As a minority business owner I have always looked for an alternative to the big business feel of the BMW dealerships, theyre a bit impersonal. I cannot say enough positive things about Ultimate Bimmer Service.  Brent was beyond amazing.  He was upfront and transparent on costs before doing work.  The prices they charge are significantly lower than Classic BMW or any other BMW dealership; who majorly gouge the rich people or unaware owners (me being the latter).  Also after the repairs were complete, Brent showed me all parts they removed from my car and specific points of failure.  Also given the services I needed (tied to oil and coolant leaks), they made underneath the hood of my car look like the day I bought the car...see the pictures, amazing!The only possible suggestion I would have would be for this shop to have a handful of loaner cars on hand that can be lent out to those with a car in for major service (i.e. >$1k).  Despite no loaner cars, I was able to have family pick me up / drop me off; which wasnt too bad because their turnaround was really quick.The only negative thing I can say is that I did not know about them 7 years ago when I purchased my BMW.  That is on me....not them.  5 STARS!!

Big thanks to Brent for getting my M3 back on the road. I started the repairs/rejuvenation process four years ago, but finally needed Ultimate Bimmer Services to step in and get the car finished. Worked with Brent- completely blown away by the level of service. Brent walked me through the entire process of what needs to be repaired and why. He repaired the car in just ONE DAY, when others would take weeks. When I picked up the car, Brent went over the old parts he replaced and why. I will be bringing back my BMW here every time for future service. You cannot beat this place. 100% recommend!

I visited this place in March to have my oil change. When I got my car back, I was was told there were no other issues at the time.The day after getting my car back, it started to smoke -significantly. I went back to this place and was told the problem was not theirs, even though prior to having my oil changed, I did not have any sign of this problem, nor was I told there was any trouble when I picked up my car.I was now being told that the problem had to do with my Turbocharger and would cost $4,380 to repair. Side note: This was right when the coronavirus started to badly spread and jobs were being impacted. I was devastated.Fast forward, my car is due for an Inspection next month, July. I decided to take it to BMW, prepared to let them handle whatever needed to be fix.To my surprise BMW said my car was in great health and my Turbocharger is actually fine. They said the Turbo feed is the trouble and cost a few hundred dollars to repair but with labor it would be $1408... I happily paid! HUGE DIFFERENCE... see attached receipt and diagnosis. from both places.People please be careful, when taking your precious BMW somewhere other than BMW, no matter how great of a deal it sounds. Before you conclude that BMW will charge more, GO TO THEM AND FIND OUT.... its worth the $160 Consult Fee - that will be waived, should you advise them to do the work.

From all the mechanics/shop I’ve experienced, this is by far the best one. Brent has fixed any issue I’ve had with my F34 that another mechanic couldn’t fix! He is very detailed in his work. You get to see your old part. Explained to why it has malfunctioned and by going the extra mile, as a customer you receive a detailed write up on every step and pre caution he took to tackle any problems on my car via invoice.I’ve been going here for 2 years now, this review is long over due. Also, the warranty they give with their work shows that they stand with their craft.

Brent and Ryan have taken care of my 2010 335i since the BMW factory warranty ran out in 2013. Most recently, they installed some performance parts including an intercooler and exhaust system. As usual, the price was fair and quality of work was top notch.Ultimate Bimmer Service handles a wide range of services from fairly priced oil changes, to complex BMW issues, and even performance parts installation. They are my one stop shop for all my BMW service needs and haven’t failed me once in 7 years.I appreciate the work and fairness this shop has showed me over the years. Great job again guys!Update: UBS took care of the last 2 of the 3 major oil leaks on the 335i. The valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket. Brent personally did the valve cover gasket and a couple weeks later, I brought it back to knock out the oil pan gasket. Both jobs were done to BMW spec, as usual, and I now have no more leaking or burning oil smell! Best of all, I verified both repairs were done at about 50% of the stealership cost while still using genuine BMW parts and procedures. Dont let some discount shop tell you to just replace the valve cover gasket. The valve cover is plastic, gets warped and WILL leak again if you neglect to replace it along with the gasket. Ive seen places try to save cost by skipping this step which is critical to a good repair. Im happy my BMW has the correct repairs done and UBS cares enough to do jobs right for a fair price. Great BMW service garage. Though I was just bringing my BMW i3 in for basic scheduled service and am a first-time customer, was very impressed with the place. I like the fact, that when you book your appointment, you are not talking to a service adviser, you are talking to one of the BMW factory-trained master mechanics who run the place (and who are elbow-deep in working on the cars in for service themselves). Nothing to be lost in translation between adviser and service bay. Nice, very comfortable waiting area with big-screen TV, coffee, and water. Also appreciate their prompt attention to any potential customer issues, in all couldnt ask for anything more in a top-quality BMW service garage.

