I went here for the first time for a recall on my car. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly all the staff members were throughout the whole process! I worked with Mike W. who was very helpful. They offered me to use the shuttle service, which I had no idea about before making the appointment. I recommend using it! It was convenient and easy to use. They took me back home and then picked me up when my car was done. My shuttle driver was Steve, and he was very friendly as well. Overall, I enjoyed the personal experience I had here and am considering going back for oil changes etc. To me, the people working at a place tells you a lot about the service youll get :)

With an appointment a standard oil change took 1 hour and 40 minutes!!! A previous tire plug with appointment took 1 hour and 30 minutes! I would NOT recommend using this dealership to service your vehicle!!!

I went to get my oil changed. As the employee was checking me in. An employee got in my truck to move it and crashed into a sink. The another employee got in to my truck to move it and crashed in a metal rack. The manager on duty did not offer me anything just said sorry. Sent an email to them about the situation and never got a response back.

I have taken my wifes car and my car for a regular maintenance here, once each. The appointments are easily available. I changed my tires (4), rotors(2), oil, aligned...everything was good. The employees are polite and understanding. But the sad part starts here...my car had no issue starting prior to taking it for servicing. It was recommended that I get the rust on my battery cleaned (around $50). I agreed to do so. Later when the car was ready, I went to my car out in parking lot, started it, drove it home, parked and shut it off, tried to start it the very next day and it didnt start. I was told that the battery might give up today, tomorrow or may run for some more months. I jump-started it, drove a block and hoped it would retain some charge that I could restart after I shut off the engine. It didnt work. Now, I am thinking why would cleaning rust off of the electrodes make my battery exhaust all of its capacity to retain charge so exponentially. I have no answer but I believe there was some piece of information that I was not told in the report that I was briefed.

While they are very friendly and nice, they take way too long even when you make an appointment. How does an oil change take two hours?

Badly understaffed service managers. Took me a half an hour just to get out of the service Bay then an hour just to have an oil change unbelievable. When this establishment belong to a previous owner they had an Express Oil Change Center never spent more than a half an hour or 45 minutes to get an oil change.

Everything went smoothly. No problems what so ever. Typical maintenance work went around 1.7 hrs. Pretty good for a dealership for oil & filter chg., ecu up grade, tire rotation & whole vehicle chk.

Bought a Toyota Sienna recently. Andy Strnod was an excellent sales person. We were anticipating our 3rd grandchild and were looking for a new car that would accommodate all the car seats. Got a notice for maintenance, made an appointment, and turned out it was only for a tire rotation that I get done somewhere else where I bought tires a year ago. So they washed my car for me even though I had no service done. How cool!!

They wanted a fee to diagnose my concerns. I dont think they should charge you for getting an estimate. You take your Toyota to a Toyota service center. Youve already bought their car. Its all about the $$ not the customer service 😖

I recently purchased a Camry from Kyle at Toyota of Brookfield and was very happy with his service and knowledge of the vehicle. That is why this was my 3rd car I bought from him. He made buying a car very pleasurable.

Poor, poor, poor service today. Called on the phone about a starting battery for our Prius. Transferred four times until someone looked up our records. Quoted the battery price and the install price. We went to the dealership and were quoted a price $140 higher for the install. Service person was zero help other than he just wanted us gone when we asked about the earlier (20 minutes ago, max) phone quote. Never said a word, just shrugged. One star for that experience...one (a bonus star) for the guy in parts who sold us the battery (he was knowledgeable and courteous) which we put in ourselves (a $140 job???). I was also going to make an appointment to have the brakes done...another service place will get that job.

Good place to get service, even if you didnt buy your Toyota there. The wait room offers sodas, popcorn, snacks, and coffee. There is a play area for young children, wifi, and lounge seating. Staff is very friendly, patient, and takes their time to answer your questions.

After going to Iowa City Toyota. I have to say I am very pleased with the service in Brookfield and will make a point to only get serviced when back in Wisconsin. Kyle Uhlenhake and the whole staff has been nothing but helpful!

Service performance is fine but can be slow. Once my vehicle was misplaced and one hour turned into three . Two other long waits as well. Shuttle driver crossed my name off had to call my wife for a ride instead .

Well I really just have a question do they work on cars that was not purchased at there lot I bought a 2003 Toyota Hatchback and when I was driving it home the check engine light came on and I started to begin smelling a burning smell through the heater when I turned it on could it be a head gasket or something
