Incredible is the only way to describe her. 16 years ago I bought a very special pendant diamond necklace of which only two were made. Unfortunately, it was stolen. I called Winkle (thank God she still works at Periwinkles) who remembered the piece just by me telling her my name. How is that possible?!! She tracked down the owner of the other necklace to get pictures of it. Then had Periwinkles fine jewelers craft an exact copy. She gave me constant updates so I was never in doubt of how the process was coming along. Her attentiveness is unmatched. To say she is in sales is insulting. She is so much more. Ive purchased my engagement ring from Perrywinkle almost a year ago now, and my wife and I arent big on jewlery, and Winklette was amazing about being very down to earth and happy to help me find something that my partner would really love. On a recent visit to our local Periwinkle’s Fine Jewelry in Burlington, Vermont, my son and I had the pleasure to meet Zev Werts, the Rolex Specialist. During our visit with Zev, he provided his knowledge about Rolex and the current details on acquiring a Rolex steel sports watch. While reviewing watches, I noticed and commented on Zev’s personal Rolex Submariner watch. He took it off and let us take a closer look. The Submariner is the watch that I had eyeing. It is my hope to pass along a forever timepiece, a Rolex, to each of my sons. Zev was very knowledgeable and open to answer my questions. I look forward to making my Rolex purchase soon with Zev. I would suggest a visit to Periwinkle’s in either Burlington, Vermont or Plattsburgh, New York when looking for fine jewelry and Rolex watches.

Jewelry purchases are few and far between in my household. So choosing where to go to update my engagement ring for our 27th anniversary was a bit nerve-racking. How would I explain what I wanted? Did I know what I wanted? How would I make decisions? The Burlington Perrywinkles is a beautifully appointed space, staffed by friendly, well-dressed and knowledgeable professionals. We scheduled an appointment with Winklette and when we sat down with her, she asked questions and listened. She listened. Its that simple, but thats why Perrywinkles is so wonderful. With her 25 years of experience, she walked me through what to consider. She looked through my pictures of collected ideas and asked questions. She helped me make what to me were hard decisions (Round stone or new shape? Platinum or gold?) with authority, giving me full confidence that I was making the right choices. She explained the process, cost and timeline. She took obvious pleasure in hearing our story and took a real sense of pride and ownership in creating something truly special for us. I left Perrywinkles that Saturday without the rings that Ive worn for more than 27 years. Freaky. But Winkle stayed in touch. I approved a drawing of the ring design and later a CAD rendering. Four weeks later (long weeks, where I continuously looked at my naked finger and said Aaaaaaagh! before my brain kicked in), Winklette excitedly called to let us know the ring was ready. She offered to stay late so we could come that day to get it, but we couldnt get there until the next day. She was as excited as I was, which was touching. The ring took my breath away. My imagination could not begin to compete with what sat before me. This is mine? I get to wear this every day? Thanks to COVID, there was no hugging, no jumping up and down, no loudly exclaimed YAYs!!! but alas, the refined atmosphere of Perrywinkles is not really the place to let out your inner tween to shriek and dance. But when I go back for a Star Wars Pandora bracelet, its ON. I couldnt be happier with my new ring and the outstanding service we received from Perrywinkles. Truly a bright spot in this difficult year. Do not hesitate to trust Perrywinkles with your hopes and dreams. They deliver.

All the staff were amazing, totally professional, polite and offered us all refreshments as soon as we stepped in the door. Definitely recommend coming here especially if you arent sure what you want, or if you need help with ANY part of choosing or creating the perfect ring!! She even said theyd show me options of my chosen stone to make sure it fit my budget and have that personal touch of hand picking my own stone, in person, myself!! 2 thumbs up!!

We have always been treated like old friends here. How they remember names is uncanny. Of course they have a wonderful array of diamonds, colored stones and precious metals, but it is the treatment we keep returning to receive. They were generous with their time and much more concerned with helping us find the ring for us rather than clearing out stock. Over the course of several visits, their designer helped us find a ring that most closely matched what we wanted. Using that as a starting point, she then designed and customized according to our request to make it our own. The ring is unique and spectacular. The reception was always warm and genuine. Ill definitely be back for the wedding rings.

I went in knowing absolutely NOTHING about jewelry other that knowing pieces that I liked. I had questions about turning an earring in to a ring (I lost the other one) and was wondering about the resale value/worth of an old necklace an ex from 15 years ago gave me. I was given some great cost effective advice about the earring and a rough estimate of what my ex paid for the necklace. Though they do not sell used jewelry, they gave me a couple recommendations on where to go to sell it. And after all of this and not being able to give them my immediate business, the very nice lady noticed my wedding ring was a bit dirty and offered some cleaning solution for it that can be done at home.....for free! She refused to let me pay for it!!! It says a lot about a business who treats someone like a customer without even doing business with them! Thank you guys so much!!!!

My partner and I were on the beach in Mexico two years ago where she purchased a silver bracelet for $20. She really loved it and wore it all the time but the quality of the material was not great, thus the price. So I brought the bracelet to Emma at Perrywinkles to see if the jewelers could replicate it in sterling silver. It took a few weeks but it was worth the wait. The new bracelet is beautiful and looks exactly like the old one. The craftsmanship is amazing. And the price was very reasonable. We are both really pleased with the folks at Perrywinkles. About 14 years ago I walked into Perrywinkles with my boyfriend looking for an engagement ring. I had been to every other jewelry store and not found what I had pictured in my head that I wanted. These people are fantastic. I love this shop. I have been coming here for over a decade. When I first moved to Vermont, I didnt know a jeweler and was a bit worried about finding a place I could trust. When I found Perrywinkles, I was very excited. Over the years, I have bought a few new pieces and they have fixed a number of heirloom pieces for me. Everything from watch batteries, straps, to overhauling watches and adding length to some old pieces. Some have required creative solutions and Zev does not give up until the customer is happy. Its easy to write a great review when youve had a completely smooth, wonderful experience but Id like to share a glowing review about a not so smooth experience.My husband and I purchased our wedding bands at Periwinkles, his was a custom order and when it was completed (within the very short timeframe we needed it) he wasnt happy with the design. I cant tell you how many times the owner said Im completely committed to getting you what you want. And she meant it. She went so far as to order samples from other jewelers that she thought my husband would like. In the end, no dice but she graciously refunded the cost in full even after doing all that leg work for us. Much appreciated and we will be lifelong customers.I should also mention that they made my engagement ring, custom as well, and I am in LOVE with it! Stunning!

