Mike and the Lippas team went above and beyond to find and bring in diamonds for us to look at and different designs for our engagement ring. The diamonds were far superior than other diamonds weve looked at and the prices are excellent. Mike was attentive and responsive to all our needs, and he makes everyone feel like they are his main priority--its a truly great shopping experience, especially for pieces of jewelry that are large investments. We had an excellent experience from start to finish working with Heather. She was genuinely excited to work with us on finding each of our rings, including designing one of them. The whole process was very smooth and overall pretty quick. Would definitely recommend to look for estate jewelry or design a completely brand new ring!

We live in New York State and went to Lippa’s to buy our wedding bands for our October 2020 wedding. Buying rings can be an overwhelming experience but Mike and the staff were super helpful on site and thoroughly went over questions such as what we wanted; what was important to us; likes/dislikes; etc - and used that info to narrow the focus and show us options that would potentially work.Both the bride and groom are super happy with the results and Lippa’s wedding bands will be with us the rest of our lives. While looking for an anniversary gift for my wife online, I found the perfect necklace at Lippas!! so I bought it! When I called and asked how late they were open, I found out they would be closed by the time I got there. They asked what time I could get there. I told them I had a dinner reservation across the street at Leunigs for 5 and wouldnt be able to get there in time.I told them they could just ship it to me and charge me for it. They told me they would bring it over to the restaurant ! Which they did! I thanked him for going above and beyond to help me out.When we resumed our meal the waitress came over to tell us we had a free desert coming. Mike bought us Dessert too!Needless to say they just made me a customer for life! You can bet Ill bebuying from them again!

Getting some last minute holiday shopping done I decided to stop in for my first visit to Lippas. I was warmly welcomed and very well taken care of! Walking in without a particular idea of what I needed I walked out having found the perfect gift. Such a wonderful experience, it certainly wont be my last visit!

Back in the day, a young Mike B and I would travel to Burlington on school break to visit his dad in the store. There were always happy customers and locals stopping in to say hello and just see whats new. Im glad to see this legacy is in good hands and continuing to be a top location in Burlington.

I was in Burlington for business and walked into Lippas to purchase a birthday gift for my wife. I met Jeff when I was in there and he helped me pick out a gift. He knew I was not from the area and ensured me that if my wife didnt absolutely love the gift, that he would assist in modifying or replacing in order to accommodate. Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with and offered me a very fair price for the necklace. This place is amazing! The jewelry is unique and pleasantly priced especially for the quality and craftsmanship that you receive with each piece. I love all the estate jewelry they have to. If you are looking for extraordinary pieces this is the place you need to go. The staff is very helpful and helped me with other suggestions for what I was looking for. Jeff, Mike, and the team at Lippas are phenomenal! I first visited the store this past spring to start looking at engagement rings for my then girlfriend. Jeff then sourced 5-6 diamonds of my desired cuts and specifications. From there he and Mike helped me design a 100% custom, exquisite ring that my now fiance LOVES. Since then theyve helped with numerous watch batteries, clasp replacements, etc.Bottom line, if you want personal service and high quality product, look no further.

I went in today to ask about having a ring resized and Charlotte was so incredibly nice and helpful. I am not much of a jewelry store goer and was out of my element but she made me feel very comfortable and was super friendly and easy going. She even cleaned my ring for free and was able to tell me a little more about it as I inherited it from my grandmother and didnt really know what the stones were or anything. I didnt end up leaving it today but I had a great experience and will definitely be back for the resizing and any other jewelry repair needs that come up!Edit: I did go back later and had the ring resized. The jeweler did a beautiful job and it fits perfectly. I couldnt even tell where they cut it and it came back cleaner and shinier than ever before, clearly quality work. Five stars for sure!
