I CANNOT speak highly enough about this company!! In all respects. Truly.Recently I ordered and very quickly got this amazing package, sent priority mail, from Raintree. I have never gotten something so thoughtfully and beautifully packaged from a company before! You have to see it yourself to understand. The pretty paper, boxed and tied with a satin ribbon, then put in this neat little bag with a card containing a handwritten note to me! Within this magnificent package was the beautiful sterling 802 bracelet I’ve wanted for years. I could not get this on my wrist fast enough! Simply stunning craftsmanship.I did have a order mishap (completely my foolish mistake!!) so I needed to contact the company. I emailed them on a Saturday at 9:00 am and the wonderful Shannon got back to me only 3 hours later!! On a Saturday! The original package had a return mailing package in it and Shannon promptly emailed me my return label, again, priority 2 day. Shannon was constantly in contact with me updating me. She received my return and shipped my replacement right out. I had it within 48 hours of mailing out my return. I honestly had THE most amazing customer service experience I have ever had.I truly have no regrets buying from Raintree. I tracked down these artists, when I wanted to replace my black coral jewelry.They bought the black coral inventory, from another artist, in the Grand Caymans.Black coral is harvested under difficult conditions.I just received my custom, hand carved pieces.I ordered a manta ray, charming with gold inlay.The other piece is a sea turtle, with gold and pearl.Both pieces capture the spirit of these creatures.The jewelry was gift wrapped, in a box, a linen pouch.In a leather wallet,in a suede leather pouch.I felt like I was seeking treasures within.I received a piece of chocolate, AU(gold)...a great thank you gift.A very special group of jewelry artists.I encourage everyone to check them out!

We sent our jewelry for refurbishing as we originally purchased it from Bernard Passman. I am thrilled with their amazing presentation on our repairs. Our repairs came in a gorgeous box with beautiful wrappings of dust covers and sealed with their wax stamp wrapped in perfect tissue and custom created AU chocolate bar. I can promise you that we would definitely continue doing business with Raintree. They are top notch and have every detail of service and presentation covered.

My sweetheart and I chose the pointbreak ring for his wedding band. We started talking about it in late Jan and purchased. It was made and to us within a month. They even sent wax version to review before making the purchase. It is even more beautiful in person. They are truly talented and highly reccommend choosing your next piece at Raintree!
