We have very bad experience with Raj jewelers. We happened to buy a gold chain and a silver plate for our infant. Silver plate was charged way too much and we realized it after going home. We called to exchange that for some gold item and they flatly refused. Even though it’s clearly mentioned on receipt that they do exchanges before 20 days. The reason they gave for not exchanging is DUE TO COVID THEY EXCHANGE GOLD BUT NOT SILVER. That’s such a lame reason to give. They are very greedy people who run the business unethically. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY..

They have such a great selection of gold and diamond jewelry and I always end up finding the right jewelry for the right occasion (e.g., gifts, gold or silver coins, earrings). They have the best prices for Indian jewelry and always have great customer service!

Raj Jewelers was an amazing place to shop at, the customer service was excellent and very welcoming. The store had lots of gold jewelry designs, and you can definitely find what you are looking for. They have a very reasonable price too and would definitely shop there again!

They have a good collection of gold but I had a bad experience with their repair services. I asked them to replace Indian style earring posts with thinner screw ones. They took so long to complete the job, then finally the new posts were too thick for my ear holes! I called them to see if I could get some money back or if they could fix it but Raj refused both options.

I went to the store today. There were rude old man. I was buying ring. He told me the price, then he increased the price with all the rings I saw. I tried to ask for discount, then he told me this is not charity. Then he said to me he is not going to sell to me and he is going to call the police. He wants to sell the gram of 22 k for 70 $. This is insane 😴😌😵😣

Very rude and not professional person. I had been there for the first time and never seen such an indecent person ever. I would strongly not recommend them. The way they treat you is not good. Not happy at all.Again very indecent and rude..
