Fantastic place, amazing staff, beautiful rings!They were able to take a stone out of my great grandmothers ring and transition it into a beautiful setting for my soon to be fiancée, they were quick to answer any and all our our questions. Times that they did not have an answer they found it and called us up right away, from start to finish it was a smooth experience! Highly recommended them to anyone!!

My metal watch band became disconnected from the watch so I went in to the store to get it fixed. The watch repairman had left for the day, but the woman who helped me took the watch to the back of the store and fixed it in less than a minute, and did not charge me for the repair! I will definitely come back when I need to have the battery replaced.

I brought my Engagement ring, which was purchased elsewhere, in for an insurance appraisal. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable. It was estimated for a 2 day pickup, but they called the next day and said it was ready. I went in to pick it up and was again greeted immediately by friendly staff. I will definitely return with any future business/jewelry needs!

The staff were so polite and helpful. I got my watch battery replaced and my wedding set repaired. The repair was spur of the moment but very reasonable. Their selection is incredible and I found the perfect fathers day gift for my husband there.

I have been going to The Jewelry Center (Ides) as it was called way back when, for many years. Theyve helped me with several items, from repairs, to creating something special. I trust them with any and everything I have. I had an antique ring from my mother who had passed. They helped me reconfigure it, and handled it with care. As they did with all of my transactions.

The Jewelry Center in Burlington is wonderful. My watch crystal was replaced well before the promised date and the customer service from John and Christine was impressive.

I dropped of my ring to get fixed since the resizing didnt take the first time and the solder broke (different jeweler). They were super friendly and very quick! Had my ring all fixed up within 6 days of dropping it off. Love to shop and use local services, will be back if I need more jewelry fixed up.

About 6 months ago, I took some jewelry in to TJC to see if any of it was real. They let me know that one of the rings, which I got from my great aunt, was real gold & had a real diamond. I found the perfect band that I wanted, and Jean took note of it! I told my boyfriend that I found one I loved. He went up to TJC & got the exact ring, and they put the diamond from my great aunts ring in the new band. They also put a fake diamond into the gold band, so that I could still wear it if I wanted to! 10/10 recommend them!

This was my first visit here. I brought in my necklace to have two bails attached (I supplied the bails they used). So this was a labor only job. And I was Charged $62. So I feel very over charged and won’t be returning.

We purchased a replacement wedding ring for myself and a ring for my wife. I also sold an old gold necklace. Very helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable employees. While we looked at rings they cleaned all of our jewerly. Fair prices and the roses and chocolate were an unexpected treat. The variety offered was extendive, including resale items at even better prices. We will definitely be back!

I needed some batteries replaced in my watches. They were quick and much less expensive than most places. The employees were polite and knowledgeable. My only issues was that neither employee wore a mask. I would think for their safety, they should be.

Had my engagement ring for 49 years and didn’t want to get rid of my original setting. By adding 2 more stones and several little ones it has enhanced the original diamond and setting. Absolutely gorgeous!! They cleaned up the wedding and anniversary band too. Almost feel like a new bride. It brought tears to my eyes!

Great service and wonderful collection of jewelry. Ive looked for months trying to find a wedding band to match my engagement ring and I couldnt find one that I really loved until I came here. The gentleman helping us gave me the time and patience to find the perfect ring. He made a few suggestions but for the most part, he let me look which was exactly what I wanted. He didnt try to sell anything and really made it clear that he wanted me to find the ring that I loved most, not the most expensive. Absolutely wonderful!
