help me understand my cars overall care and condition. Jason and Brion - you guys are rockstars!

This was a pretty fast experience. I went here for a state inspection. I was greeted immediately after I stepped out of my car. Everybody was nice and friendly and professional. They seem to be worried that they were going slower than they should be. But from my perspective it seemed like they were still going pretty damn fast.

The whole team at Kwik Kar Marsh do a great job every time! I had my car brought in for some hefty repairs and Austin knocked it out of the park with stellar customer service. Extremely transparent through the whole process. My Jeep is over 15 years old as well, so preventative maintenance is the name of the game. I was made aware of minor issues without extreme pressure to spend the money immediately. Since the major repairs, Ive returned for A/C service, oil changes and even a pre road trip check before a 1,000 mile trip (My car did great the whole time). This is where I take my cars.

I have an old camper van that I use to work in Yellowstone every summer. Ryan and Clarence keep it in good shape so I feel safe making a 1300 mile trip every spring and fall.

Took my car in for the first time for a check engine light. They fixed that plus other repairs I needed all for a reasonable price. The staff is also nice, and will try to work things out if there is an issue. Ill definitely be coming back again in the future

They discovered a major problem with my car and suggested I call my insurance to file a claim. They even took pictures and a video and emailed them to me so I could submit them. I am very grateful because I didnt think about doing any of that.

They have dedicated, long term staff with Austin and Clarence as standout managers who personify customer service that other places claim but not deliver. They have customers from Oklahoma who bring their antique show cars all the way down to them to reciprocate customer loyalty. Any work from oil changes to chassis + engine work and in between, their rates and service quality will have you coming back with referrals.

Friendly, prompt service. Went for state inspection for registration and the mechanics were very polite and made the process quick and painless. The prices were really good too.

Quick service. A little on the expensive side for oils changes. Not 100% thorough.I was in for an oil change and state inspection. Service was quick enough. My only complaints are the standard kinda half-bs-half-not other things they try to charge a bunch of money for that I turn down.One of the things they wanted to do was charge me 50 bucks to replace the air filter near my glove box. they took the filter out to show me it didnt look that bad at all so I told them no thank you. however when I got my car back I found out that my glove box no longer closed correctly so I had to have them go out and fix that.

Edit: They made right by me. Just be sure to check your service details when things get busy, mistakes happen. What matters is how we address them. Thanks and be safe.

The reviews are true! I came in for a state inspection and thought I needed my truck aligned. They did a free alignment check and then explained thoroughly how it wasnt necessary for an alignment... If you want great service, honesty and fair prices this is your place. Oh and its clean! Even the bathrooms!

Very quickly got the mandatory state inspection completed on my vehicle. The technician was professional, polite and respectful. To be frank he was well polished at his communication skills as well. I would trust this shop to work on my car again. I had a great experience doing business with them even though it was a required by law sort of situation.

This place reminds of you good old American value and work ethics. James went above and beyond helping me out with oil change issue that I was having. I do my own oil change and could not get oil filter housing loosened. I took it to them, James not only showed me what filter wrench to use but he changed my oil filter for me as well. I tried to pay for his help but it was just taken care off by James by a simple hand shake. I would have to highly recommend this place to all of my friends. This is my go-to place for any kind of service or minor repairs. They are always friendly and fast. I was able to get my air filter and cabin air filter changed for 1/3 the price the dealer wanted to charge for the exact same parts. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I’ve gotten my car repaired by them a few times, and each time has been a positive experience. The first time I had work done, they didn’t have a part that was needed. They sent someone to get the part from another location and finished working on my vehicle all in the same day. Five stars isn’t enough.

When my sister brought to the shop to pickup my car, she needed assistance with her vehicle as well. It was not something they do at this shop, but they advised her where she could get it fixed and checked to see if that location was still open.

Two stars for the location and comfy waiting area with WiFi.Pricing is a lot higher than alternatives in the area. The quoted price for one-time 4 wheel alignment is $50 higher than what I paid for a lifetime 4 wheel alignment at a local competitor the next day without any negotiation. I would not trust them with their pricing and suggest customers to ask around.Update: The previous version had reference to a groupon which is a mix up on my part. However, I did visit this location thinking that this is where I scheduled a appointment and was quoted a price higher than alternatives.

