I have been taking my various cars there for more than 10 years for tires. I have also had them complete minor repairs, as their location is not far from my home and it made things convenient. The staff at the front desk is helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, it took me several incidents to notice a pattern where I had taken my vehicle in for a repair only to have something else go wrong with the car within days of having it serviced. I wrote it off the first two times with different cars, however, after the third time, I really began to wonder what was going on at F & F. I took it in for brakes only to get the car back making a loud noise. They assured me it was the power steering which they flushed for $75 and said the noise would persist but it was safe to drive but did offer to replace the pump for $575. I told them I thought it would have been the alternator, but Im not a mechanic so I deferred to their expertise. 2 days later Im stranded on the side of the road in northern Wisconsin with a bad alternator that the mechanic said should have been obvious to any mechanic who bothered to look at the car. The power steering pump was just fine. Vacation ruined. Never going back. Dont trust F and F tire.

I go here for all my tire needs. Honest, quality service. You wont find better.

I would steer clear of this shop. Took a sable here for front tires and an alignment after a flat. My phone call to the shop clearly set up 2 new front tires and an alignment. After they fixed the side that had the spare on they called me and said, got your tire on and shes ready to go! This is with wires showing on the other front tire. After telling this tech what was supposed to be done to the car, (both fronts and an alignment) he grumbled that he would bring it back in and do it. He calls back a while later and just simply says, tires on, cant align it. Both front inner tire rod ends have play and maybe one ball joint, wont know about the ball joint until the tie rods ends are done. 550$ for the tie rod ends. I couldnt believe this statement as I felt the tech was upset he had to take the car back into the shop, not to mention that was more than I wanted spend as I am able to do repairs myself.I can tell you this story on front end play was 100% a lie. I checked the inner tie rod ends the next day and there was nothing wrong with them or the steering rack. Zero play in the front end that could even be mistaken for inner ends. I took the bellow boots off both sides and really made sure of it because I previously trusted this location with work. If that isnt enough I had a reputable shop align the car and double check my findings! They found zero play and aligned the car without an issue. The owner of the shop was hesitant to believe me that a shop would gouge that bad, so he looked at the front end himself and agreed with my findings.This F&F location near Bluemound and Barker rd is a complete sham. From the techs to the front desk, theyll screw you as far as you let them. Not sure if its intentional or out of complete lack of auto repair knowledge and frankly it doesnt matter to me because I wouldnt come here if it was the last shop on earth. I would pay for a tow if I had a flat in their parking lot.

2nd time having tires and minor work done. Excellent job explaining the tire options for my mothers car. More important, when I had then 40,000 mile checkup at a local Toyota dealership, they said the reason the high beams werent working was the entire headlight assembly and the connection to the computer needed to be changed for $2,700. Yep, 2,700 dollars, not a typo. Had them just check the bulbs and $25 later car has high beams.

I have used these guys for awhile I went in for a oil change and because I park the car forward in the garage never saw to big dents in the hood right where you close the hood. I will admit I did not call them right away. Because I did not see it right away. There is no scratch or nick mark it’s from pushing and banging the hood closed I know people that go to f f they and myself are done going back.

They are fantastic, caring, and not pushy! Love them, will go back again! Did not feel pressured at all, and they addressed all my concerns!

Got a flat on Saturday. Parked it in their lot, because they were closed by the time I got there. In the interest of tow prevention, I called them about 8 p.m., expecting just to leave a message to let them know that it was my car that was parked in there lot; and that, if possible, the flat on it would need to be repaired or replaced Tuesday. (Monday was Labor Day.) A woman answered, because she happened to be there doing work on her mothers car. After I explained my situation, she offered to replace it right then with a new used tire!; but I couldnt make it back out there at the time...She (who, incidentally, turned out to be exceedingly beautiful) ended up coming in Sunday and putting on the new used tire for me, charging me $5 less for it (($60) because she was a little late meeting me there.I am eternally grateful. Tire world on Mooreland rocks!

Really good price for what you get; Ive never had a problem. Furthermore, the staff has gone above and beyond a few times regarding scheduling and helping me source products they couldnt order. They standardize things like checking the torque on your tires after 30 days.

Everyone at this location is so nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate they don’t try to cross sell me a bunch of stuff that I don’t need like the dealerships do. They fix what needs to be fixed and charge a reasonable price for it. Highly recommend!!

Zero communication. Changed my oil and the only time someone spoke to me was to tell me it was done and the cost. Were there issues? Recommendations? Who knows. Also wrote in my paperwork (which I saw later) that “customer refused the recommended oil” which I obviously did not since no one asked or told me anything. But it was cheap and fast, I’ll give them that.

Needed a tire rotation and a brake job done. The tech who worked on our vehicle, Jason was amazing and very attentive and friendly. Kudos to him on his service and a job well done.

