This used to be my go to spot but they changed ownership and the prices went up so sadly will not be using them anymore. $122 for a synthetic oil change is way to much. Like the people there, purely a price thing.

Took my car here because my AC was blowing hot air. A problem I’m sure most of us have dealt with. The manager Steve ran a diagnostic and told me I needed a new AC compressor and a new AC hose. I call around other shops because the AC compressor he put on my diagnostic report was $462. And if I’m gonna pay that much to repair my car I’m gonna of course check other sources. Come to find out I did not need a new AC compressor AT ALL I just needed my hose repaired. I just feel like they were trying to get extra money out of me I don’t know if it’s because I came in by myself or what. But I went to Midway Auto Repair, they not only fixed my car with what was only needed nothing extra, they also gave me a free car wash. I was told by other shops this kwikkar was a scam After I read them the diagnostics report I was given. Then when I went to confront them about it they were both giving horrible explanations on why it was on the report. The associate at the front said they didn’t have the “tools“ to test the AC correctly?? Anyways go somewhere else.

This place has been taking great care of me for years. Different managers, different cars, no matter. Must be in the water...Respect for my meager funds- they tell me what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and give me some idea of cost.Theyve kept my 2007 jalopy, (200K mi, held together by duct tape and decals) running way longer than believeable. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Fastest oil change in town, too!

This is not my first time using Kwik Kar, but my first time at this location. Service was quick...in and out in no time. The workers there were cool and professional and made sure I was taken care of on my oil change and state inspection. Will definitely go back when I need to have my vehicle serviced.

Good morning,On March 25th my car was towed to this location by AAA due to running hot at approximately 9 pm. The next morning I went to Kwik Kar to give Steve the key. At that time he stated he would look at the car and determine the issue. Steve contacted me and stated that the radiator had a hole in it and it will be.412.15 which included an oil change. Which is suspect because I was at the location 2 weeks ago and they installed a reservoir on my vehicle. I went to the location paid through easypayfinance when I got in my vehicle the vehicle will not reverse which was never an issue. I spoke with Steve and he advised that Oh my guys had to push the car back to put it in the shop area to look at it. 1st when he called stating that the radiator has a hole This was never mentioned, that would have been the first thing i would have done. Secondly, it was never mentioned when I was in their office only when I was leaving. Steve and the staff did not try to assist in this matter

They went above and beyond fixing multiple issues with my car. We had gotten stranded after a trip to the grocery store with frozen and refrigerated items. I called Steve, who not only drove up to meet us at the grocery store, but also got the car drivable, followed us back to the shop, and procured us a safe ride home. He walked us through the issues and explained everything. Highly recommend, very trustworthy!

I was told I needed an oil drain plug, which I waited a week before my part came in. Just to find out the part was two sizes too big. Not aware that they forced it on. Eighty dollars, my time, and my energy were wasted. I would never come back to this place again.

Steve the manager was very professional and worked with my insurance company to help get repairs from an accident done, and get insurance to reimburse me. He patiently coordinated with insurance to make sure I got reimbursed and the work was done at a fair price same-day. An honest place that does great work!

They so not take digital copy of insurance for inspection. So i went somewher else.

I went to this place this morning thinking there was going to be something major wrong with my vehicle and that I would have to spend out a lot of money and these guys put my mind to rest. They looked at it quickly and quoted me reasonable prices. They had me in and out in under 15 minutes. Great staff here!!!

I went to get a car inspection and everything passed, no issues while there. It was very quick and I was in/out. Everybody was nice.However, I went straight home after the inspection and did not leave again until the next day. When trying to turn my car on, it did not turn on at all. The car was completely dead. I know for a fact I did not touch any lights or turn anything on after I got the car back, considering it was 11-12 during the day!!I do not know what exactly happened, given I am not a car specialist, but the battery is only a year old and have never had issues before. I find it as pretty concerning that right after getting it inspected for the first time here it all of a sudden is dead.

Steve and his team are miracle workers. My vehicle had been in another shop for 4 months and my past mechanic could not figure out a way to fix the electrical issues my engine was having. After leaving my Explorer with Steve and his team for only a day my vehicle was fixed and has been running better than ever since. I cannot thank this establishment enough!

Not knowing much about my own car I tend to out my trust in people who are certified to know what theyre talking about. Whenever my car had an issue they fixed it and I didnt have that problem again. Theyre also really good about informing me how to take better care of my car for the future. Cars have issues and thats a part of life. These guys have always taken care of me since I moved here and I dont go anywhere else.

The manager is totally unprofessional. They are losing customers because of his bad customer service. The assistant manager on the other hand is very professional. This was my first time and last. I will not return to the business. If you don’t want to be treated as a customer this is the place to go, but is you do, don’t go to this place. You will not be treated as such.

Went to get my inspection here for the first time, since I was in the area. I’ve never had a problem with my car passing. It didn’t pass, and they charge you for it. They try to find anything not to pass your vehicle . Went to a different place the next day, passed with no problems!! Don’t go here if you want your vehicle to pass.

I have been coming here for about 2 years and they have consistently been helpful to me along with my family. Mr. Ramirez and his staff members Eddie and Seth, specifically, have been fantastic at communicating diagnostics and explaining what is going on with my vehicles each time I visit them. Here, they do not try and up-sell you on nonsense that is not needed, but instead they inform you of the type of maintenance that is approaching and to keep an eye on certain parts. This location is outstanding and Ive not had a negative experience since my first visit. Please give this shop a shot and you wont be disappointed.