Perrywinkles is the only place I’ll buy or repair jewelry I care about. Winklette helped my husband pick out the most beautiful engagement ring, we chose gorgeous bands, and they fixed and restored a decades-old necklace that I have a super sentimental attachment to and it looks absolutely perfect. Every time I have walked in to the shop every employee has been smiling, welcoming, and just generally approachable. This is the place to go!

I had a bad experience with another jeweler. Perrywinkles went out of their way to remake my ring so that the diamond was solidly held in the mounting. I had originally bought the diamond from them, but the problem was with the mounting...and they offered to fix it and rebuild it from scratch for free. So nice! They take their time to do good work, and are knowledgeable about what is going to work and what is not. They also sent my watch to be fixed, and I did not even buy it there. Now i wish I had. I went and bought my daughters watch, a very nice Eco Citizen that uses solar power to run, and has a long guarantee. My watch is fixed, and my ring is now safe, with a rightly help diamond. I appreciate the helpful staff. They are always nice, knowledgeable, and pleasant...and dont badmouth other shops. They just show you what they have, and its hard to beat them. Wonderful store. This store is absolutely awesome. One of my friends told me that I should go there and ask for Winkle, and that Perrywinkles was the only place that he would shop for jewelry for his wife. After going in there I can completely see why. The service was amazing, the prices are fair, and the product that I got was exactly what I wanted, and the future wife was very very happy with what they made.

It all started with a phone conversation that ended in “I guess I have to propose to you now”. It’s not like as if we had to get married, it was more of a “why not” after being together for 20+ years. Once we thought about it, and decided we could and would do it, the research started and the hunt for rings began. Not that this was a painful process, but after visiting numerous stores in the northeast and the diamond district in NYC it seemed like all the rings were starting to look the same...diamond overload. My girlfriend/soon to be fiancé/future wife said that we should visit Perrywinkle’s in Vt., since she had such pleasant experiences with Emma each time she bought a watch. We headed over and as soon as we entered the store we were greeted by everyone working out in front. We were able to walk freely about the store and it was not until we stopped did an associate come over. For us, it was perfect, just enough time without the pressure of an associate which to us was wonderful. It began with a conversation and ended with an education. After several visits and numerous rings slipped on our fingers we decided upon a certain style, cut and how many diamonds. We ordered the first ring and if it was as beautiful as Winkle said it would be, then the other would be ordered. We were given the time frame and after a few calls to see if it was done ahead of time, we finally received the call from Emma to say it was ready. We headed over and as soon as the ring was slipped on my finger and the lights hit the diamonds we ordered the second ring. Just about one month later our second ring arrived and was just as beautiful as the first. So now we have two gorgeous rings made specifically for us and we couldn’t be happier. What am I trying to get at with all of this rhetoric: we went to Perrywinkle’s in search of the perfect rings, which we found, and as a bonus, a few more people entered our lives who truly wanted to make us happy. We would recommend Perrywinkle’s not only due to their professionalism, knowledge and quality of jewelry, but also for their pursuit of making this experience one to remember.

Anna has been a joy to work with! I purchased my wifes engagement ring through Anna, and I dont know how I would have done it without her! She guided me through the process of customization and my wife (with selective taste ;)) ended up getting the ring of her dreams. I was recently given an amazing engagement ring by my now fiance which came from Perrywinkles Fine Jewelry. I am so impressed with the quality of the ring, the determination of all the employees at helping my fiance obtain this ring for me (it had been discontinued), and the amazing customer service we have experienced every time we have been in the store (our bands have been purchased and made by them).My fiance proposed to me while we were on a zip lining course in the White Mountains. We were on number 5 of 9 zip lines when he proposed to me (650 feet in the air after zip lining 800 feet!). What an amazing experience. I have been a long time patron of Perrywinkles in Burlington. The selection is extensive, and I always find the piece I need. However, I dont do that on my own—luckily, Anna has always been there to help me! She knows the right questions to ask, as well as, the tastes of each member of my family. Best Rolex certified repair and service station in the US. Zev Wertz, who runs the Rolex Service Centre is the best example of service and professionalism I’ve experienced in quite a while. He took the time to explain what my options were, suggested his recommendations and detailed what he and his team would perform. Also he let me know the current status of my watch since I purchased it 20 years ago. Simply, his expertise builds confidence and puts the customer at ease. Received my watch and Perrywinkles and Zev in particular didn’t disappoint, it was better than before, noticeably. I recommend if you need Rolex servicing or repair, no matter where you are in the country, send it to Perrywinkles in Burlington. The level of service from the certified Rolex Service Centre is way more than worth it! Outstanding!

We traveled to Burlingtons Perrywinkles store today because my wifes Rolex wasnt working properly. We assumed that wed have to leave it, which would have necessitated a return trip (of an hour and a half) to pick it up. Instead, their wonderful staff diagnosed and repaired the problem--it had a broken rivet--while we went to lunch.We could not have been more pleased with the quality of the service we received. We feel fortunate to have such an excellent Rolex repair service in Vermont.