We got a flat tire on the expressway close to the Barker Rd. exit, so we drove our car to F&F Tire World since it was right there. It was a Saturday at around 1:45pm. We were told they didnt have our size tire, but they would put our spare on for us for $20. Fine. We waited for our spare to be put on. My husband was looking through the door from the waiting area to the service area and saw the mechanic who was working on our car smoking while near our car in the service area. We had a bassinet that we had just picked up from a friends house in the back and my husband witnessed the mechanic smoking while the trunk of our vehicle was open and he was putting the old tire in the trunk. When we got in our car, the entire car smelled of smoke and we had to drive with the window open to try and get rid of the smell. It took two days to get rid of the smell. Not fun for a pregnant woman. We will not return to this business. Tried to find a number for a corporate office to tell them of our experience but could not find one.

I was recommended to stop in and talk to Troy. Great service and pricing. Troy gave me options and what he would do if it was his car. Technician pointed out some other issues I should have checked out and had my emissions tested while I was there. Car rides great with my new tires. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I couldnt be more pleased or impressed, both with the service I received and the friendly nature of the staff. Morgan & Andy ROCK!! I immediately felt like I could trust these folks to attend to my service needs and not push me into something I really didnt need, which is always the concern I have when going somewhere to get my car serviced. Prices are very reasonable and Im sure well below dealership prices. Morgan went out of her way to get me the best deal on new tires and even suggested waiting a bit so I could take advantage of a $60 rebate that is coming out soon. I feel like Ive found a home for all my car service needs and will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!

I wanted to get a coolant flush. I knew F&F tire did them from stopping in for prior emissions testing. The stores near me didnt have any appts available the next day or anytime soon. Decided to call stores further out. I got a hold of this one with a decent appt time. Got there earlier. Didnt expect to get takin in right away. They did however take my car right away for the flush. Took about an hour or more. Expected to wait. No biggie. Received my car and went on my way. Got to a gas station and i wanted to see the color of the coolant they had put it sence they had told me dex coolant wasnt good for GM cars even tho it says dex cool only. I understood the reason as this red orange coolant, GM realized is was overheating and messing up radiators etc. Open my hood to find my coolant reservoir still full of this coolant they told me was bad for my car. I called them back asking them why they didnt take out the old coolant. Doesnt this defeat the purpose of a coolant flush? Your going to flush my radiator system etc. But your going to leave my reservoir full of old cruddy Dex coolant that YOU told me was my bad for my vehicle and fill it up with your full strength gold coolant. He told me if i had specified that, they would have done that for me. But they only flush the radiator system. Ummm okay so your telling me the reservoir isnt part of that system? I told him i drove 30mins to get to that location and i was willing to drive all the way back if they could just remove the old coolant. He told me theyre going to charge me labor for this job as they are working on a car and removing parts from a vehicle. Thats how they charge people. Are you kidding me!? I just spent 107 dollars and you cant take off 2 nuts and a tube to remove a stupid reservoir and clean it? What a joke. They didnt even have to clean it in the first place. I would have been fine if they just simply removed the old coolant. He talked like he didnt know what i was saying and told me that the point of the flush was to have the treatment and coolant in there and that whatever was in the reservoir wasnt a big deal and it was probably already mixed in with the new stuff. Totally unprofessional. I have a 1998 buick lesabre 39,000miles and a 1992 Buick regal 103,000miles i take pride in my old cars and want the best service for them. I dont want half done jobs. I spent my hard earned money at your business. Also in the past too with no problems. Something so small cant be corrected this time? I dont understand the big deal. I found out what store is the headquarters which i will call on Monday. i also talked to two different F&F stores and they also agreed with me. They told me they always do a full clean of all old coolant. WOW. For 107 bucks and how you presented your self.... not going to fly. Time to make it right.UPDATE- manager gave me a call back. Was very kind and was apologetic about the employee. Told me he would take care my car with another coolant flush and get all of old coolant out. Appreciate the response. Ill change my review to a 4star instead of a 1star.

Horrible! Overpriced & youre charged excessive fees. The so called Techs are not trained. Execution, what execution? They cut corners & the work is shoty & will cost you more in the long run. They dont perform the work they say they are. Save yourself the money & headache & go some place else. I wish I did. Not to mention the facility is filthy! Its unbelievable that places like this are operating :(

Bought my Nokian all-weather tyres here. Service was great. While I waited, I couldnt help but overhear the manager talking tires with a phone caller. He was answering the callers questions and sharing his knowledge about tires and what the rating numbers and letters meant and so on and how to choose the best tire for her car. After he was done, he apologized for my wait. Not necessary as I learned a bit while waiting. Will be back when these tyres are done. Thanks Adam and team.