THIS SHOP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY DO NOT GO HERE!!!We came to this repair shop to get an oil change initially. One of the workers (an older curly head man) stayed that on top of the oil change we need a new air filter. We said okay after our first experience coming here and dealing with Seth Brock was a positive experience. Fast forward to after our service is done and $110 dollars is spent. We leave the shop and a few moments later our check engine light comes on. Our check engine light was NOT on prior to our visit.So we came back to let them know and to reset what they needed to do to see why all of a sudden our check engine light came on. Seth Brock said that it had nothing to do with them and or the oil change they did on the car. He didn’t even bother to check it or it raise any concern, but he did manage to say it’ll be another $50 to get a diagnostic done! Like What?! We wouldn’t need a diagnostic if the job was done correctly in the first place because our check engine light was NOT on prior to our visit!!!Do not come here to get your car serviced they do not care & would rather see you drive off with babies in the car with a check engine light on that THEY caused.(Side note my car is only a couple years old and maintenanced well.)

Ive been using this place for years. My last visit whoever worked on my car made the mistake of putting power steering fluid where the brake fluid is supposed to be. I had to replace the master cylinder because of that which cost me over $500. Of course they didnt want to assist or take responsibility for the careless mistake that was made. I spoke to the manager Steve. I couldve been in a horrible car accident because of this and hopefully it doesnt happen to anyone else. I will no longer be using their services.

Steve the manager exceeded my expectations very hands on with helping customers. The complete Auto service care and team was exceptional and reassuring. I also had my breaks done at this location on my Lexus hardly no wait Time! Very professional environment and fast service. Kudos to this location need more like it!

Great service, friendly staff, and competitive repair prices. I have been coming here for general maintenance and always had quality services, even when my job has me here closer to closing where other shops turned me away. Today my car needed an extensive 5 hour repair, and I chose to wait it out. Every customer that came through this door all morning, new or returning, has left happily smiling, and if thats not a clear testament to this places quality, I dont know what is. Highly recommend them.

Came to get my car inspected before driving to Indiana - waited until last minute so I was having trouble finding someone who could fit me into their schedule. Pulled into Kwik Kar and they were immediately able to start the inspection (even with 3 people currently in lobby) and they were fast with it. I even had them do an oil change for me. Entire process was 15-20 minutes, which I spent in their lobby watching the weather channel. Prices are very reasonable - I think I paid around $40-$50 for the inspection AND the oil change!

By far, the VERY BEST customer service I have ever had!!! One of my tires was leaking. I originally went to a National Tire and Battery location. I waited over 2 hours, they never even looked at my vehicle, and were absolutely horrible. I pulled into this Kwik Kar, was greeted immediately and they provided the best service. In the future, I won’t go anywhere else. Cannot recommend this location enough!

Eddie was great I had to change an ignition coil and spark plug. Didn’t try to up sell me anything, came back to fix a minor issue the next day. He said I’ll take care no extra charge I was in and out in 10-15 minutes

I have had my oil changed multiple times at this location with different vehicles and have always had a good experience. They are knowledgeable and courteous. They make Recommendations but don’t try to over sell or talk you into other services. I usually get in and out in a timely manner and fast.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with my head lights and the inspector wouldnt pass my truck because the headlights are a smokey tint and the bed of the truck was full of tools. Never had any problem with getting an inspection until this place. Went somewhere else 10 minutes later and passed. 2 BIG thumbs down for them.

They ficked up my oil change so bad, yes it was quick but 70% leaked out into my driveway. Took it back dude said it was spilled oil on the skid plate. But I told him.he was wrong due to the fact that the car was 3 q down, it only takes 4.2. Finally got them to pit the correct oil in. Wasted time a lot of wasted time for something so easy.

I was recommended to this place by someone who worked for company. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! I only wanted an oil change and I had to make 3 trips back after they continuously put the wrong plug on it. Not only did I have to take time from work but they had to keep my car overnight. After getting my car back I asked the manager Steve for some type of compensation and he declined. This was my first and last time going to Kwik Kar!!!!!

My husband and I were headed home in our work truck and the brakes started grinding. We just had them taken care of in Grapevine two weeks ago and didn’t understand why they were grinding so soon. I recently moved to Texas and have had problem after problem with my uhaul causing damage to my car, including electrical. Eddy at Kwik Kar Lube & Tune has been phenomenal ,His Customer service was great and quick. He was able to explain to me that the uhaul hitch wiring was installed poorly and even noted it on my estimate. I would recommend his services to anyone!!!

Kwik kar took care of my state inspection. I waited just a short time. There was a 7.00 coupon at the website which made it only 18.00. I would recommend for inspections.

I am 65 years old lady always trying to find a trust worthy car shop so I dont get ripped off , and I was recommended by my 70 year old best friend who said they treat the elderly with respect and honesty. and WOW!! Checked my a/c for a leak, said there was no leak and took my over a hundred dollars and sent me down the road, very next day no freon! My usual mechanic found 2 leaks within 5 minutes of looking at it that same day! They got me once, not again I assure you!

Came in with a braking system issue. The staff quickly diagnosed and came up with the parts to repair. They were very accommodating and even asked me to come out to the shop to see the issue. Highly Recommend
