I can see why some places are not affiliated with Enterprise that use to offer discounts. They cant even ensure that you will receive the vehicle in the category that you reserved the vehicle for. I specifically wanted a full size SUV and I stated that I did not want a Nissan Armada because Im tall and there is practically no leg space and no cargo space and the inside is small and I wanted to ensure the vehicle had captain chairs and not a bench seat for the second row seating so that I could reach my children. Although they could not guarantee the captain chairs, they did say that I would recieve either a Tahoe or Expedition which I was okay with because I know their roomy. I called several times before my reservation date to see if they would know in advance what I was getting and they stated again I would recieve a Tahoe or Expedition and was told to call the night before to see what they would have. I called the night before and they still did not know what vehicle I would have and told me to call in the morning. I called on the morning of my reservation date and found out that not only would I not receive a Tahoe or Expedition but, they gave me what they considered an upgrade which was the Infiniti QX80 which was basically a fancy Nissan Armada. I was stuck with it because there were no other full size SUVs available for the day. This Infiniti was the most raggedy, dented, scratched, paint peeling SUV I ever rented. It was actually embarrassing to drive because of the scratches and dents. The seats were filthy with what ever sticky-ness on them and dirt/grim in the perforated holes in the seats, the vehicle smelled bad like dogs or something, I had no leg space for a 15hr drive! There were captain chairs but, had a huge stupid center console which made it pointless and the cargo space was the size of a duffle bag. The worst rental ever! I called when the rental was over and spoke with a gentleman and although he apologized for the inconvenience, I was told a manager would call me about the issues. Im still waiting on the call. This is the second time I have rented from this enterprise and had issues with the rental. They shouldnt be renting vehicles if they cant even ensure you will recieve the vehicle in the category you specifically rented for and they need a body shop and detailing services to be on hand because this rental was not the business.

PLEASE READ-The reason for my one star is 100% a one star experience. The reason for my business at this location or to get a rental was because my car needed service. Therefore, I had to drop my car at the dealership. Because my car would be a little longer of a job then expected, the dealership was able to give me a rental car for free.NOW Starts the Enterprise experience!!! Due to my dealership allowing me a rental they notified Enterprise of my arrival. Therefore, Enterprise had enough time to have a vehicle ready for me and a have everything taken care of. When arriving at Enterprise, I go into the building to the desk to check in. A gentleman there asked my name and tells me to walk back outside. He would have everything ready for me out there. At this point, I was not greeted no customer service not even how are you or have a great day was given. After a few minutes of waiting outside the gentleman then comes outside walks me to the vehicle walks me around the vehicle. To make sure it is perfect and up to perfection. Gentlemen goes into the vehicle while Im outside checks the gas mileage and makes sure everything is good. As we are both wearing masks, I was not surprise that he did not smell the smell I was about to smell. I sign a couple papers WE go over blah blah. He hands me the keys and I go about my day. I open the door and the smell hits me strong.. Of marijuana. Now, I was in a rush to be at work a little quickly as I didnt expect to even have serviced on on my car. So I roll down the window I take it as it is and I go about my day. I didnt have time. I had three days with the vehicle. I drove to work, to daycare and I drove home. Repeat. Everytime getting into that vehicle the smell was so strong but Thank God it was Sunny outside where I could roll down the window and I took it as it was I didnt wanna pull a Karen. NOW this is when the story gets interesting ... Due to driving around all destinations about 15 or 20 minutes apart freeway involved.. I was driving with the smell. I drove from work to daycare picked up my son as he was super excited to see me he scratched my neck. I put him in the car seat go to the driver side opened the door sit down and pull the mirror to check out my neck from the scratch mark. What a surprise, a bag of marijuana hanging down greets me. I now know where the smell was coming from!!! So, as I was driving around the whole time.... I pretty much had drugs in the vehicle they Inspected. With my son a one year... Now Im heated.I called enterprise spoke to a agent, I stayed professionally and politely I gave him my information let him looked my name up and afterwards said my complaint. He jots it down puts it in my notes and tells me a Manager would call me that evening or the next day. Well todays the next day and I still have not received a call from that Manager.Still waiting.... Now, I decided for my trouble that was given to me... I know things happen but when your Website States that you are cleaning the vehicles and sanitizing them due to Covid-19 that didnt seem very clean!!!!As for the Gas probably $20 or so. Im not paying that... I gave your car back in perfect condition as it was you given to me without the marijuana... Youre welcome! You can also reimbursed me my $78 for the insurance that I paid as I didnt do any damage. I would like a call from that manager to apologize to me while your refunding my credit card. I had no problem with the service that I got even though it definitely needed some improvement. With the name of Enterprise you would expect to get quality and cleansingless. I know, I did not pay for the car as my dealership did. But I am unhappy with that service experience. When I had drugs the whole time which is legal in the state of Wisconsin. I definitely, will make sure that everyone knows the story because that is just damn right on unacceptable. I would say to the people if you dont like a smell just return or if you actually think your rental vehicle is cleaned just check a little deeper but I guarantee its not.