Omg! I call because I couldn’t identify what tire size I needed for my BMW, the gentlemen that answer the phone was nice and told me how to locate it on the sticker within my car door.I had to come and write a review just from that information alone...I contacted the BMW dealership and they couldn’t tell me anything other than I will need to look on the tires that were already on the vehicle, which was a problem because I had already removed the tires and discarded them. I became frustrated and reach out to Ultimate Bimmer Service and they were so helpful.Thanks 🙏🏽I live in Mesquite, but if I was closer I would definitely get my car service here. They serviced my 335i while I had it. This is a great shop with fair prices. They never pressured me to have anything done that I didn’t want. When I had repairs done they always kept the old (broken) parts to show me afterwards. They would also take pictures during the repair if needed. I recommend this shop to any BMW owner who’s car is out of warranty.

Its been awhile since I have written a review for this awesome business. I have been going to Ultimate for almost 4 years. I have 2008 528i and every time I take my car in I receive the best service ever. Brent and Ryan are masters at their craft and always give me the most objective and honest diagnosis for my car. They even tell you when you dont need to worry about repairs because they will be well off into the future. Anyone else would have sold me parts and service that my car didnt need just to make a buck, but these guys are the real deal. I took my car in today because I had a rattling noise from underneath the car, turned out to be some bolts or a hinge involved with the exhaust system that was loose. They pulled my car in fixed it and I was out of there in no time! They know how to treat their loyal customers and that is truly the jewel of their service. You wont regret taking your BMW there!

I have gotten several repair jobs done at this facility. Ryan is great. They have given my 2009 BMW coupe added years of life, which was important to me because it is finally paid off and I do not want another car loan. As things continue to come up, I have had very positive experiences with this facility and will continue to give them business due to their expertise, skill, and affordability. Have being using Ultimate Bimmer Service as my primary shop since I acquire my 528i. Brent and Ryan are very knowledgeable and professionals certified mechanics. I feel comfortable when they take care of my BMW. They’re straight in their recommendations which allow me to search and decide when to perform the job, if I feel really is needed. The only drawback for me, is waiting a week or two for service which mean the shop is always full and/or NOT performing heavy job Saturdays.

I have been using Ultimate Bimmer Service since 2012 for oil changes, brake and rotor replacements. Recently I had to take my car in for oil leaks under the hood. Got an honest diagnosis and reasonable prices for both parts and service. They didnt even charge for the diagnosis which can easily take up to two hours. If you like and care about your car (like most of us do) and need an honest automobile service shop take it to this place. Either Ryan or Brent will take good care of your car.

We are extremely pleased with the level of service and integrity of Ryan and Brent. They are absolute experts, and are honest and straightforward with their assessments and their advice. Came here for the first time for some low coolant and service light. Brent did an estimate of the cost and found a coolant leak issue. Usually I feel like mechanics are trying to pull one over on me but Brent was no BS, his estimates for what was required was accurate and the car was finished the same day. He also test drove the car to make sure it was handling correctly and informed me of some potential issues that have been annoying me with the car that every other mechanic Ive been to has ignored so I like the attention to detail Brent and the team at Ultimate Bimmer Service showed. The place is a further drive for me than my previous mechanic but its worth it for the level of service I received.

