Been using Neo Automotive for all my car needs for the last 3 years. Most recently, they repaired my Ford Focus that wasnt running due to a battery/electrical issue. Got my car towed to the shop, all main concerns were fixed as well as recommended services for much less than what I was expecting. This car has been sitting for almost a year and Justin and his team brought it back to life. A/C is still working too, ice cold! 5 stars for the most dependable shop in Manatee/Sarasota County.

His team is thorough and detail-oriented. They went above and beyond with their customer service - answered all of my questions, thoroughly communicated what my car needed (and what can wait!), and was super flexible with our busy schedules. The pricing was competitive and just right and they delivered quality results. The car drives like it’s brand new. We drove a long way just to see Justin - but we wanted a BMW expert.

These guys are the best, hands down. You can visit their shop or they will come to your home (or wherever you may be stranded). Ive used their mobile service at my home several times and when I was stranded off the highway.Yesterday was my first visit to their new shop for an oil change and tire rotation. The new shop is nice and clean-plus a waiting room with TV. Their prices are fair and everyone is professional.Theyre great with my SAAB and can work on any car. As a woman, sometimes certain mechanics will take advantage and charge more or make up problems. Not these guys! Im completely secure and comfortable taking my SAAB to them for any issue.Keep up the great work, guys!

Our truck broke down on our way home from Florida to Michigan, and Justin the owner, came out to a parking lot & helped us. He towed our truck at midnight & took us to a hotel & had the truck fixed the next day for us to get back on the road. 100% recommend taking your vehicle to Neo Automotive! Ive been down on my luck, nothing seems to be going right. So my truck began losing power and driving rough. I changed my fuel filters and attempted to test drive my truck only for it to break down in the middle of my apartment complex blocking the road, after two very nice guys helped me push my truck out of the road I contacted Neo automotive and Justin promptly answered my call and walked me through what I needed to do to get my truck started his professionalism is unmatched I am so grateful I talked to him I would recommend these guys to everyone needless to say they have a new customer thank you Justin and Neo automotive.

FINALLY!!! Found a honest & knowledgeable mechanic!! I am a pretty handy guy, but when it comes to vehicle mechanics i get a little overwhelmed and usually leads to me to outsource for some help. Before i met Justin and his team ive always had the most negative experiences with mechanics and/or their establishment. (Not only just in south Florida) The first call i made to neo automotive i felt extremely comfortable and was just a completely different experience then what i was used to when looking or using a mechanic. Also watching Justin’s growth from just 1 year is extremely impressive, but also predictable with the work they perform! Would never take my car anywhere else!

I brought my car to Justin after using another mechanic previously that I was not satisfied with. I drive a scion tc and when I pulled up to the shop and saw other sports cars I felt like I was in the right place. Justin did an excellent job inspecting issues and giving me an honest second opinion about what was needed. He fixed the issues quickly and offered me a lower price than my previous mechanic. There was a minor issue that I encountered while driving my car home from the shop later that same day, but I contacted Justin immediately and he resolved the issue instantly and efficiently. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for an honest mechanic who wont overcharge just to make sales.

I would highly recommend Neo Automotive. The team is highly qualified, very organized and very honest. I had a lingering issue with my vehicle that they were quickly able to diagnose and then they were very honest about my options. They did not try to pressure sell me or offer things that I did not need. In addition, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the team. They are a very professional shop and I would most definitely return.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They came soon after my call (although I cant expect that every time), were courteous, fixed my problem, annd charged me a reasonable fee. I recommend them to anybody.

Most impressive work done quickly and correct

While on vacation and towing our travel trailer from Texas to Florida and back, my water pump died on my Ford F250. It literally dumped all of the coolant out of the engine at 5:00 on a Saturday afternoon. I was high and dry and needed a fix asap. I searched google, found Neo Automotive called Justin based on his reviews. He listened patiently to my speculations on the issue, promptly provided a quote on the phone, and offered to drive an hour to my campsite immediately with the new parts to perform the operation. 4 hours later, the new water pump, serpentine belt and coolant were installed, truck running as normal. Justin and his assistant Cameron were on time, knowledgable, and able to bail us out of a bad situation after business hours on a moments notice. Thank you!

I went there on a short notice because my usual mechanic was busy for the past Month I was un sure on how the service would be I found out that the front desk lady is very nice and genuine they fix my car with full diagnostic and I was happy with the mechanic he helped me saved 200 dollars when he didn’t have to my car runs the best it ever did #yellowmustang

All the reviews about this place are spot on:Honest, reasonably priced, kind, quick, the perfect mechanic.Their Mobile Service Tech Josh Thompson came out to help me replace my tire (I couldnt do it myself because the lugnuts where stuck on).When he saw the tire he asked if the sidewall was damaged, after checking it he said I could just go with a tire plug instead of replacement (saved me minimum $100).He finished his work in literally 15 minutes, explained everything he was doing and was generally just a really good person.I cant recommend this place enough, they fixed something small and you can bet when I need something big they are who I will trust.10/10!

Absolutely awesome experience with their business!I called from 2000 miles away and explained a very odd situation to Logan. He was extremely help and spent 1/2 hour of his time with me on the phone and not even certain to have any business from it.I called him back two days later and from 2000 miles away he orchestrated a plan and handled it all.Got the vehicle safe, secured at their shop, repaired issues, check entire vehicle and was ready to go before we even got there. Amazing!

Very easy and straight forward process. I requested a pre-purchase inspection from out of state! It was as easy as calling, scheduling, inspecting and paying. The mechanis was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving insight into aspects I may have not been considering when buying a used car. Definitely recommend them whether you live in Sarasota, FL or need their service from out of town/state.