Alex Rocks....So does the entire store. I had a car accident and my insurance company sent me to them...15 mins later I had a 2020 Nissan Rouge and DID NOT want to return it. Alex made it super easy to grab the car and go back to work. I returned it 2 weeks later and THAT was easier than I could imagine. Left my garage door opener and grabbed it the next morning. Thank YOU very much!!!!!

Renting a car in a pinch couldnt have been easier. So professional. Loved the 2019 Impala they had reserved for me. The only problem I had was, I was enamored by Sasha and her accent. Maybe they could get an ugly girl so I could focus on details of the contract instead of being mesmerized by her beauty? It was such a distraction for me. No, dont. It was a nice bonus.

Thinking of renting a car from another location? Youd have to hold me at gunpoint or offer me a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup to get me to go somewhere else for my car rentals. Leah and Heileigh are more amazing than the 1972 Miami Dolphins. While the Dolphins went 17-0 that season, they didnt hook me up with a Chevy Malibu at a very reasonable rate. This location is more American than a bald eagle landing on Neil Armstrongs shoulder.

We rented an Equinox LT and we love it. A full tank of gas can go more than 400 miles and we saved alot of gas compare to other vehicles SUV we rented in the past. The seat are very comfortable. Surely, if we could grab it next time, we will stay with this SUV type... The staff were very friendly. Actually, when we arrived at the rental site, there was only a very basic small SUV left for us and we reserved a cross over SUV and the staff switched us to this one but we waited it half hour because it was in for oil changed.

Good auto rental company. Very friendly and helpful staff. I booked the car online but the day of pickup they had no cars available at the time I requested. Website was overbooking and falsely advertising the availability of cars. If it were not for the help and politeness of the staff I would have given two stars. Overall it was a good experience, nice selection of vehicles.And they always pick you up!

Great Service. I needed a large Black SUV, When I showed up to pickup the car they only had a blue one. Nick was great and spent alot of effort to find me a black SUV that I needed. He could have easily said all is have is blue but he went way beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Enterprise Brookfield has superb customer service!! It is the only branch I rent from and the only one I recommend to my family and friends. I have rented through Enterprise for many years but usually through the airport location. After being frustrated by the price that the airport location was trying to charge me I began to look at other locations. I even thought about taking my business to a competitor! I then came across this location and saw that the prices were AMAZING! So I reserved a rental for a week. I was very optimistic about how this rental at this facility was going to go. Immediately when I entered the facility I was greeted with the most amazing customer service! the guys there are GREAT! I usually work with Matt most of the time that I come in there but I have worked with ALL of them and they are ALL amazing. They have gone out of their way to make my rental experience as pleasant as possible. Matt has gone out of his way to get me the best car he possibly can everytime I come in. If I had a problem during my rental he has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to keep my business. I can truly say that your employees...especially my business experiences with Matt has kept me as a customer of Enterprise and ANY time that I am in Wisconsin I will bring my business to YOUR location!! I can honestly say that I feel like these guys are close friends due to their great customer service and their sincerity. Thank you for having a workforce of amazing people that truly know what customer service is all about! See you guys in July for the Dave Matthews concert!!!

My sales representative TJ was great! He was polite, very attentive to me and my family as we were trying to decide on what would be a good vehicle for us. He made sure we were comfortable by checking in on us during the waiting process, offering us snacks and things to drink. We walked out with the vehicle we wanted and I was thankful. Enterprise was awesome and I would recommend them if you are looking for a car. Thanks TJ!

Rented a 15 passenger van to drive to Minneapolis with 12 people. Overall it was very good. The van would be cramped with 15 and luggage, but with 12, its doable. One seat belt didnt work. Luckily we didnt need it. The staff at Enterprise was very helpful and did what they could to make everything work out. That is except for waving the additional driver fee. We thought it would be good to have an additional driver, but didnt need to. Still paid the extra $15/day (for nothing). Id go back and hope they might be even nicer next time.

This is a great car rental store! When I arrived w/ my one-way rental drop-off, I told one of the associates that I was in a hurry and needed to get to the dealership to pick up my new car purchase. The associate went out of her way to get me to the dealership in record time!!! Thx!!!