Great experience since the dealership. Outside of the dealership, Ultimate Bimmer have been the only other place to service my car. Brent and Ryan are the best! I had driven to Dallas from Atlanta for my daughters softball tournament. Driving to the batting cages for a team workout, my radiator light came on. Such a helpless feeling to have car trouble so far away from home.I checked google maps and Ultimate Bimmer Service had a high rating and was right around the corner. I gave them a call and at first they said to bring it in in the morning and they would take a look at it. After explaining my situation, they said if I could get it in quickly (it was already after 2) they would take a look and see what they could do. I hustled the car over, they were able to check it out right away, diagnose the problem, just in time to order the parts before the last delivery of the day. Got my car back and was on the road by 5:30 that day.Being from out of town, I was totally at their mercy. They could have put me off till the next day, or charged me for unnecessary repairs or any of the other horror stories you hear about auto mechanics. But they worked me in quickly, showed me exactly what the problem was and the cost ended up being reasonable for the work they did and actually less than I had anticipated.Being from Atlanta, I dont know if Ill ever be back in Dallas, so Im likely not a repeat customer. But hopefully someone reads this review and goes to Ultimate Bimmer Service. I was very pleased and I know you will be too.

Within the last year we had a major engine repair. Recently we had a coolant leak where the pipe from the valley pan to the water pump failed. Ryan took responsibility for the repair as it was part of the major repair and fixed it at no charge! That to us shows a commitment to excellence, thanks guys!

Extremely pleased with their knowledge level on BMW repairs. I had my car seen by three other highly rated service shops on Google/Yelp and Classic BMW (for an electrical flaky bulb replacement tissue). They all quoted a price of $650 to $1300 to resolve the issue. All quoted different items to be replaced. I took my car in to Ultimate Bimmer Service and they diagnosed the problem to a faulty light bracket. They actually diagnosed the problem over the phone, but confirmed when i took it in to their shop. Cost of repair ~$230.00. These guys are down right honest good people with very competitive pricing. Dont waste your money taking your car to the dealership or any other shop. The reviews here speak for themselves.

Ultimate Bimmer Service was recommended to me by a co-worker. After reading their reviews and wth my friends endorsement, I scheduled my first appointment this week (10/22). I am extremely happy that I made this step. These guys, Ryan & Brent, are completely customer focused. I had fairly big ticket repairs made on my vehicle and was charged half the price that the dealer quoted. Every step of the repair, including an inspection of the discarded parts, was communicated and described in detail. They also pointed some other things out but assured me that I didnt need to get them repaired right away. I would highly recommend a visit here if your BMW needs service!

These guys are amazing! they will shoot you straight every time! they diagnose the problem and are very knowledgeable with BMWs and theyre going to give you the right solution for a very reasonable price. I have used them on 4 different occasions over the last year or so. They dont waste your money fixing things trying to find the problem, they tend to always know what the most probable solution is but they always paint the full picture for you so you know what the risk is.

Id have to say, Ryan and Brent are awesome! I’ve been going to them for at least 3 years now ever since my 3 series ran out of factory warranty, my wife also drive an xi and I’ve taken her car to these gentleman quite a few times now. I actually picked up her car yesterday(for a broken window regulator) and dropped off my 3 series! The thing that impresses me the most about Ultimate Bimmer Service (Brent and Ryan) in particular is their attention to detail. I don’t even feel like I need to tell them to make sure there are no other issues/warnings etc…because in the past 3 years between my two cars, I’ve had these guys took care of us more than half a dozen times and every time the results were great and I totally trust their judgment. I’d strongly recommend these guys!!

Ryan and Brent are awesome to work with. After moving from Utah and leaving my Bimmer mechanic of 10 years there, it was tough finding someone I trusted here in Dallas. I have a Dinan modified 1998 328i, and after trying a couple shops and asking around, someone recommended Ultimate Bimmer. I knew I was going to like them within 10 minutes of talking to them. They immediately recognized the performance upgrades that had been made, without even having to look at the car up close, they started asking about the associated issues that can arise with them and if I had had any of those issues yet. Some I had already dealt with and others I knew were coming up. They have always worked to get the best bang for my buck when it came to repairs by giving me part options. Ive only had one issue with a repair (a gasket didnt seal correctly) and they redid it with a smile on their face and absolutely no hassles on my end. Again, they are a pleasure to deal with.