I called the shop at around 9:30am, explain whats going on and tell them Ive done some troubleshooting and think *blank* needs to be replaced. I ask, would you have time today to fix it?, they say, were not busy right now, and were first come first serve, so bring it on over.I arrive at the shop at around 10:40am, there are plenty of bays open and what seems to be plenty of mechanics free. I then get signed in and they proceed to pull my car around. I can see them working on the car for about 20 minutes and then the shop gets busy.. I sat in the lobby for well over 2 hours checking about 5-6 times to see if anyone is working on my car.. nothing almost the whole time. I didnt get any update telling me why I was made to wait so long until close to my second hour when I stood at the desk until someone asked what I needed. Then Im told itll be another 45 minutes.This last part is not really something that can be helped as I assume its some shop procedure, but Ill add it anyways.. There was this $109 diagnostic fee slapped onto the bill, which feels unfair really given the fact that I was able to Google and diagnose the issue myself in less than 15 min (which was stated in my phone call prior to going in). I get it, you have to be certain, but the cool thing would have been to say, yeah, I actually think the customer is right on this (which I was), so lets check that first real quick before we charge him a $109 diagnostic fee. Again, I know I dont know the ins and outs of the mechanic world, but it really feels like this could have been handled with more consideration and communication.I gave 3 stars because the staff was friendly enough, and the facility was really nice and clean.

Initial Review: They are polite but they will 100% overcharge you. They will do whatever they want with your car without consulting you and then charge you for all of it. I repeatedly called to ask for a quote and they would just avoid it until I actually went to pick up the car. They are polite, very nice people. But do not trust their prices and do your research.Edit: The above still happened but the owner Ryan was very kind and responsible when he reached out to me. He talked to his staff and reached out to me to apologize for not receiving a quote/report on what would be done on the vehicle before working on it. He also provided me with a refund. This was my second time there and I was swearing I would never go back but like I stated above their staff is very polite and seems like they care. Still not sure why what happened had to happen at all but I am willing to give them another try. Thanks Ryan for taking the time to look into this. Its quite exhausting when repair shops try to take advantage of someone that does not have an extensive knowledge on car repairs. Hopefully I may be able to trust yall moving forward.

This was once my go-to place for everything my Jeep needed. I have an older vehicle and so I spent a lot of money there over several months. I loved it - everyone was helpful, friendly, and did excellent work. I was in good hands and trusted everything that was done. I went so far as to recommend them to everyone.Forward a few months later and all I need is a repair to a back tail light and hazard light.I didn’t recognize anyone when I went in to ask about an estimate and the guy behind the counter was completely dismissive. I was told to return (they have become a place that seems to push a $109 diagnostic for everything) for that and an estimate. I did and again they didn’t know that I’d just had a conversation a few days earlier. The kid had to find someone else because he didn’t to understand what I needed. That happened more than once. The diagnostic was pushed again but I thought I had an estimate for the hazard light at home. I was told it would be difficult to find it in the computer but they would try. When I called the next morning once again they didn’t know who I was. I was dismissed once again.I can’t say what happened to this location, but it’s nothing like it once was.

Nice newer store. I went for an inspection on Thursday afternoon and they were very busy and it would have been an hour to an hour and a half wait. Employee was very pleasant and recommended that I come back the next day before lunchtime as they are busy from then on. Came back Friday morning and they got me in and out. No attempt to sell me stuff I didnt need. I have had issues with that at the Farmers Branch location. Would recommend this one!

This is my first day off for the first time in three weeks. I got chores done early and started looking for a place to get my state inspection done.I called ahead and was told they closed at 3:00 PM on Sunday. I hightailed it down there and of course my GPS took me the long way.I arrived at 2:36pm I was sure the gentleman helping me was going to be upset but he was so nice. He never said a word. Just went about helping me.I am impressed. I really appreciated his professionalism and the staff for their help today. I will be back.

This place is a joke, had 10.00 off coupon, ooil change would be 65.00 after coupon. Had it done at a competitors for 48.00 after 10.00 off coupon took about 20 minutes. Kiwik Kar was telling me 1 1/2 hour wait time, then service time. I wont be a customer.

Every single worker I encountered was friendly. There was no one standing around, everyone was working as a team cleaning or doing something productive. Got an oil change on a Monday at about 3:40pm - took about 30 minutes, really enjoyed the waiting room (coffee, wi-fi, and kids area). I was really wowed by the customer service, so respectful, polite and pleasant. They also made recommendations for additional work without pressuring. Cost me about $45 for conventional oil. Recommended!