After making a reservation at Enterprise website the vehicle I was requesting was unavailable at the closest Enterprise to me. I went to Waukesha, was sent to Pewaukee, after I gave up I decided to give Brookfield Enterprise a chance. They were phenomenal! The manager helped immediately and quickly. They beyond exceeded my expectations and quickly turned my 2 hour runaround into a quick 15 minute success. The manager and her staff were friendly, acted quickly and went above and beyond. While Brookfield is slightly further away from me, I will always book through them. Im very grateful for all they did. Id give them 100 stars if I could.

Ive rented from this location several times, and always had a good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really appreciate adding the Ford Transit 15-passenger vans to the fleet; they drive much better than the old style 15s.

Because of your appreciated encouragement, i decided to give a reserve response. Because of my age I strongly believe I have been taken advantage of. Partly is being intimidated when asking a question. When they phone to bring the car in, I did. After the agent checked the computer, I was asked what i was there for? I explained I was phoned to bring the car in. He said there was not reason for it. So I left. Nearing he car, he call me. As he approached, he wanted the keys. Because of the confusion inside, I was reluctant not knowing if I was going to have a car to back home with. I will reserve the major incident relating to my ageto a proper person. Do note, these incidents contrast the number of other rentals I made at different Enterprise locations. Gene H.

I want to start off by saying I have been renting from Enterprise for so many years and I have never had an issue. when I first rented from them I was going to the location in Butler, then sometime passed and I started going to the location in Brookfield when they were located on 128th and Capitol they had excellent customer service I always felt like a valued customer never had an issue any time I reserved a vehicle and I go up there and they dont have the vehicle they always just gave me an upgrade I miss that team they were so professional they were so appreciated thank you guys for that. Now the reason for my one star so I just recently found out that that location moved on 124th and Capitol now under new management & a whole new set of employees. So I went on the app June 21st and reserved an intermediate SUV I had planned to take my daughters and my mother on a mini trip just a short getaway my mothers father had passed away a little time ago every now and again you just need to get away and enjoy yourself so I planned on taking the four of us on a mini trip spend some quality time. I reserved my vehicle for July12th - July 14th so today is now Saturday the 13th I will say maybe Wednesday I went on the app because things changed in our trip and I wanted to make an adjustment but was getting an error message and was told to call so I called Brookfield and spoke with Sarah and she was nice & professional over the phone I advised her that I was getting an error message saying that no vehicles were available she told me everything is fine shell be able to assist me she made the adjustments for me I wanted Saturday but also wanted to be picked up they dont do pick up on the weekends so I left it for Friday but an evening pick up @ 5:30pm instead they are closed on Sundays so I had it set to drop off my intermediate SUV at a different location she modified that pick up for me so come Friday at 5:30 I get picked up I go up there and from the moment that I got picked up at that point already knew something was different because the person that pick me up Ive never seen before and I know b4 they would generally pick you up in the vehicle that they planned on renting out to you this time that didnt happen. so Im up at the location but on the way drive there I wasnt paying attention to anything so I get there Im noticing everything is different I was told the location moved 2 months ago now on 124th Street and Im like oh okay new location I could tell new employees I dont recognize any of those faces so moving on I give the guy my a D.L. and I hear another employee say that we dont have that vehicle we have a Nissan and I think she said an echo you can show her those so he lets me know I can show you those I follow him to the back so when we get there he points out the Nissan which is a car I told him thats too small I reserved an SUV so he showed me the other vehicle it looks like a PT cruiser so I tell him no this is not going to work this is too small Hardley even had any trunk space I ordered an intermediate SUV for reason so we get back up to the front one of the ladies is saying to him and to us thats all we have so I bring up the SUVs thats in the front of the building their little bigger than what I reserved but theyre here so she tells me no those vehicles are reserved for pick up for someone else for tomorrow so I say okay I also had a reservation for a vehicle but you guys gave mines away so she says well those are reserved for tomorrow those other two vehicles is all we have I hate my humbleness because I should have made more of an issue that was horrible customer service on their part how could you tell a customer I know you reserved a vehicle but we dont care thats basically what she was saying so I get home I call a corporate number off Google spoke with a gentleman he says that hes going to email and escalated to the regional manager and they will give me a call Im still waiting. trip now cancelled the pre reserved hotel I now have to hope that they still dont charge my card😠

