Finding this company was a miracle. After months of dealing with insurance companies to get my auto repaired I was introduced to this company. The owner, Josh and his team really took care of my car and made it brand new again! They kept in touch with updates regarding my vehicle and were always quick to respond to any questions. Josh even went out of his way to make sure I had my vehicle before the holidays and I cant thank them enough!

Horrible service, if i could give them a zero star i would. They did a horrible job on my car. When i picked up my car after amount 4 weeks. My engine light was on in my car, didnt even bother to tell me until i got in my car and noticed it. The paint job they did was so dark and noticeable. When i told her about it, she said that how it going to look. i did not accept that. So they painted it again taking another 3 weeks. This time the paint matched but my car had a textured look on it. It was ugly and they would not fix it, said thats how its suppose to look.They also left wax all over my car and in the cracks. Asked her about it and told me all i needed to do was wash my car. They had my car for over 3 weeks and could not wash my car to wash off the wax they put on my car. Plus they didnt even fix my rims either, saying it wasnt on the estimate, which it was. so i had to come back again to pick it up. After all that 6 month later the paint started to peel off. i contacted them in august of last year to get it fixed. She told me they would call me to schedule an appointment to fix it. it has been 10 month and nothing. i called several time through those 10 months to talk to the manager or boss to see what was taking so long to schedule me. But every time, she would tell me he will call me back. Still nothing!! They ruined my car. Dont waste your time even if they promise to cover your deductible.

I do NOT recommend this place at all! We decided to use this company after we got a card on our windshield stating they pay your insurance deductible for hail damage. We picked up the car and right after we got it home we looked closely at the car and noticed there was at least one hail dent they missed and a small dent with paint chipped on the door. We immediately took a picture of it and send it to Royal. The girl said that was not there when she looked at it. But we drove straight from the business to home, there was no other explanation. It was literally 30 min after we picked up the car. They did not offer to fix it. We waited until Monday to speak with the manager or owner. He told my husband to just go and buy some paint and fix it ourselves! They charged my insurance company over $5,000 and they will not stand by their work! I was also looking over the quote they sent to my insurance company and it said they replaced our hood for $1,000, but we did not get a new hood! I will never use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone.

I had a fender bender and while every other local autobody shop tried to rip me off, I was given a very reasonable price for the fix at Royal Autobody Repair. Not only that, since I was a local he drove my car back to my home which saved me a lyft ride to pick up my car. I sideswiped another vehicle while visiting my sister in Dallas, causing damage to the passenger side of my SUV. I chose Royal Auto Body because of its great reviews and its close proximity to my sister’s house. Katrina was absolutely amazing. She handled the insurance claim details, arranged a rental car with Enterprise nearby, and the repairs were done timely and well. There were scratches on my vehicle caused by a hit and run on the drivers side which they tried to buff out but were unable to so I had to submit another insurance claim for those repairs. I was concerned that the repairs could be done in time for my return to Mississippi but Katrina again came to my rescue in extending my car rental, handling the new claim and keeping me apprised of the developments. The vehicle had to be repainted and it looks brand new. I highly recommend Royal Auto Body.

The team at Royal Auto Body Repair are awesome! They were honest and up front about time frames to get the car repaired, and actually overdelivered and got the car done faster than expected. They did a beautiful job on the repair and an excellent detail on my vehicle. The car looked brand new! Had a great experience. Met JB at a gas station who saw my hail damage. Went in the next day and walked me through everything. Contacted my insurance, they drove me to the rental car service and also waited to make sure everything went through. They finished pretty fast. Katrina the secretary also did a great job of communication. Got my car back looking a lot better. The day I picked my car up I met josh and he described what they did to my car. My trunk was broken and they also fixed it as well. Now only did my hail damage get fixed but they also fixed my trunk. I’d definitely recommend and I will be going there from now on. I came to the Royal Autobody Repair to fix my hail damage on my Hyundai Sonata. I was told by the autobody shop manager the process should take around 2 to 3 weeks. My overall experience was very good, the manager stayed in contact with me, to tell me the progress each week. The dental repair actually took 5 to 6 weeks but they had to replace a lot of parts. I had over $12,000 worth of hail damage on my vehicle, there were literally dents all over my vehicle. When I finally got my car back, it was like having a brand new car, all the dents from the hail storm were removed, the wait was definitely worth it. I would give the Royal Autobody Repair a 5 star rating if not for the extended wait time. I highly recommend Royal Autobody Repair if you have hail damage. I would rate my experience as 4.5 stars, if it was possible.

I am in shock on how reliable and outstanding Josh and Katrina are. I got into a accident with scratches on my back passenger right door, it looked horrific when I brought it into the shop. I also had a hole punctured onto my back bumper. I have State Farm insurance and all I did was told them I want Royal Auto Body Shop to work on my car. Best choice Ive made with my first and hopefully last accident Ill ever get into. But, I know now where to take my car to or refer them to anyone who is looking to get work done on their vehicle. My mom actually referred me to this place. They literally handle everything for you. You cant believe how shocked I really was when they buffed out my scratches, fixed my side door and my bumper. It doesnt even look like I got into a accident! I felt like I got a brand new car all over again. Im extremely happy on their work, they take dedication and time. Joshua and crew did a great job, very professional..As of today i have found several issues with my vehicle.1. the seat belt on the left side was not screw back in so when i pulled it out the buckle in my grandson it looks just hanging in bumping up against the door2. the work that was done on the bumper on the back door was not great it was adequate at best but not great and now the bumper is coming loose on thevdrivers side.. so this is why i am changing from 5 to 2 stars because thats just unacceptable..the work was not done correctly or finished3. Now i have to find a place to fix these issues

Excellent service for all Autobody Repair needed. A few years ago my new car was almost totaled from hail damage. Their repair gave my new car back to me as new again! They stand by their work. I had one spot on my roof that started peeling almost a year after repairs. They went the extra mile and re-painted my entire roof, costing me nothing. You cant say that about any other repair shop!

This review is way past due, but better late then never! Royal Auto Body is a fantastic company! My Dodge Dart was wrecked, and I was approached by Josh in a parking lot, and he told me that I could get great work done without paying my deductible. I thought it was too good to be true, but after speaking with the owner, he assured me that there was no gimmick. The only small issue I had was with all of the body work done to my vehicle, one headlight was not plugged in. I took my vehicle back, and they fixed it immediately. Customer service was great anytime I called to check the status of my vehicle as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing great bodywork, but without worrying about a deductible!

Brought my car to Royal Auto Body after McKinney got destoryed by hail a couple months ago. Josh told me it was one of the most beat up cars he had ever seen that didnt actually get totaled out. It took them a week longer to fix the car than what my insurance covered, but Josh loaned me his personal vehicle. The work at the end looked great and I was so excited to be driving my beautiful car again. I had to come back in a couple weeks after the repairs were done after I discovered a problem with the hood, and Josh was able to take care of it quickly. Oh and I paid nothing out of pocket - they covered my deductible.