The only place you should take your BMW. I have had 10+ experience with these guys and there isnt another shop, including the BMW dealers, that I would rather take my precious too. Everything is always done perfectly and correctly the first time. Seriously dont trust your car to anyone else.

I have a 2007 BMW that Ive owned for about 4 years now and the only place I take my car to for service is Ultimate Bimmer. They provide excellent service with fast turn around times. These guys are the real deal. I have had many experiences having my car serviced most of them ending in frustration and disappointment. Today I took my 2011 Z4 to Ultimate Bimmer and left feeling extremely happy. I thought I needed a costly repair but Brent and the guys took a look at my car and said my car was fine. I was on my way to dallas to visit some friends when my oil light popped up, needed to get it done before I head back home. They squeezed me in the next day, got an oil change done in less than an hour. Costed significantly less than other places I have been. They even took a look at my car all around to see if I needed any other maintenance done. Turns out i had a few more things to take care of. But fantastic, friendly, fast, and great prices. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with a bmw.

I came in 3 weeks ago requesting a quote for a FULL rear suspension bushing replacement and sub-frame reinforcement job on my E46 M3. I was told I would get a call once they figure out the price for the reinforcement.2 days go by and I hear nothing, I give them a call and they tell me, We are still waiting to get the quote, Ill call you once we get it. So I patiently wait a week and I still hear nothing. I call them again, they tell me, Oh yea I havent heard back from the guy let me check it out for you.At this point I tell them to just a quote me for the bushing replacement that way I can get somewhat of a rough estimate. It only takes 5 min to put the information and give me a quote, its not really time consuming at all, but the guy went ahead and told me on the phone, Ill give you a call back.So once again after waiting another week with no response, I call again. I was told this time, Oh man weve just been really busy, we havent gotten around to that quote yet, you said you wanted a quote for the bushings alone right? I tell him Yes, thinking that hes going to give me 5 mins of his time, and type one up for me since they wasted so much of my own time. He tells me once again with that CLASSIC catch phrase when you really dont wanna help someone and just want them to go away. .....Yea so Ill give you a call back on that quote, I cant do it right now.Well here I am, one week later (01/02/18), writing this review because I still havent received that phone call. You guys missed out on a job that would have easily racked up a $3000+ on parts/labor. I guess you just dont take kids seriously when they come in looking for repairs.You didnt care before and you shouldnt care now, because I already got the job done with someone else. Dont even bother responding with some BS excuse, because you will look like hypocrites since you didnt respond to me all this time, but now decide to after I write a negative review.There is no excuse. You guys where in the wrong, period.

When I moved to Dallas and my BMW was out of warranty, I searched for good BMW mechanics in the DFW area. After trying a bunch of places, I finally found Ultimate Bimmer Service. They have very competitive pricing, are always very honest and do great work.

Took my M6 there for service all the way from Oklahoma. They worked with my after market company and got my car back up and running. Great group of guys. They did take a little longer then expected. Going to take my car there for service from now on.

After extensive research to find a new doctor for my car, including giving a different independent repair shop an opportunity to earn my business, Ultimate Bimmer has been the only place that not only made me feel like a valued customer, but proved my vehicle was treated as if it was their own. I felt such a sense of peace and trust upon speaking to and then meeting Brent. He provided exemplary service from start to finish, was very patient, professional, and so easy to communicate with. I dont see myself going anywhere else while I have this BMW. Took my X5 in for an oil change and its the first time Ive received service that didnt say I needed 1000 other things fixed! Sure enough the car has run great for the past 2-3 months! Brent and Ryan are very friendly and helpful. I will be using these guys again!!

Not sure how these guys rate so many stars when they quote more repairs than actually required. No different than going to the dealership! I do not recommend this place.
