From help with a special charm, to a watch for my husband (note they didn’t sell in store and helped me out BIG) and always offering to keep my wedding ring clean. Which my husband did a fantastic job picking out there. Julie and all, so friendly and greeting with a warm smile. They make you feel welcome, help where it’s needed and your time there is at ease. I’m so glad that I found this place!

My fiancé and I walked in one Saturday afternoon and there was a blonde lady who seemed nice but we both felt like she was impatient and didn’t really want to help us even though we were the only customers there. I asked her if she sold men’s chains and she immediately responded that they “only sold precious metals” and that we could find it at Kohl’s or Fred Meyer. Why would we have walked into a fine jewelry store if we weren’t looking for precious metals? She added that they could order chains from their store but proceeded once again that we’d have better luck at a Fred Meyer.Idk, maybe we were dressed too casually? Or could be the fact that we looked like we couldn’t afford anything expensive? But I would never go back. My experience was disappointing but I’m sure other associates that work there are more attentive to everyone else.

Stephanie helped me through the process of selecting an engagement ring. She was amazingly helpful in my floundering decision process. After deciding on setting, she saved me from making a mistake on guessing ring size and I walked away with a beautiful, ultimately successful engagement ring. Im absolutely in love with my ring. The design and quality is excellent. The Jewelers are exceptionally accommodating and made adjustments until my expectations were exceeded.

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The gentleman who does repairs and makes custom pieces is amazing as well and does quality work. They helped me pick an appropriate size diamond and new head style to fix and upgrade a previously repaired family ring.

I had a mans bracelet repaired their and am very happy with the service and outcome. Highly recommend them.

I got to work with Stephanie for a majority of this purchase.I came back to the store, Stephanie helped me choose a brand that had the style I like. She gave me a card for their website to choose a band I like. I found the one I like and the process was swift and easy! I got to see the ring I wanted in person, then she helped order some sapphires to choose from. Stephanie listened every step of the way and never once put her opinion on anything; she definitely asked questions that made me think about what I wanted. The wait time on the gems was hardly anything! Once we chose what we wanted, the ring was complete! Even at the point where this custom ring was finished, I never felt pressured into the purchase. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience with no stress on my side of things in any way. I am in love with my ring!I havent bought anything yet, but this store listens to you, and doesnt pressure you into a sale. Awesome attitude :)

Absolutely hands down the best place in the Northwest for jewelry. The owners are there all the time giving you personal service that you just cant find anywhere else. Prices are fair and you know what your getting.I wouldnt go anywhere else.
