Mark is a genius! He can diagnose problems accurately and make efficient repairs quickly. If youve got a Mercedes, especially an old one (mines a 1985 380SE), you know how rare such expertise is. Plus, hes honest - a prior mechanic quoted me $2K for an elaborate repair, but Mark took one look and said, Thats not the problem, its this little thing and its $95. Plus, hes a great guy and is happy to show you around his shop, which is a ton of fun. Customer for life!

This review is long over due. I had a problem with my Mercedes e350 running rough and the check engine light coming on. Mark diagnosed it as needing a new ignition coil and replaced it at a very reasonable price. He also fixed my side marker light that wasnt working free of charge. Mark is very knowledgeable and honest and I would highly recommend Arthurs.

He was so helpful, reviewed the car with me on the phone and his mother did an awesome job on contacting me and keeping me up to date on all going on throughout the whole process. This is an excellent automotive shop for repairs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks 😊

Awesome and efficient. Had an issue with fluid splattered on undercarriage of my Mercedes Sprinter RV. Mark got me in the next day, checked everything, and explained it all. I highly recommend him.

I’ve owned S class Mercedes for 7 years. Used dealers from Minnesota to Texas and can say that Mark and his team at Arthur’s are top of the line!They are family owned and operated for decades. They care about your vehicle and give you the best Quality and Price around. Usually 30% under what Mercedes wants and it’s usually serviced or repaired faster. The only trade off is Mercedes will provide you a loaner car but it’s not worth the cost and headache given you get get rentals for $7 a day now.Truly a rare find of a business!

Yesterday we have an emergency repair done at Arthur’s Mercedes, and all i can say is they are incredibly nice people. We are not local and were just driving through Dallas, and thank you Arthur, Barbara and Mark for doing everything that we can be back on the road as fast as possible. Our car was repaired, the job was done with incredible knowledge and quality.The place is full of history, and thats what i loved also. I liked talking to Arthur, Barbara, Mark and Bill, we have a nice chat, and to hear the stories of Arthur’s life was just like reading a book.P.S. Arthur is just incredible, he volunteered to guide us through Dallas traffic to avoid it, and Barbara called us to make sure we are good.Thank you for making us feel so good.God bless you

I was referred to Arthurs Mercedes 11/15 and thought the experience would be good, honest and with fair pricing. NOT SO! My Mercedes needed an oil change and the front end had sank down (indicating a leak problem with the front air struts system). After dropping the car off I was told $1100 parts per strut (x 2) plus 3 -4 hours labor (x2) = sub total of $2580. plus tax. OUCH!! I was also verbally quoted $230 for an oil change. REALLY? I inquired as to whether both struts ACTUALLY NEEDED REPLACING (thinking this unlikely) and was told they both frequently failed together- almost always. After getting that suspicious feeling we check with the Plano Mercedes dealer - they quoted me about the same ($200 MORE) For both struts but THEY said it was UNLIKELY BOTH NEEDED REPLACING - and the oil change was $130. NOT $230!! The dealer was actually cheaper since they were willing to provide me a free new Mercedes loaner for Fri - thru Monday pm!! after calling around - I had it towed to Europa cars shop on Preston - they fixed the strut for $ 850 (total) and did the oil change for $100 (w/tax). Arthurs also gave me a bit of a hard time by phone and would not provide a written quote when requested. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE BUT - I MISSED A BULLET!

Family owned firm with a real passion for Mercedes. Their knowledge of this marque is impressive and Mark is really helpful. I will not take my cherished R107 anyplace else.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Classic Mercedes auto repair can be hard enough dont waste time with anybody else or ordering second rate parts online. Go to Arthurs Mercedes. I know because I did that and wasted a lot of time searching for parts online and should have came here first.

Excellent service for my 2003 CLK55 AMG. I had a valve lifter problem that was related to the wrong type of oil that was in my car. Yes the oil change was a little more than expected because I am getting a higher quality product that will prevent future problems. Super friendly and expert family owned-operated business.
