The staff at this location were so helpful and friendly. And its one of the few rental offices in the area open for Sunday drop-off.I was running late for my drop-off and called ahead, and the manager stayed late, after hours, just to save me an extra day charge!! Great people, convenient location.

After enterprise cancelled on me I was in a bind to find a vehicle for a gig I had in Steven’s Point. They helped me secure a vehicle in a matter of minutes before they closed for the day. I’m so grateful that I was able to call them. Without it I would not have made it to my show! If you want great service, affordable prices, and a great vehicle I thoroughly recommend using this AVIS location. They are wonderful!

Welcomed by and spoken to by a misogynist. Mo (I believe) said women dont know about these kinds of cars when trying to upsell to a different vehicle. Then reacted with surprise when I knew something about them. I told him no man in my family would know more than that either, were not exactly car experts nor do any of us care that much about the various newer models. Maybe it was a cultural assumption but Mo needs to be trained on workplace sexism. It was rude as hell. Vehicle was fine, return process (with someone else) was pleasant and easy. I still need to check on unexpected charges as I was never e-mailed a final invoice, nor given one at return. Others should be aware too there is no key drop/must adhere to open hours.

Everything went smoothly. We were give upgrade choices, with no heavy pressure.

The car rental place charged me for fuel when I have already put gas in the car and the seatbelts were faulty, they wouldnt latch properly. I told the staff at the counter amd he had to say was well thats weird consistently. He didnt care whatsoever so pretty much with him being the face if Avis in Brookfield, he is saying that is OK if you die because they did not do their job properly checking the mechanical components on their vehicles.

A little pricey to rent a car but, the car was in like new condition without any problems. Also, the attendant processed my reservation fast and saved me some cost on insurance.

The staff was super helpful and the rental process was very easy. The vehicle had a few cosmetic issues - slightly disconnected rear fender, and scratches on the right side. The inside smelled like they had to treat it for someone smoking in it.

I Love Julie and Robert. They are very efficient at their jobs. When I come they are ready to get the ball rolling and I am in and out, with no problem. They are very professional and have excellent customer service skills. They are definitely an asset to the company.

I prepaid for a midsize Toyota Camry equivalent car. I arrived at my scheduled date/time and they did not have any midsize cars. Only compacts and an SUV. I took the SUV because I didnt want a compact and I was leaving out of town. It was POINTLESS to reserve if Avis cant INSURE I will get the type of car I prepaid for. I had to pay an UPCHARGE for the SUV although it was Aviss fault my car type wasnt available. The SUV should of been given to me for the price of the midsize because of Avis not having my prepaid vehicle. Only pluses about the experience was it was a new SUV with 7k miles on it and the workers were nice people.

When into Avis without a reservation for a vehicle the guy behind the counter was very polite helped us out a lot we rented a car vehicle from another place up the street got there they had no vehicle for us when into Avis ended up with a best vehicle ever gas mileage was great vehicle is clean rental service was awesome very short and easy to do return the vehicle no problems same guy working awesome guy would recommend highly before going anywhere else from now on your price was $20 more than the other vehicle place but I would rather give you the business and thank him the guy that was working he saved us went to the Packer game won the game came home no car problems no problems at all

Horrible experience! I paid for the rental, they took my money from my account, I showed up to get my car after a flight delay and they had given my car away! No replacement! Left me high and dry. They told me that I should have told them that I was going to be late so they would have held the car.. isnt that what a RESERVATION and prepayment do? I cant call from the airplane... They said I have to contact them if I was going to be 4 hours late.. but I was within that time and cant call from an airplane. Avis is garbage.Called 1800 CS... No rental cars of any kind for 50 miles. Id have to take a taxi to Chicago to rent one.... Reservations and prepaying and membership means nothing to them.

The staff is friendly and accomodating. The car I had was not up to my expectations of the AVIS brand. The car smelled like marijuana, stained seats, the vehicle had previous damage with cracked plastic bumper, and glass particle shaking like a maraca when opening and closing the back hatch. Additionally the car had tire pressure issues with right front and right rear tires.... dropping from 32 to 26 daily.

They were awesome but they kept trying to charge that we got free thru AARP so it was confusing, and now we have more charges for the bill that no one wants to explain such as $31.90 what is it for we barked drove the car, and so far $200. Plus $100. plus $ 31.90 this is crazy!!

The staff is great. The cars are fine. I just wish that they had after hours drop-off. Then it would get 5 stars.

We rented an SUV online and were very happy with it. I am short 52 and my husband is over 6 feet and we needed something we would both be comfortable in. Avis not only fit us with our needs but the price was very reasonable. Pick up and drop off were both very easy and Ryan was very helpful in making sure we were confident in our choice before leaving. My husband stated that this is the only company we will use for rentals in the future.

Avoid if possible. I made and prepaid for a reservation to be picked up on Christmas Eve. An hour before my reservation, I got a call that they had no cars available at all. Other Avis locations were out of cars as well. They werent even able to cancel the reservation or refund my money or offer any other solution. Ive called the corporate number a few times to get refunded, but always end up on hold or the call gets dropped. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Hopeless now... I have been taking vehicle from this center and had great experience. With the new team, never going back. Ladies sitting are rude and unprofessional... when I pointed, I was bluntly told hope you dont come back... You bet.. never...

I needed a rental car for a business trip last week. The closest Avis location was at the Midway Hotel in Brookfield WI.I anticipated being there for about a half hour to pick up my car. The rep that assisted me was ready for me and the interaction only took minutes. I was happy with the service as well as the condition of the car. It made my trip that much better.Thank you.

This was a welcome surprise. the car was awesome and the staff was very helpful.

When I rented an SUV from them recently it had garabage and someone elses personal property it in. When I brought it back I was told they would discount my rate due to the garabage left in the SUV. When I was billed no discount was given nor did I hear from a rep as to why. I have rented from them many times and this was the first problem I have had. As a frequent customer I was very disappointed.

Dont rent a car from these people hands down would not do business with these people ever again theyre rude and The car sucked.

I prepaid and the only reason we did is because it said free cancellation. I had to cancel due to medical issues and got charged $50. I will not be renting in the future from Avis.