Rented a vehicle fro the Mobile,Al. airport that had engine problems. Went to this location to try and get another vehicle to drive back to Mobile,Al. The staff here didn’t seem to care about our problem. We had to get on the interstate to drive to the Milwaukee airport location to get another vehicle in a car that cuts off in the middle of traffic (scary). The Enterprise staff at the airport are awsome,took care of us in a matter of minutes.😁😁😁

What would have become a nightmare weekend actually was saved by Leah and her team at the Enterprise in Brookfield.I had rented the car for a long planned summer road trip to Indianapolis, Indiana for Gencon 2019. The car ride and Gencon was great and all was well until Friday night.Id taken my son and his friend downtown to Indianapolis, and had found a great parking spot (in hindsight it turned out ALL great parking spots were really No Parking zone spots) and left the car there to go enjoy the convention. And after a long day at the convention, after grabbing dinner. We went back to the car and it was GONE!My first fear was that it was stolen! But a nice gent by his motorcycle explained it was just towed away. I was now devastated and depressed and shocked. What was I going to do now for a car? Or even get it back? I eventually found out who had the car. But I would have to call Brookfield Enterprise the next morning for help.The next morning, I called up Enterprise Brookfield and got Aaron and I was so nervous and embarrassed I just told him the car I rented got towed. He just assumed I needed to get a towing, so he sent me to road side assistance. SORRY Aaron! So I called back immediately and explained to another kind lady, I am SORRY I missed her name, and she was kind enough to give my message to Aaron; that I’d gotten the car towed to an impound and I needed a notarized permission letter to get it released for me. She couldnt help me out right then because the office was SUPER busy and did clarify it would be a manager level issue. So she took my message and would pass it on. And I would get a call back.At 10:45 Aaron called back and I explained my situation to him. And he assured me he would have his manager look into it and call me back before 12 when they closed.At 11:30 I still hadnt got a call, so I had to call them up again. I got Aaron again, THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT WITH ME!!, who assured me that his manager, Leah, would definitely call me before the office closed. So I waited and when 12 pm passed and then 12:15 passed I was now so hopeless and had to start thinking of alternative plans to get a car. And while discussing alternatives with my son and his friend at 12:45 I get a call.It was Leah, she was calm and apologetic and explained they were really swamped that day. I was so HAPPY and STUNNED. She still DID call, and then said something that made my seemingly long nightmare end, let me re-paraphrase: I am good friends with the risk management agent Craig(I hope I remembered his name! thank you too!) So even though hes not in the office today, I called him directly and I think with this just being a No Parking towing situation I think there is a very good chance he can grant your permission to get the car out. She then explained that he would have to reach out to the towing company, after I told her who it was, and he would verify everything with the towing agency. It would be OK and I could get the car back. I would get an answer pretty quickly.After hanging up, within 2 hours I get a call from the towing agency, they told me that Enterprise Brookfield just sent the permission paperwork. So I can now go get the car. WOW. Quick.I head back to the towing offices again, I was assisted by the same clerk from the night before, and she said to me with a surprised look and a smile, This almost never happens with the Enterprises in the Indianapolis area to grant permissions for the drivers to get their cars out. But your people in Brookfield said they do.And yes. They do. Thank you Enterprise Brookfield.As a father who wanted to take his son on a summer vacation road trip to share good times and good memories, you made what could have EASILY become a nightmare, into a GREAT family road trip story that I can pass onto my friends, while my son and his buddy can enjoy and share it with their freshman college friends this fall in 2019.Leah and team, not sure if youll ever see this posting, but Thank YOU.

So rented a vehicle on the 6th and returned it on the 13th, a total of 7 days. When I returned the vehicle I was told that I was to get $100 back for a deposit and not the $150 depot that I agreed upon and paid for when I picked up the car. Because apparently I brought the vehicle back in 8 days. But the 6th-13th is 7 days. When I started asking about it, I was rudely appointed to another associate, whom told me that I was hostile. Am I hostile because I questioned about my money or because you don’t know how many days of the week there are. Never will they be seeing me again.

Racist, passive aggressive, and unsympathetic. They literally ruined an entire weekend I planned for 3 weeks with my daughter. They were rude and nasty to me in front of my kid. Will never visit this location again!

My experience the first time which will turn out to be my last time going to this place ever again..so no to Brookfield ....my car was dirty inside and out and when questioned the guy told me it has been previously cleaned out already ..the steering wheel was sticky the clutch and cup holder was also filthy and the employee that dealt with me had very bad customer serves skills ...I will stick with the Waukesha location very more professional

Understaffed and poorly run. I have had a long-term rental through this location while a recall is in place on my vehicle. They rarely have more than 1 customer service person on site which results in long wait times.