Stopped in to get an oil change for my SUV. Surprisingly for a Saturday afternoon there was no wait and they got me in and out fairly quickly. This is a newer store and is still nice and clean unlike some Oil change stores. The staff were friendly and professional. Overall the job was well done and the 7.00 coupon off the synthetic oil change helped a little.

Edit: they called me with a reasonable response to my grievance with the part (buckle). Decided I would not be going back for diagnosis/repair of something that I *specifically* took the car in for and could have been taken care of the first time.--I wanted a suspension noise looked into, but the focus was on everything but that. On site when I dropped off the car, I also wanted broken belt buckle fixed...assuming the part wasnt much more than I had accounted for with the manufacturer; at this point I wanted it done but asked to get pricing. The no was after I got the costs by phone because it was more. My co-worker even heard my answers on that. I could understand Alex being mistaken because he was talking to me in person before I left, but not the guy who told me the costs by phone. I got two pricing calls. It was a no to both calls and I asked for regular service with synthetic oil, tire rotation, and a filter as basically a consolation.When I went to get the car, the $400 buckle was replaced (and I was immediately shocked so Alex knocked off 50 bucks *on a part I knew the manufacturer price of*) and the oil type wasnt full synthetic. I was ticked, but got in and drove a block away, but was greeted with the same popping and squeaking I was initially worried about. The noise wasnt even glanced at until I had a tech get in the car with me and I had gotten visibly upset. They had happily quoted me for motor mount replacements, though!

Use these guys for all my cars. Theyve done everything from normal oil changes to a few major repairs for me on a few different cars over the last few years. Have had nothing but good experiences every time. Theyve always been friendly and knowledgeable and much more reasonable on price then any other shop by far!

I stopped here for an alignment. The staff was awesome. They dont do alignments on sundays or mondays. So, rather than just turn me away, they stopped what they were doing and found another unaffiliated shop and had them take me immediately. They put my needs before theres. The only thing that could have made my experience better would involve hand stuff with no kissing. Ill definently be returning to give them my business.

Over an hour for oil change after I asked if they can do it while I wait.

Went for an oil change not to long ago which I never do. Ive had Ramon and his staff do extensive work on 3 of my 4 vehicles. When I drive up the gentleman was rude and I told him I was in the system. They said I was not but didnt even care to look. Then they said I had major oil leaks through out my truck. I was shown two of them. He pointed to my steering pump hose and he said thats a major one and right where my filter is on the side of my truck which you can clearly see that the oil was really old from past oil changes. He wanted to change my head gaskets out and use a different type of out cause he said it was thicker and wouldnt leak but it would cost me more. I asked if Ramon or the manager was there and they said they did a change is personal. Spoke with a supervisor and he said that I had major oil leaks. Plus they never checked my fluids or anything else besides change the oil. Thought I finally found a good place in this town but I guess not

I was pretty frustrated with my experience. I brought my car in for an oil change and state inspection. 5 minutes later I received a call that they needed to do some work on my brakes, otherwise the inspection would fail. The total quote came out to almost $500. Reluctantly I agreed because I really need to get my car registered this month and I dont have time to shop around. 20 minutes after this they called and said my car wouldnt start and the battery needed to be replaced...which is insane to me because my car has worked perfectly fine up until this point and the battery is fairly new. I felt uneasy and after getting some feedback from friends I called back and asked them not to do any more work - luckily I caught them after the inspection and oil change and they hadnt started the brake work yet. When I arrived I asked them why the inspection had passed if my brake pads needed to be replaced and the brake fluid was too low, and the gentleman behind the counter said he didnt know why I was told that. I also asked about my car failing to start, and he said that it was suddenly running fine...later on I had a friend check my brake pads and he said that they werent worn down much at all, especially not 15% which I was originally told. He also checked my brake fluid (which they told me was extremely low) and it was a perfectly fine level. I really wanted to like this place, but it felt like I was being ripped off.

First time visiting this location I was very impressed. One of the first things I notice was the store is very well kept cleaned, shop is clean and organized and the parking is always clean. Customer service is great. Everyone is so friendly helps me out with anything and everything I need. Everyone is always smiling :)
